I can tell you authoritatively that those guys are nothing but bunch of scammers. They are very close to my house and uptil now i am still trying to figure out how they got our phone numbers. They invited all my graduate friends including myself. I called and threatened them.My friend that went was asked to pay 15k and when he couldn't afford it, they started reducing it until they came down to 500.
