Am using mi band 4 with mi fit and notify app the paid version, every function in this watch is on, heart pulse is taken every 30 minutes, sleep report on. It stays on the normal for two weeks before it needs further charging, sometimes I forget to charge it sef but it has never gone down to 40% before. I can remember when it was still a virgin, it can last for eternity.

Initially, I went there for repair on Friday, 7th of this month, I was told to come back the following week. I started calling them from Monday, and I was told to check back on Friday 14th. On the 14th, when i called again, i was asked to come along with my carton and receipt, which i did on that day. On Monday, 17th, when i woke up, i checked my phone and it was there already. Just three days!

My redmi 9t also suffered the famous deathbooth. I took it to Raya care ikeja and I was refunded. I went there prepared. I took along all the phone accessories.then collected the personal phone number of the attendant for follow up.

Same here, i was told to come along with my carton and receipt since last week, but i'm yet to receive any refund . Any advice?
