A cerclage is a surgery done to tie up the cervix to prevent or treat cervical incompitence, usually done from 12wks upwards,painless but uncomfortable with little or no bleedinng and done under general or spinal anastesia.

I previously owned a Caucasian and Alsatian but relocation made me leave them with my mum.

I want a dog for company and will prefer a small one due to space constraint, one that can stay with me indoors.
