that was how my husband called me sometime back and i asked him "how are you babe"? my colleagues did not let me hear word telling me how disrespectful i was to him. one of them even asked me if i was older than him.

my husband is about eight yours older than me and has absolutely no qualms with it.

to me it is not disrespectful at all, its just showing concern.

I don't mean to scare anyone but have you seen where kilishi is made?

Take note that is not cooked at all, just raw sun dried meat.

The meat is sliced very thinly and left in the sun to dry for days. If you know how flies like meat then you can imagine how many flies would perch daily on it.

When dried it is now sacked in pepper sauce and dried for more days depending on how sunny it is.

Imagine the number of fly eggs on that and make up your mind.

In other news, braxton hicks is my problem now o. I read about it and some tips to alleviate it are:

1. Dehydration can make muscles spasm, bringing on a contraction, and is thought to be a factor in extended Braxton Hicks contractions. Adequate hydration can alleviate Braxton Hicks contractions.
2. Rhythmic breathing may alleviate the discomfort of Braxton Hicks contractions.
3. Lying down on the left side can help ease the pain of contractions.
4. A slight change in movement sometimes makes the contractions disappear.
5. A full bladder can sometimes trigger Braxton Hicks, so urination may end the contractions.

Does the braxton hicks make the tummy hard?

I feel it's ok to buy now, I bought my son's things before he was born and he has been using it since birth till now; he's 13months old.

To guarantee original, I only buy from big pharmacies like healthplus, medicine mart etc or confirmed baby stores that I know the owners travel . I have my reservations about cosmetic shops and market for products like Chicco and other baby products.
