House we didn't run 30km today as expected what we later ran was 10km. though, it was sopposed to be 20km.

While some who had excess bp were later rechecked and called back.... meanwhile were still on medicals.

Tomorrow morning, we're going run another race I can't say how many kilos till we run it, let some doubting Thomas not start arguing with themselves.

I think the ECs are done with their screening.

is it just run as in run or run plus trekking? was it timed?

Omo, see ehn I've been trying the 3km race for the past few weeks but I have managed to beat the 20mins timing only once. The rest of the time I'm burned out after the first 2km, on Tuesday I had a mild sprain on my ankle sef.

I know that the army does not give a damn, but some of us are just regular guys that have not even done any strenuous activity in ages. Just saw someone on my Twitter TL do 11.35km in 1hr 24mins and I'm in awe, because if I try am it will only end in tears.

For the senior men, pls if you have any tips on how to properly prepare for the physical training it would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Take note, don't even bother to bring glo sim, Airtel nd mtb will suffice but the network sometimes comes like wind... you'll have to go farther away from d forest into d bush bfr u get network.

it's good to know someone at high places ó.. I've been at police state CID since morning trying to sign the second reference form.. the first challenge is to get an ACP that comes from my state and after searching I found one but baba said he can't just sign for me because he doesn't know me and my friend that I know that is working there is a young officer. he sha asked me to go and bring a copy of my certificate and when I went to bring it for him, he has gone out and after like 4 hours.. I'm still waiting for him

I don't know why but I'm having second thought about going for the screening even after almost signing all signable
one reason is, only like 7 would be chosen out of 31 shortlisted in my state, meaning my chances is very slim
two, I don't know what to expect in the screening.. I heard we will run 3km in 20 minutes and I'm not sure if someone couldn't complete it does that mean the person would be disqualified and won't be able to proceed from there? o
three, board interview which is like the most important part of it all.. I don't know what it is or the kind of questions I could be asked
four, I no get anybody wey fit influence anything for me

so before I waste over 30k traveling and endangering my life traveling over 15 hours going to the north maybe I should kuku stay behind and move on... though I've already taken permission from work for the two weeks I would be away

The questions varies, you might be asked based on your course of study, based on general knowledge, based on politics i.e political appointments from your state. all in the all, it's not about u getting the question 100 percent...it's more of testing ur confidence n communication skills.

I had similar issue back then, we were allow to go and do court affidavit in kaduna. After I submitted the affidavit, I was cleared. You said u have ur own court affidavit then you are gud to go. All the best.
