4) IPOB should challenge these young ones to develop Modern Technologies and reward them with huge money to start up their own industries so that Biafran land or Nation They Swore Allegiance To, will be filled with more wealthy people



5) IPOB should set up several Technological Education Centres so as to transform these young ones into potential industrialists through Technological Education.

The newly registered political party Advanced Peoples Democratic Alliance has promised to enact a law through an executive bill to be sent to national assembly that will give Abuja Mayoral status and as well make sure that the numbers of senators and house of reps are are increase to reflect the population strength of the Federal capital when the party is elected into power in 2019.
