I have news for you. The only referendum the UN for now see that has any foundation based on precedence is the second Midwest referendum. It will come before any other and other Niger Delta tribes will have to meet the 70% high water mark in the yes vote if they want to join the federation. So far from feedbacks we know every NigerDelta tribe will meet the bar. Asaba returned 93.8% Yes vote, the highest in the 1963 referendum, they will do better than that this time.
