Tissue paper leaves some fragments in your private part when used and when it decays it can cause cancer or other fetility problems for u, if it was not washed off early. Even during 'intercouse' if a man uses it to clean his 'hood' and tries to continue with u, tell him to wash it up because he will carry some tissue particles left on his 'hood' direct inside u and that is a big problem.
