Hello house, please I have been seeing Spouse sponsorship, what does this really mean?. Does it mean you are sponsoring your spouse to come to Canada. What if the spouse is sponsoring his self. I really don’t understand please.

The person needs to be more careful. Hope you are aware that schools can be a DLI but without qualifying the student for even PGWP let alone the spouse for SOWP? This anomaly is common with private schools even with DLI. E.g. OCMT in Ontario. If not satisfied, it is better to apply to a public school now, otherwise the student self will have to return immediately on program completion except he quickly applies to get admission into a public school or get a job while in Canada which is rare. Please don't say we were not advised o. Best wishes.

They will have to confirm if their program is upto 8 months without break? If it is? they can get a confirmation from the school stating that it's a full time program. Then re-launch! I don't want to believe it is because it is a private school. So long as it is a DLI and more than 8 Months full time. I think they qualify. Also, it appears some courses do not qualify or even though the institution is a DLI. Let them just clarify with the school and refire.

My thoughts though...The gurus can assist too.

Now can she put in for visit visa for them to come visit her. Although the husband isn’t planning to stay because of his job back home. But the kids are the most important. . Please do you advise she put in the visit visa. So her kids can comein to visit her.

In this case it’s understandable o, family is priority. Someone I watch his YouTube videos, his wife and son applied for visit visa and sowp together. Visit visa application was rejected while Sowp was approved.

She should apply, present a good application and write a detailed SOP. Above all pray and stay positive.

I only got an email that the application has been received. I am so worried. Could there be a problem?

It all depends on what you filled on:

1. Details of intended Study in Canada

2. Education

So, go up there and look properly on what you entered. This is the possible reason(s) why employment history is required.

Go back and look at those sections properly and adjust it where needed.

It’s for imm1294. The kid is 6. For details of intended study in Canada I filled not yet applied for name of school
And for Education I clicked no for do you have any post secondary education. But it keeps bringing me to employment

Just add whoever is the student btw you and your spouse's Letter of Acceptance in the section for your child as well. They know the child is not yet admitted and the parent's Letter of Acceptance will suffice.

How about the part for the name of school. What do you put. Is it the parent school

Just the study permit questionnaire. I didn’t mention it in my SOP.

Yes. You should mention everything. I have 3 US refusal and 1 Uk ban. But I mentioned all and I still got my visa.so it’s better you come out clean
