I was part of the simulation test on the 8th of July. I Applied for finance analyst. After that dragnet sent me a link on the 12th to do the logical test on the 15th. I dis samr but since then no reply from them. |
yacha77:i downloaded and read their LE policy and procedures. It is stated there that it is a Post Employemnt Discretion to either inform failed applicants of their standing or not to. It is not mandatory and the selecting officer may choose not to do so. I think they choose the " no information option" because I know one or two persons who hasn't heard from them after taking the language tests since 2015. Another insight I got after reading the policy is that even though one may pass the language test cut off, that doesn't guarantee a call for interview. Its the supervisor of the department your application falls under that gets to choose those to call and not the HR people. Infact the HR powers end at the language test and also umpiring the interview day process. God will answer our call no matter what. Amen |
Applied for Procurement Supervisor position , wrote d English test on the 29th June. Haven't heard from them since then. Have sent two emails to know the status of my application . no response. I guess I will have to call them like you guys did. |
cuteguy007:hello cuteguy , I sent u a mail via gmail sometime last week. Pls Pls reply...thank you |
Tussle For Port Harcourt: Publish Supreme Court Ruling Or…, Okrika Challenges Ikwerre By Ken Asinobi The debate over the ownership of Port Harcourt, capital of Rivers State is far from over as the Port Harcourt Aborigines (Wakirike) has challenged the Rebisi Community of Port Harcourt Local Government Area to publish the Supreme Court judgment which purportedly ceded ownership of the 'disputed' area to them. The group said it was important that the judgment from the apex court be published so that Rivers people and Nigerians at large should see and judge for themselves. Wakirike, through a statement jointly signed by its President, Chief Darrick Acheseomie and Chairman, Publicity Committee, Elder Samuel Iyoyo JP, faulted the claim by the Rebisi Progressive Movement (RPM) that the argument over ownership of Port Harcourt was laid to rest following a Supreme Court Judgment in Suit No. SC123/80 in Woluchem& 5 Others VsGudi& 7 Others, purportedly in favour of Rebisi people. The Rebisi group, who were also reacting to earlier claim by the Okrikans to the effect that a larger portion of Port Harcourt City, including the Government House area belonged to Wakirike, said such assertion was according to them, unwarranted and misleading, adding that the entire Government House area was the ancestral home of some families in Ogbunabali Community. In the statement which was signed by the President of RPM and former Caretaker Chairman of Port Harcourt City Local Government, Sam SoniEjekwu as well as Secretary, Kingsley Omodu, the group said the reference to Justice Okara's judgment in Suit No. PHC/45M176 which Okrika had earlier made to substantiate their own claim was a nullity as, according to them, it did not decide the issue of ownership of Port Harcourt, rather dealt with claim for payment of compensation by some Communities of Okrika. But, the Port Harcourt Aborigines who in a recent interview with National Network waved off the purported judgment of the apex court as a misrepresentation and clearly unconnected with the issue at hand, noted that the Supreme Court case merely resolved a disputed land matter between two families in Rebisi and Ozuboko, even as the Okrika people faulted the Supreme Court 'Suit No. SC123/80 in Woluchem & 5 Others VsGudi& 7 Others' as wrong. “The Supreme Court Suit being flaunted by the Rebisi Progressive Movement is clearly unrelated with the issue at hand and we therefore urge Ikwerres to provide more credible evidence to make their claims to the sole ownership of Port Harcourt. “We are giving them 14 days to publish that Supreme Court ruling which declared or suggests that Okrika has no stake in the ownership of Port Harcourt. In the event that they (Ikwerre) fail to publish the document within the time frame, we shall not only publish it but shall expose those behind the misrepresentations”, the Aborigines warned. The spokesperson of the Wakirike group noted that their position should not be misconstrued as a threat as Okrikas are peace loving people who maintain good relations with its neighbours, particularly Ikwerres whom they described as 'family brothers and sisters'.# |
From the posted link.. This was before the colonialists and their collaborators came with divide and rule to destroy the Igbo nation. An Ikwerre man sent in these photos with the following words: “Admin please Caption these photos properly, let my People, the Ikwerres find their Origin.” “This bell is inside SPDC INDUSTRIAL AREA PORT HARCOURT.” “ITS BODLY WRITTEN UMUOBIAKANI NOT RUMUOBIAKANI.” “Who did this to us? “I shed tears as I write these words” |
I did. Any idea on what the simulation test will be like? |
Omooba77:you are welcome bro. God bless you too |
ignis:the bible no doubt is the pilot, essence, foundation, revelation and perfection of Christianity. Christian hymns and songs on the same hand are spirit inspired and conveys deep spiritual insights that when you pay close attention to and meditate uncarnally upon you discover greater meaning to the Christian faith. Just like the bible, sermons and testimonies, they recharge our belief and draw us into greater and fulfilling relationship nd experience with God . |

Happy Sunday all. May the grace of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ be with you all. There are a lot of great christian hymns and songs which defines the Christian way of life, the beliefs and d ultimate reason and destination for following Jesus and staying in tune with God through life's sojourn. Which Christian hymn or song do you think clearly represents and captures the total essence and foundation of our Christian faith. Please share. For me I choose this "In Christ Alone" In Christ alone my hope is found, He is my light, my strength, my song; this Cornerstone, this solid Ground, firm through the fiercest drought and storm. What heights of love, what depths of peace, when fears are stilled, when strivings cease! My Comforter, my All in All, here in the love of Christ I stand. In Christ alone! who took on flesh Fulness of God in helpless babe! This gift of love and righteousness Scorned by the ones he came to save: Till on that cross as Jesus died, The wrath of God was satisfied - For every sin on Him was laid; Here in the death of Christ I live. There in the ground His body lay Light of the world by darkness slain: Then bursting forth in glorious Day Up from the grave he rose again! And as He stands in victory Sin's curse has lost its grip on me, For I am His and He is mine - Bought with the precious blood of Christ. No guilt in life, no fear in death, This is the power of Christ in me; From life's first cry to final breath. Jesus commands my destiny. No power of hell, no scheme of man, Can ever pluck me from His hand; Till He returns or calls me home, Here in the power of Christ I'l stand. Thanks for sharing yours. |
