I think we have been unfair to Kepa. Mendy walking back into the team after afcon made him overconfident. Besides the Liverpool game Mendy has been average since returning from Afcon. Tuchel needs to start thinking of giving Kepa another run in the team. There is this I have arrive syndrome oozing around Mendy which is typical of Africans when they reach a milestone in thier career.

1-0 is not a bad score for ATM. A win is better and definitely good for man city but the tie remains open at 1-0. Many of una no understand this game body Dey always quick catch una.

As a team coach when your team is playing a better side, it is important you remain compact for as long as possible and ensure you are still within touching distance of the Better team even up to the last few minutes. If ATM are able to take just 1-0 into the second leg, it’s a good result. It’s not a guarantee that they’ll win the second leg but it certainly means that they have a shot at it.
