He can be 100% sure of what he wants to do and sometimes the players just don't fire...or he may think a decision is spot on and once in a while it vacant go wrong...the coaches are humans too..land sometimes with a strong coaching crew and backroom staff trying to influence some of your decisions ...especially when they're right most of the times...I go to some coaches forum and read and listen to their discussions after some tough matches...and that has helped me understand their dilemmas

Most peopl don't follow the off the pitch issues of the players so I don't expect them to know why a coach takes certain decision about a player..
Loftus-Cheek has been in and out of injuries and his confidence has been greatly impacted...I followed an interview where TT said he's been deliberate about Loftus-cheek because he believes the lad has an awful lot to offer but he needs to push himself a little more...hence his decision to give him more match time after watching him in training ....and has promised to help him work on his confidence till full return
