I'm not one of the organisers and I've only read the rules for voting and not participation

My explanation if from something called common sense (btw they say it's not so common)


To participate (from what I garnered) you only need to send in pictures and u'll be verified, there's no rule stating a registration date for eligibility (because it's really not needed, I'll explain why below)

To vote the eligiblity date is 6th of april for registeration

The reason for that date is to make sure that NLers don't create multiple accounts simply to vote. This is the ONLY reason why newly registered voters are ineligible. So why would u disqualify a newly registered particiant? Imo there's simply no reason to do that, the voters have more to gain from being newly registered

It's quite understandable and I'm sure u'll understand what I wrote if u have common sense and if u're not another orubebe

Fyi I went through the threads I didn't count but I know agarawu had a very clear early lead which I later saw tom overtake, it became apparent even to a blind goat that tom would win.
