On Tuesday (21-12-2023), I was having serious fever, so went to buy an over-the-counter malaria drug and one flu tablet. The lady chemist told me to use 4 tablets in the morning and 4 in the afternoon for the malaria drug, but for the Flu medicine, I should use 1 tablet in the morning and at night. I took 4 tablets in the afternoon that day. On the next day, which is Wednesday, I took 4 tablets making 8 tablets in total plus 1 Flu tablet, A few hours after I took that medicine, I felt a sharp pain in my left hear, after which the pain subsided.

I am Welder by profession, I went to work that same moment, at work, I was using a grinding machine to grind iron to make iron smooth, the machine makes noise, but this day, as I was grinding, I could feel something in my brain or inner ear bringing buzzing sound or noise into my ear, after grinding that iron, I couldn't ear anything, all I was hearing is just noise.

The next day, which is today Thursday, I could hear people speak but they have to be loud, and my ears can't tolerate noise at all.

To go hospital hard me because I no gallant because of the series of test they will have me run which will expend my money I don't have.

My question is to the learned health practitioners in the house, should I give it time for it to heal on its own or I should go to the hospital for doctor's opinion on the matter.

Attached are the medicines for your scrutiny, I hope it is not one of those fake drugs.

I want to Japa abroad and I have set my mind on either Australia or Canada as I noticed the popularity and all. But my question now is that how do I go about the passport part. Few weeks ago I had some pains on my both toes after wearing shoes. I thought the pains was because the shoes were tight. But this morning I decided to cut my toe nails clean with blade. In the process of cutting it, a brownish liquid started rushing out from it. I noticed the nail was completely empty inside and almost rotten. Mine happen around September, I don’t know if it’s a case of off-minded or overworked.

When I was consulting with the doctor on the symptoms I was having. This doctor kept writing all the test in this life, he wrote upto 11 test for ulcer symptoms at once. Those test took almost all my savings but since o need cure I didnt care. When I was now discussing with a doc friend of mine he said I only need 2of those tests. Last last when I went back to the hospital I met another doctor on his seat, that one said the same thing that y will I do all this irrelevant test , that one only made us of two test result and prescribe drugs base on them.


Second doctor must be a newbie, that one want to create a blood line on my vein, Jesus she will try it more than 5times until a nurse have to help her. U have to see how she was shaking n swearing profusely. I just kept looking at her, using me as experiment

That you met doctors who had no idea of what to do does NOT give you the right to advise people to consult Google when they want to visit doctors. It's a very wrong and dangerous idea you are giving to people.

You ought to know that there are specialist for various ailment and colloquially, they're called physians or doctors.

Also, it should be noted that Nigerian Healthcare is alarmingly grossly under staffed with specialist healthcare professionals.

Please, I would like to know if the guarantor's NIN is compulsory. My guarantor only has a driving license, but it has expired.
secondly, can i use a guarantor that is outside the country.

What I actually meant to ask is this:

You know the website changed and on this new website immigration.gov.ng, there is no special provision for "print acknowledgement slip". After application and successful payment, what pops up is this below. Is the "print application" option same as the acknowledgement slip? Or is there a separate place you go to download "Acknowledgement Slip"

Up till today, I have never known my genotype till I went to do medical fitness test for my job/employment process.

I've being dating by girlfriend for about two years and seven months now, and I've always seen her as a perfect match to me, not because she's perfect, but because she's very loyal, reserved and calm, respectful, teachable, willing to learn, beautiful and very supportive to say a few.

Kai, the thought of losing her is killing and unexplainable. She had been a BLESSING to me all these while.
We've really worked on ourselves and helped each other to overcome our weaknesses.

With the challenges of my new and better job, will I really have that time to woo women and start the process of working on a woman to blend and suit me?

And this is a girl I'm planning to settle down with by the middle of next year, after I must have gotten used to my new job.

I have always believed that my genotype would be AA, but I was wrong!

Somebody told me that there's nothing God can not do, that he has seen people giving testimonies about change of genotypes. I didn't doubt him, it's just that i'm not the "churchious" type who easily believe all those stories.

Now, my questions are:

1.) Is it possible to have just two children without an SS child?

2.) How do I relate this sad news to her (after she has turned down several serious marriage proposals because of me)?

3.) Please, what do I do?

I'm a new passport applicant and my guarantors passport expired January this year, can i still use ii in my guarantor's form?

And secondly when i was filing the online application, i saw space for just maiden's name and i filled in my other name ''Deborah'' i did not add my surname. And this Deborah is not on my documents. After i finished the application and downloaded the form, it turned out showing Mother maiden's name. And Deborah is not my mother maiden's name its my fourth name.

Will there be issues on the day of capturing? Or can it be corrected in cybercafe?

Please my appointment date is in 3weeks time in Portharcourt, I applied for renewal online. There are some places to fill in the guarantor's form that my guarantor is confused about. The part two that talks about particulars of assets . Is this compulsory. Also the appointment date I selected online is it same as day for capturing? Or it's just a date for biometrics or submission of documents?
