You can't complete a psychology course in 6 months and No organization will tell you to arrange some phoney date with a client. It's an abuse of trust and violation of ethics.

A colleague of mine was telling me recently how his friend who just travelled to Canada and in Canada did a six months Psychology programme got employed by a Company over there.

The work of the Company is to assist vulnerable people especially those ones that are suicidal.

He said the pay is quite good and in just few hours being with your client you can earn like 400 dollars.

He said this his friend has wife and kids in Nigeria who will be relocating soon to Canada and that there was this Nigerian client who is a woman in Canada that was having suicidal thoughts and wanted to even kill her child that the Government had to take the child away from her.

He said he felt maybe it's Ogbanje that is worrying the woman but Oyibo people don't know what is Ogbanje.

The Company told my colleagues friend to do like an undercover blind date and meet up with the woman which he did and that he actually met the woman and even slept with her to make her happy.

In my mind I was just wondering that things de really happen for life.

Are psychologist known to sleep with their clients?
That is the way the psychologist of omahlay slept with him too.

Very difficult to believe this story because:
1. A 6 months program in Canada can't make you a licensed Clinical Psychologist.
2. The company will be breaching protocols and ethics by asking you to be an "undercover" date with a vulnerable client.
3. Due to power imbalance between the client and "psychologist", it would be considered non-consentual sex.
4. Unprofessional and in many licensed profession in Canada unethical to have an affair with a client, especially the one still being treated or managed by you.

So after training abroad, they come and work in hospitals without the modern equipment they were trained with.. or no light to power those equipments? Or patients who can not afford such treatments? Or Politicians who will not use such expertise?

I can tell you for free dat now, uk is better dan canada wrt cost of living. My friend told me how much they pay for bus transportation and i shouted. Cad3.50 for every hour!!!! If ur journey pass 1hr lai dis, u pay another 3.50 cad. For uk its mostly 4:50£ for d whole day!!!(same region like in whole of Birmingham and environs). The guy didn’t believe it
