It's simple an unwritten book revealed to Jesus which he preached to the children of Israel.

It was never written during the lifetime of Jesus. His disciples may have written some parts of what he preached and this was circulated and later got corrupted by addition of what they didn't witness themselves.

A book that was not written?

What is a book? a set of written sheets of skin or paper or tablets of wood or ivory
b : a set of written, printed, or blank sheets bound together between a front and back cover

Maybe Islam has a different definition of book

The Bible is not the Injil, The Bible was written and compiled by men.

The Quran that was given to Mohammed was also written and compiled by men!

Where is the injil? Don’t tell me that Allah could not keep his injil till today!

May affliction not rise again the second time!
