Wow.... I love this

How i wish i can do this to one Ezra Vandi that scammed me Bitcoin in 2018.

I was despirately in need of money then and i decided to sell my Bitcoin to pay rent as new Corper then.

The guy just swallow my money and blocked me. It pained me but i could not even stress myself, i let go.

To be scammed is one of the most painful things in this world especially if you are not the type that have scammed someone before.

That nonsense designer guy is a pure scammer. He was surprised that some of his true details can be digged out. His dirty past is not even helping the matter.

Lol this Ezra Vandi must have wounded you back then. I know how it feels bro...very painful.

If we make it a point to expose them, others will learn and we can build trust here.
Business / Re: What Bank Is The Best For A Business Account? by eksammy(m): 8:15am On Jul 01, 2020
The choice of a bank depends on the type of business you are doing, what you want out of the business account and even your location.

All banks are the same and offer the basic savings and current accounts.

However, most of them now add features and flesh to make it look like theirs is different or any better.

Again most banks have a niche or target market in which they operate or have comparative advantage.

Home or Abroad-focused : For example if you are a distributor of a foreign multinational or a corporate looking to do international business, it will make sense to consider standard chartered, zenith, stanbic cos your foreign partners may be familiar and more comfortable with these intl brands. Some banks make importation easy while others can kill your business with too many requirements. Some banks sell dollar cheaper while others will never even have. So do your homework well and choose wisely.

Target market: Again if your business is retail and focuses a lot on youth and tech savvy population, GTB and surprisingly firstbank will be the places to consider cos a lot of youth bank with them. Nothing beats giving someone an account number in the same bank he banks.

Location: Your location also is a factor cos some banks in Nigeria have some areas of strength. Fidelity and Diamond Access are really popular down south, and Keystone and Jaiz (i suspect) should be good up north. So if your customers will be paying in mostly from Onitsha or Aba, you need to research a bank that is readily available for them.

Crowdiness: You dont want to be spending hours in the bank. Think well and look at your type of business. If your business needs you to be depositing large amounts of cash frequently, you may consider a bank with less customers like...oh no i really dont want mention any bank in a negative way, but hey not having plenty customers and less crowded banking calls can be an advantage.

Cost/charges: Some banks have a lot of freebies and even allow you run the traditional current account (free) .i.e without charging you the traditional COT (N1 for every 1,000 you withdraw). But some will find ingenious ways of going beyond the COT to make money off you. So if you are not so cost-sensitive you can look to ecoban, Access, zenith but if you want to get cheap transaction fees gtb, fidelity, sterling etc have some loopholes that you may like to explore.

There are a lot of things you'd have to consider before choosing a bank to partner with. If you share more info, you will get more tailored advise. Some banks are even women-friendly while some are even risk-friendly and so may be more likely to give you loan when you need it.

Choosing a bank these days maybe as important as choosing your club. It can even shed a light on your personality and brand.

very unrepentantly cocky a questionable character... Show us in your conversation with eksammy where you initially said 10k only for him to say 2k.

Also show us the day you delivered his work . Was it within the 3 hours you flaunted for him to swallow in the initial agreement?

Isn't the same line of excuse you employed when your victims complain?

O ya we dey wait for you.

Thank you for those questions.

He prefers to curse than have any decent conversation.

Again i think he feels fresh pains anytime someone comments here, cos after viewing and replies here he runs straight to my DM to drop fresh curses ....lol

I mean he literaly wakes up in the middle of the night just to place curses on his customers...and then he goes back to sleep (see timing below)

So now whenever i see unread messages from him, i know there must be comments here.

I hope he learns from this experience and change for the better.

7 good days! ......after you had exposed him oooo, it would have been 10 ,or 1000000days or never if you had kept mute eksammy. Was there anywhere in the original agreement or chat where he had intimated you that the logo costs 10k only for you to suddenly changed the price to 2k? Wasn't 2k the original agreement and the job be delivered within 24 hours or far less? Why using the same line of excuses he has employed with other victims with you? This guy is a fukicng scammer walahi.

Of course he assumes no one will bother calling him out for 2k.

The same line ooo...it seems he has been rehearsing it, once he says its a greedy fellow that wants 10k job for 2k, his mind will then tell him its ok to scam that person.

Sad though!

You chatted me Up as a stranger with different account pretending to be a different client with another account. But you were stupid enough to tell them your idiotic readers that I delivered as promised as well.

I curse you man! And make sure you don't come begging for help in the future man. Because you have no idea what you just got yourself into.

You did tell your users I delivered this job foool

Your posts are not coherent and dont make sense. Do you read what you type at all? Either you are too angry to think logically or you are just using curses as diversionary tactics to answer pertinent questions.

What do you mean by i chatted you as a stranger with different account. Are you suspecting im someone you have scammed before...lol!

I do not have a second moniker anywhere. I do not know you from Adam. If you had done your job i wouldnt have spent all this energy digging up stuff about you.

When you get the next customer, please treat them well. And please STOP with the THREATS in my DM. You never know i might smile and decide to match it with disproportionate force...and you will be wondering if its only this 2k that has also earned you a stint with security agencies!

for a 2000 job i think this damage is extreme, you were not honest in your initial post too, you never mentioned the fact that he actually delivered but you only wanted some modifications before the delay. it is understandable if he never delivered at all but he did. even banks tells us 24 hrs for resolution and sometimes it takes over a week.

It doesnt matter if its 2k or 2million. Do you know how many people that may have lost their 2k with him and be like...."its small, is it bcoe of only 2k.."

But no, i choose to shout. It will serve as a warning to him and as a deterrent to others who may be considering taking up similar ventures.

"..this damage is extreme.." yea bro i agree. But thats the essence. Check all the other callouts and complaints about him here on nairaland. None of them got to him or even bothered him. He just told them off and continued as usual...

I needed to put his life together in one place for him. I bet this one has touched him...for him to be running around these posts cursing and foaming in the mouth here and in my DM.

I did not hide any facts. I chatted him with my company name and he immediately sent a design with dark background unusable for anything saying he will bring it out if i pay. I paid in 5mins and started following him up daily for over 7days with no end in sight. It was then i googled his name and discovered its his 'normal strategy'.

On the modifications, please read through our chat and judge for yourself if this amounted to modifications and if it should have taken 7days for something he promised to do in 3hours

If permit Nigerians they will want the whole world for free. Message me I will forward you all my chats with the foo! From day one to see for your self when he started his bugos demands. Which I later gave to him for free. Without the knowledge that he has already made a post against me. Imagine all these nonsense coming from a f00! Who got his job within 5 hour after payment without any fight as I Promised him before he started demanding for the whole world for the pea nut he paid me

These are the exact stories you told me when i confronted you in our chat about people that allege you scammed them online...you called them 'greedy idiots' who want '10-20k worth of jobs for peanuts/free". Now you are using those same exact words/storyline against me.

If you know you cant do a logo at 2k, why offer to do it and then turn around to call those who accept your offer 'greedy and idiots'?

On your claims that what i have been narrating here about our transaction are all lies. Why offer to send screenshots DM to anyone that chats you privately? I challenge you to post them here. Vindicate yourself. You are accused openly, please respond openly and clear your name.

Please I beg you do not take down your posts on Twitter or other platforms where you shared this.

Let him feel the heat and suffer consequences for his actions. People continue to defraud others because they've never really suffered dire consequences, so they carry on.

He only did what he was meant to because your posts forced him to, not because he has any integrity. Evil thrives when good people do nothing, pls be a jolly good fellow and leave the posts there grin.

Thank you dear. At some point i wanted to take down the posts since he has seemingly delivered.

But on second thought i felt its better to leave it here for posterity. This might help someone someday, the same way it helped me realize i was being scammed when i checked online and read @DonBrowser story here https://www.nairaland.com/4867368/egbuta-kevin-kalu-kkevin-scammer#73306716 and how Kkevin led him on after scamming him and the poor guy was still believing he will eventually give him the US number he wanted.

This guy operate so smoothly such that you wont realize youve been scammed.

In the early days after he takes your money, he will still be replying your messages and postponing until you get frustrated, if you turn it to quarrel he will gladly join you with better insults and eventually block you. If you are the quiet type, you will move on and he will focus on the next victim. Either way you lose.

I paid him on 12th june and he dint chat me again. The very next day 13th he asked me to pay him again instead of acknowledging the payment i madeRona, i reminded him and showed him payment alert and he said ok....from that 13th till 21st when i posted here....he was all stories for 7days+ until i started exposing him!

My brother how patient exactly....there you go again blaming the victim!

For someone that showed sample and said he will finish it up and give me within 3hours after payment.

I paid on the 12th and stories started...not minding that i told him i needed it urgently same day.

Even after 6days of following up, he was telling me stories this morning until i started posting and making moves.

When i confronted him about all these posts here about him being a scammer, he said i should not mind the 'idiots' that want 10k job for 2k.

Im not destroying his reputation, im only giving him a fair and factual review. So his future customers will know what to expect in dealing with him.

He has realised that he messed with the wrong person.

After seeing my posts here and on twitter and realizing i was seriuosly making moves to get his account closed and involve security agencies.

He has delivered two different logos today and now advising me to take down the posts. Obviously he feels the posts are hurting his brand.

On a final analysis, i wont advise anyone to do business with this guy. Even if it is proven that he is not a scammer, his business ethics leaves much to be desired. He will obviously not keep to deadlines and disappoint you, and if you have paid him, you risk losing everything if he decides to lock up

I responded to a logo design advert here on nairaland but after payment, the guy started telling stories.

Upon checking the name, i discovered many other people have been scammed by the same person and are seemingly helpless.

I think we deserve a safe internet space here on nairaland devoid of fraud. So instead of blaming myself, i feel we can at least report him to GTBank and at least get them to lien and close that his account to protect the general public.

So please if you have had a bad deal with:

Kevin Egbuta Kalu (Kkevin on nairaland) with GTB account no. 0241494263

Please narrate your experience here or post evidence that will help ensure no one else falls victim after now.

We need to make this internet space and nairaland safer. I am ready to report him if i know how to.

Meanwhile can we please pupulate his dossier by narrating our ordeals here with him. That can serve as evidence to nail him.

Politics / Re: COSEYL Warns Against Protests In Umuahia And Abuja Against Orji And Son. by eksammy(m): 3:59pm On Feb 18, 2020
And Nigerians Asked, Are Abians Cowards?

By. Ferdinand Ekeoma

During the discussion of the EFCC Investigation of the alleged financial crimes committed by Chief T.A. Orji and sons this morning on TV Continental in Lagos, one of the anchor men expressed shock that up till this moment, Abians have not staged a protest over the shocking revelations, at least to call on the accused to step aside, especially when the accused have kept sealed lips.

In fact one of the guests at the program, and the former NBA Vice President, Barr. Monday Ubani who happens to be an Abian, reminded them that the Abia looters had since succeeded in subduing Abians, starting from 1999.

He disclosed that the looters have the penchantfor violence and intimidation of the citizens, hence the fear of many citizens to speak out.

He made it clear that they didn't just deal with Abians physically, but that they also dealt with them spiritually.

To the shock of the anchor men, he told them that all the news papers that carried the report of the alleged financial crimes were completelymopped up at news stands, and that radio stations in Abia could not even discuss the topic.

You could see that Abians are being viewed as cowards, who are both docile and unserious.

This is not the first time a former governor would be investigated, but the Abia case is considered a national scandal of immense proportion, because of the magnitude of what was allegedly plundered and the reckless audacity exhibited in the thievery.

As much as we are presently looked down in the comity of states of the federation, yet there are still men and women of Abia who are determined to change this sad narrative, as anything short of arresting the monstrous system would lead to the creation of a 21st century fiefdom of slavery in Abia, which could impact very negatively on every Abian, directly or indirectly.

The consciousness of every right thinking Abian should be awakened at this critical moment, to realise that nothing breeds insecurity and terror more than bad leadership, and no bad leadership is worse than the alleged senseless plundering tha took place during the tenure of Chief T.A. Orji.

Today, many political leaders in the North East are permanently trapped in Abuja, away from their beautiful mansions back home, because they are running away from Boko Haram onslaughts. When they created or carelessly allowed the Boko Haram monster to breed, they didn't imagine that it could grow to a point beyond their control.

Some years ago, kidnappers unleashed unimaginable mayhem on Abia state, forcing many Abia residents to flee the state. It was nightmarish for everyone; the big, the small, the rich and the poor all bore the brunt.
People hid their flashy cars at home and preferred to trek to avoid being kidnapped, yet many still lost their lives and businesses, either as targets, or as accidental victims.

Demanding that EFCC speeds up investigation, that those who allegedly looted our money be brought to justice, that our money be returned for the development of Abia and payment of our dying pensioners, and that the Speaker steps aside for a hitch-free Investigation and uninterrupted running of the legislative house are all legitimate demands being made by Abians.

The issue at hand should not be politicized, but whoever chooses to do so can go ahead, as long as Abians are pursuing a just cause, they are destined to triumph.

The alleged financial crimes are not just atrocious and evil, they are provocative and insulting, and should not be condoned by any sane person in this 21st century.

Our ultimate and collective interest should be the return of our money, and after that, every one can go back to his or her political tent.

Playing neutral or keeping silent in the face of oppression and injustice, doesn't just make one a coward, but also a co-conspirator or a traitor.

Remember that the peaceful rally being organised by Coalition of Abians Against Corruption is cheduled to hold as follows:

Abuja -Wednesday, 19th February, 2020.

Venue: From Unity Fountain, to National Assembly, and finally to EFCÇ office.

Time of Commencement: 8Am

Umuhia- Wednesday, 19th February, 2020

Venue: From Okpara Square, to Government House Gate and finally, to Abia House of Assembly.
Time of Commencement: 8am

The Choice to break away from political slavery or perpetually accept it, is ours.

Abians can no longer remain docile as their future is jeopardaized.

We will come out on Wednesday to express our right as citizens.

Umuahia and Abuja Anti Corruption Walk

We are please to announce that on Wednesday 19th February 2020, The Abia Coalition Against Corruption will embark on a Peaceful Protest to register our outrage over the sordid revelation that detailed how our commonwealth was squandered brazenly by the past governor and his sons.

This protest will hold simultaneously in ABUJA and UMUAHIA.

ABUJA Venue: Unity Square 10am
UMUAHIA Venue: Okpare Square 10am.

If you are in Umuahia or Abuja, please come out and join us. This mass action is necessary to ensure that these grave allegations are not swept under the carpet.

Those who raped us blind and dry are making frantic efforts to scuttle our resolve but we remain unmoved in our determination to confront the enemies of our collective destiny.

God bless you all! Kindly share this post.

https://ohafia-tv.com/pathtogrowth-centre-commends-efcc-on-abia-corruption-fight/09/02/2020/

Press Statement of the Pathtogrowth Centre dated 10th February 2020

Pathtogrowth Centre Commends EFCC on Abia Corruption fight,
…..Calls on Abia Government to Probe past Governors and cronies

An Abia – based economic rights advocacy group – Pathtogrowth Entrepreneurship Centre has commended the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission for beaming its searchlights on the Ex-Governors of Abia state and their cronies.

The Executive Director of Pathtogrowth Centre, Comrade Sam Ekwuribe lauded EFCC’s efforts following the recent report by several media houses of ongoing investigation of Ex-Governor T. A. Orji and his son Chinedum Orji (Current Speaker, Abia House of Assembly) over alleged money laundering amounting to over N150billion.

It will be recalled that barely 3months ago another ex- governor of the state Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu was convicted and sentenced to 12 years in prison over illegal diversion and laundering of N5.5billion.

Sam Ekwuribe welcomed the efforts of the EFCC to hold to account seemingly powerful individuals that have once held public offices noting that it will serve as a deterrent to others presently in office.

The NGO which promotes accountability in governance noted with dismay that the Abia state Government both past and present has not complained about losing these funds.

Asking rhetorically he said ‘’how come Abia state is losing money in billions and yet not complaining or searching for them? Is Abia state that rich not to notice the loss of billions’’

The Ikpeazu – led government have therefore been called upon to urgently set up a judicial commission of inquiry that would also review all financial transactions and carry out a forensic audit to establish sources of funds and how they are disbursed from 1999 to date. The outcome of the audits will enable the states file rejoinders at the courts so as to be in a position to benefit if any of the looted funds are recovered.

The Pathtogrowth Entrepreneurship Centre is an NGO that focuses on enhancing economic opportunity through advocacy, capacity building and developmental initiatives.

They have decried the spate of looting and corruption in Abia state and other parts of the South East while pointing out that these funds could be used to help spur economic development and boost small businesses which is where Abia and other Southern states have comparative advantage.

In making the call, the group has promised to mobilize young Abians citizens soon to protest the inaction and indifference of the Abia state Government and to send a message to public officials in the state that they will no longer watch as their future is being destroyed.

Signed

Our image is taking serious hits

https://www.google.com.ng/amp/s/punchng.com/nigerian-jailed-for-fraud-cheats-inmate-of-27560/amp/

A Nigerian, Amos Paul Gabriel, 48, who was sentenced to three years in jail for defrauding the Ethiopian government of $27.2m, was on Wednesday charged with cheating another inmate while in remand at Changi Prison in Singapore.

Amos, who is a permanent resident in Singapore has been accused of deceiving Milled El Khouri into believing that a sum of $27, 560, provided by El Khouri, would be used to post bail for the latter, reports Yahoo News Singapore.

Believing Amos, El Khouri had the sum of money delivered to a person named Chung Ting Fai through another person named Enkhadalai Mandakh.

During his previous legal cases, Amos had been represented by a lawyer also named Chung Ting Fai.

El Khouri is an Australian businessman who is wanted in Australia for allegedly receiving stolen cars and dealing with criminal proceeds. He was detained in Singapore in January last year.

Amos’ is said to have committed the crime between January and May 2019 at Changi Prison Complex while he was in remand for his money laundering offences. His charge sheet did not state the roles played by Chung and Enkhadalai in the alleged offence.

Charged via videolink, Amos said that he had a lawyer but was not aware of the new charge against him. He will be back in court on 28 August.

Amos was sentenced to three years’ jail on 16 May this year for the money laundering offences.

On the same day, he was also fined $4,200 for reckless driving after nearly causing an accident on the East Coast Parkway expressway sometime in 2016 while in his blue Lamborghini.

For his current charge, Amos faces up to 10 years in jail or a fine if convicted.

Health / Experiences At LUTH For Prenatal Sickle Cell Diagnosis Test by eksammy(m): 11:58am On May 26, 2019
We are considering a prenatal diagnosis test at sickle cell foundation LUTH.

They have given us a cost of 270k noting that she has to stay for 2days before travelling after the procedure.

But we are a bit curious and apprehensive.

Please if you have gone through the test before, could you please advise on anything we should watch out for?

Any extra costs?

How painful was the procedure?

The staff...were they professional?

was it worth it?

And for the doctors in the house...what are the chances of misdiagnosis in this prenatal test.
