Our play is better now. Forget Mourinho. I was one of those who defended him for a long time. We always looked confused in out defence during his time. Winning depended on Herreira having a grade 10 performance, Fellaini heading balls away from our box in dying minutes, Young putting preventing wingers from doing damage. The playing style had no bearing.

That game had no business going into penalties in the first place.

Only 3 shots in 120 minutes. Against a team with premier league rejects Etienne Capoue and Coquelin in the midfield.

Cavani and Rashford missed clear cut chances.

Cavani should have scored the first goal. He had no business passing to Rashford which he also miscued. Cavani was nervous and could not act as a dependable leader in the opening minutes where he should have put us ahead and then we go for a massacre. After missing that goal, he went back to cause a needless foul following Pogba's error pass, and then we conceded.

That is my number one problem with Ole since last season, if he has use his bench properly, we could have won against Sevilla last season. Man City went on a winning one when no one could predict his team same with Tuchel. Using same set of players allow your opponent to predict your game plan and even Fatigue will set in. We lost against Sheffield United based on Ole being scare of utilizing his bench.

It can happen you a team coached to make safe passes around without making adventurous passes to the strikers. When you have a team that plays that way, the defensive record will appear good, but attacking will be poor.

Currently, Bailly is the worst Central defender United has had in terms of reading game. He plays the Central defence like a Defensive Midfielder converted to a Centre Back. Even Michael Essien that was a DM will not be this awful.

Every time he has played, he easily made Maguire being missed. Bailly has the legs, agility and physicality. Pace and power. But the defence will shake from start to finish thereby easily help to accentuate the quality of Maguire.

Bailly is also made to play on the safe right aide of the two CBs. Unlike Maguire, Jones ans sometimes Lindelof who play on their less favourite sides. Last time Tuazebe played comfortably on the left side
