You are a temple of YHVH Almighty, the one and only true God, the Creator of the heavens, the earth, the seas and everything in them.

Your body is the temple of YHVH Almighty where he and his begotten Son, Yahushua the Messiah, live by his Set-apart Spirit.

This message is meant to stir up your spirits and encourage you to abstain from such a low-level lifestyle.

Have you ever stopped and pondered the magnificence of the temple that king Solomon built? King Solomon was, unarguably, the wisest king of Israel. He was also the richest. So, you can imagine the kind of wealth spent and energy expended on erecting the very temple in Israel. You can read 1 Kings 5,6 and 7 for the full gist. Even his father, king David, a man after YHVH's own heart was not allowed to erect the same temple, though he was the one who came up with the idea.

1 Kings 8: 17 “My father David had it in his heart to build a temple for the Name of YHVH, the God of Israel. 18 But YHVH said to my father David, ‘You did well to have it in your heart to build a temple for my Name. 19 Nevertheless, you are not the one to build the temple, but your son, your own flesh and blood—he is the one who will build the temple for my Name.’

Even with all its magnificence, YHVH Almighty, our Father in heaven, did not dwell in it, but put his Name there. This is because he does not dwell in the house built by human hands.

1 Kings 8: 27 “But will God really dwell on earth? The heavens, even the highest heaven, cannot contain you. How much less this temple I have built!

1 Kings 9: 3 YHVH said to him:
“I have heard the prayer and plea you have made before me; I have consecrated this temple, which you have built, by putting my Name there forever. My eyes and my heart will always be there.

The body of every saint, servant, follower or messenger of YHVH Almighty, of Yahushua the Messiah, is his temple where he lives by his Set-apart Spirit. The Creator made a human in his own image by his own hands. Human being is not the creation of another human being. If you oppose this, create one and show us. In fact, the human body was made, crafted and designed by the one and only Intelligent Designer and Creator, our Father in heaven, himself.

So, you are better than sexual immorality. The evil spirits envy you because you, a saint, servant, follower and messenger of YHVH Almighty, is where YHVH Almighty has chosen to live by his Set-apart Spirit. This is why the evil spirits are using their human slaves to fill the world with all kinds of sexual immorality and the things that lead to them. They desperately want to make you as unclean as them and, by that, make you uninhabitable by the Spirit of Truth.

So, you, my brother, sister, are better than those sexual sins that defile your body. Abstain from them. If you are married, stick with your spouse. Adultery is vile.

You see, placing your hand on the Bible or holding it in your hand and swearing will not do anything. Placing your hand on the Bible and saying so "help you God", doesn't mean much. People worship all sorts of things. If you truly want to test the Owner of the Scriptures, which you call Bible, if you truly want to test whether the words are real, powerful or idle, lift some words from there and attach his name to them and then swear. Like this:

"May the Owner and the God of the Scriptures", you say his name, "strike you with some or all of the curses he has pronounced in his Scriptures if you fail to do so and so or if you do so and so."

The above is just a sample. There are different ways to go about it, if truly you want to swear with the Scriptures of YHVH Almighty.

Here is another sample. You can say:

"May the thunder and the lightning of the Owner and the God of the Scriptures that you are holding", you mention his name, "pour his wrath and punishment upon you, if you fail to do so and so or do so and so"

No one, not even the most powerful individual on earth, can deliver the soul of another on the Day of Judgment, when we are all going to be judged according to how we have lived our lives while on this present earth. You see, hammed71, the event quoted above transpired at a time when the Israelites had forgotten the one and only true God who brought them out of the land of Ham, out of slavery in Egypt and placed them on the land flowing with milk and honey and had gone after Baal, the same detestable and abominable god of the former inhabitants of the same land which YHVH Almighty gave to them.

They had lost their way at that point. YHVH used prophet Elijah to show them their folly in order to bring them back to the Righteous Path.

So, on Carmel, Elijah the prophet gave them the two options. If YHVH Almighty is the God that brought them out of slavery in Egypt and placed them on the land flowing with milk and honey, they should follow him. However, if Baal was the God that brought them out of slavery in Egypt and placed them on the land flowing with milk and honey, they should follow him. They were to choose between two options:
