An apt moment. |
22jumpstreet1, as long the Scriptures of YHVH Almighty are concerned, you have nothing to teach me. May be you can teach me how to prepare ujuju soup sometime. I may not know the so-called secret things of Satan and his forces of wickedness, and I desire not to know, I know the ways of my Father in heaven, YHVH Almighty. That is all that matters. |
If you don't know why the Presence of YHVH Almighty was on and with the Ark of his Covenant, how did you know that his Presence was on and with it at all? Actually, it should be of your concern, Felimax. It is not one of those hidden mysteries of the Scriptures that require deep insight. It is actually simple and plain for any interested seeker to see and grasp. You should desire to know, if truly you are a seeker of the truth of the Scriptures. How could you describe or classify the Ark of the Covenant as anything when you don't even know why the Presence of YHVH Almighty was on and with it, or if the Presence of YHVH Almighty was on and with it at all? Since you have introduced this into the discourse, even if I was not really going to that direction, let me ask: within the context of the Scriptures, what is an idol and what is idolatry? Let us finish with this phase of the discourse. Your assertions, Felimax, are the reasons for this thread and why this discussion is taking place. I was expecting you to give me a proper tutoring on them. b However, you have failed to do so. There are certain parameters that must be ascertained before the issue of right or wrong can be asserted, Felimax. You have been evasive. Unlike you, Felimax, I, Elated177, am a preacher of the truth of YHVH Almighty, our Father in heaven. I actually care about the souls of others. However, it is entirely their prerogative to choose eternal life in the Kingdom of our Father in heaven or eternal damnation in the lake of fire. So, you see, sharing and preaching the truth without fear or favour are of top priority, Felimax. You shouldn't have mentioned the Ark of the Covenant and the bronze snake if they weren't your business. The mere fact that you did shows that they are your business. I have shown you where you contradicted yourself, Felimax. |
I am sure you have seen where you contradicted yourself. I know what contradiction means, Felimax. I never said that the Ark of the Covenant was God. It is actually simple to understand, Felimax, why was the Presence of YHVH Almighty, God Almighty, with the Ark of his Covenant? This is what I have been trying to get from you. If you do not know the answer to the question, just say so and we will move on to the next phase of the discourse, that is, after I have told you the reason, of course. The Israelites didn't worship the Ark of the Covenant, of course. I never said anything contrary to that. We know that they revered it. Why? One might say that it is because the Presence of YHVH Almighty, God Almighty, our Father in heaven, was on and with it. Why? Why was the Presence of God Almighty with it? |
See where you contradicted yourself. Felimax:Are you saying that the presence of God was not in that temple? Felimax:Let me ask, at this juncture, what is the Ark of the Covenant? |

22jumpstreet1/sonmvayina, teach yourself first. |
Maynman, what does Marcion have to do with the message of the thread? |
Felimax, what is funny? Why did you inquire of my denomination? I have seen all your replies, Felimax. Who said anything about Catechism? We are here to learn from each, aren't we? And I want to know why the Ark of the Covenant bore the presence of God. I never said that the Ark of the Covenant was God, Felimax. The Presence of God, our Father in heaven, was actually in that temple. Now you are contradicting yourself, Felimax. First, you said that the presence of God was on and with the Ark of his Covenant and now you are saying a different thing entirely. The Presence of YHVH Almighty, our Father in heaven, was on and with the Ark of his Covenant and, by that fact, in that temple. #Fact. So, the Ark of the Covenant didn't represent his presence. If I am wrong, enlighten me otherwise. After all, we are here to learn. I am beginning to think that you are deliberately evading my question. Here it is again, Felimax. Why was the presence of God on and with the Ark of his Covenant? You do know that his Presence here means his Spirit, right? |
El Elohe Yahshrael. |
Sonmvayina, definitely not from where you pull your folly, confusion and delusion. I don't expect them to make sense to you, sonmvayina. You must get rid of your folly, confusion and delusion before you can even begin to comprehend the kind of messages that my Father in heaven, YHVH Almighty, uses his saint, servant follower and messenger, elated177, to disseminate. It is not every message that is open for discussion, sonmvayina. Most of the messages that I am being used to disseminate here are: read, understand, accept or reject. |

Aptly and sublimely made unimpeachable. El Elohe Yahshrael! |
Felimax, I am not here, on this site, for any monkey business. I am not here for some mischievous activity. If I engage you with another moniker, it will be to continue the line of discourse and not for any hanky panky stuff. |
Felimax, I belong to the denomination that has the utmost respect and honour for the Ten Commandments of YHVH Almighty, our Father in heaven, and sees the total and complete and absolute obedience to them as unnegotiable. I belong to the denomination that believes that Yahushua the Messiah, the Word and begotten Son of YHVH Almighty, the one and only true God and the Creator of the heavens, the earth, the seas and everything in them and the Father of the spirits of all humans, is the embodiment of the Ten Commandments and that obedience to them is obedience to him and, therefore, the only path to Salvation. So, Felimax, do you know of such denomination? Have you heard of such denomination? Does it exist. You didn't really answer my last question above. You, probably, didn't understand it. We have established that the Ark of the Covenant was revered because of the Presence of our Father in heaven on and with it. Now, I want you to tell us, if you know, why the Presence of our Father in heaven was on and with his Ark of the Covenant. This should be easier to grasp. |
I understand, budaatum. Buda worships himself. Buda is buda's god. |
Leviticus10 : Aaron’s sons Nadab and Abihu took their censers, put fire in them and added incense; and they offered unauthorized fire before YHVH, contrary to his command. 2 So fire came out from the presence of YHVH and consumed them, and they died before YHVH. 3 Moses then said to Aaron, “This is what YHVH spoke of when he said: “‘Among those who approach me I will be proved holy; in the sight of all the people I will be honored.’” Aaron remained silent. |
You are now a comedian, budaatum? |
Budaatum, I am glad you have realized that you do not worship the same God that Moses, Aaron, Abihu and the other 70 elders worshipped. |
What dead thread, budaatum? |
The saints, servants, followers and messengers of YHVH Almighty will understand. |
Be care of the doors you open. |
El Elohe Yahshrael! John 3:4 Everyone who sins breaks the law; in fact, sin is lawlessness. 5 But you know that he appeared so that he might take away our sins. And in him is no sin. 6 No one who lives in him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen him or known him. So the Messiah never came to take away the Law. He came to take away our lawlessness. He gives us his Spirit to enable us abstain from lawlessness by obeying his Laws. 1 John 2:6 Whoever claims to live in him must live as Yahushua did. How did Yahushua the Messiah walk? Read: John 15: 9 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. 10 If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. The only way by which anyone can remain in the Messiah's love is by obeying his Commandments? What are his Commandments? Luke 6:46 “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say? 47 As for everyone who comes to me and hears my words and puts them into practice, I will show you what they are like. The great and awesome Ten Commandments of the one and only true God, YHVH ALMIGHTY, which he spoke with his very own voice and wrote with his very own finger on two stone tablets, may be counted together with the other laws when counting all the laws, commands, decrees and statutes given to the Israelites, however, they are separate. The other laws, commands, decrees and statutes he told Moshe/Mosha/Moses to teach them. Deut 5:6 “I am YHVH your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery. 7 “You shall have no other gods before me. 8 “You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 9 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, YHVH your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me, 10 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments. 11 “You shall not misuse the name of YHVH your God, for YHVH will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name. 12 “Observe the Sabbath day by keeping it holy, as YHVH your God has commanded you. 13 Six days you shall labor and do all your work, 14 but the seventh day is a sabbath to YHVH your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your male or female servant, nor your ox, your donkey or any of your animals, nor any foreigner residing in your towns, so that your male and female servants may rest, as you do. 15 Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and that YHVH your God brought you out of there with a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore YHVH your God has commanded you to observe the Sabbath day. 16 “Honor your father and your mother, as YHVH your God has commanded you, so that you may live long and that it may go well with you in the land YHVH your God is giving you. 17 “You shall not murder. 18 “You shall not commit adultery. 19 “You shall not steal. 20 “You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor. 21 “You shall not covet your neighbor’s wife. You shall not set your desire on your neighbor’s house or land, his male or female servant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor.” Deuteronomy 5:22 These are the commandments YHVH proclaimed in a loud voice to your whole assembly there on the mountain from out of the fire, the cloud and the deep darkness; and he added nothing more. Then he wrote them on two stone tablets and gave them to me. The Israelites heard his voice when he gave the Ten Commandments: Deut 5:23 When you heard the voice out of the darkness, while the mountain was ablaze with fire, all the leaders of your tribes and your elders came to me. Deut 10:YHVH wrote on these tablets what he had written before, the Ten Commandments he had proclaimed to you on the mountain, out of the fire, on the day of the assembly. And YHVH gave them to me. After the Ten Commandments, the Israelites went back to their tents and YHVH Almighty gave Moshe the other commands, decrees and laws and instructed him to teach them. Deut 5:30 “Go, tell them to return to their tents. 31 But you stay here with me so that I may give you all the commands, decrees and laws you are to teach them to follow in the land I am giving them to possess.” Most of those Laws, decrees and commands were only meant to be kept in the land of Israel at that time. Some of those decrees, laws, commands and statutes, such as the Levitical Law and the law of tithe associated with it, the sacrificial law and burnt offering laws ended with the coming of Yahushua the Messiah and the subsequent destruction of the Temple. As for the Ten Commandments, which Yahushua the Messiah embodies, they are for ever. Revelation 11:19 Then God’s temple in heaven was opened, and within his temple was seen the ark of his covenant. And there came flashes of lightning, rumblings, peals of thunder, an earthquake and a severe hailstorm. Deut 10:At that time YHVH said to me, “Chisel out two stone tablets like the first ones and come up to me on the mountain. Also make a wooden ark. 2 I will write on the tablets the words that were on the first tablets, which you broke. Then you are to put them in the ark.”3 So I made the ark out of acacia wood and chiseled out two stone tablets like the first ones, and I went up on the mountain with the two tablets in my hands. 4 YHVH wrote on these tablets what he had written before, the Ten Commandments he had proclaimed to you on the mountain, out of the fire, on the day of the assembly. And YHVH gave them to me. 5 Then I came back down the mountain and put the tablets in the ark I had made, as YHVH commanded me, and they are there now. The Ten Commandments of YHVH Almighty are so important to him that he proclaimed them in a loud voice out of deep darkness to the Israelites. So, I feel sorry for the people who say that his great and awesome Ten Commandments, which his begotten Son, Yahushua the Messiah, embodies today and which his Power - his Spirit - enables us to obey, are no longer necessary. Did the Law lack power or was it the people that lacked the power to keep the Law? If the Law lacked power, why were those who disobeyed it, before the coming of the Messiah, condemned? The books of Romans and Galatians are not easy to understand. Just like our brother, apostle Peter said, many twist them to their own destruction. The blood of animals was meant to cleanse the people and grant them righteousness, albeit momentarily. However, it could not. The blood of Yahushua the Messiah, with infinite Power cleanses us once for all, justifies and certifies those who continue in his Path of Righteousness, righteous for ever. No one can stay away from sexual immorality - adultery, fornication, masturbation, homosexuality, etc, stealing, lying, cheating, killing, idolatry, etc, by his or her power or strength? The old ways of expiation of sin - blood sacrifices, burnt offerings, etc, are gone and have been replaced by the blood of the Messiah which he gave once for all. The FATHER, YHVH ALMIGHTY, has sealed his Scriptures. Jeremiah 6:16 This is what YHVH says: “Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls. But you said, ‘We will not walk in it.’ Hebrews 1:In the past YHVH spoke to our ancestors through the prophets at many times and in various ways, 2 but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom also he made the universe.
