NIGERIA: Open letter to Buhari on possible Quds Day 2016 attacks

Fears of further army violence against the Islamic Movement of Nigeria must be addressed.

Dear President Buhari,

The Islamic Human Rights Commission (IHRC) is writing to you to raise concerns about information we have received that the Nigerian Army will be in attendance and a threatening force at the annual Al Quds Day rally on Friday 1 July 2016.

This is of huge concern as the demonstration is led by the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN), members of whom were targeted by the armed forces last year. Over three days in December 2015 more than 1000 people were killed as well as property and religious spaces destroyed by the armed forces in Zaria. Leading members of the movement were shot and imprisoned without charge.

It is clear this attack was planned as IMN symbols, buildings, graves and leading figures were targeted. Reports have also stated that individuals faced sexual violence, and were shot, burnt alive, and hacked to death by the Army. This violent massacre was on a very large scale and was hugely disturbing.

There is a history of attacks against IMN, especially during the Al Quds Day rally. In 2014 soldiers attacked the al-Quds Day procession in Zaria, Kaduna State, killing 32. In 2009 four people were killed and several injured when police opened fire on civilians, this was also in Zaria.

Following the December 2015 attacks against IMN, the state government in Kaduna set up a Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) but human rights organisations, including IHRC, believe it is not sufficiently independent and impartial to be able to hold those responsible to account, nor is there any reasonable prospect of any prosecutions.

This lack of accountability has the potential to create an environment where such horrific deaths are acceptable, and that IMN are easy targets. This means that Al Quds Day on Friday poses multiple risks, particularly with the perpetrators of the crimes – the Army – in attendance.

As such, IHRC calls on you to prohibit the Army’s presence at the demonstration and ensure the protection of IMN members who have already suffered immensely. It is imperative to send a strong message to ensure that peaceful and vulnerable members of Nigerian society can demonstrate support for Palestine uninhibited.

The Blood Of Over 1,000 Murdered Innocents Is After General Buratai, Not Boko Haram

Personal Greed & Spiritual Forces Of Over 1000 Murdered Innocent Nigerians Behind COAS, Tukur Buratai Ordeal; Not Boko Haram Terrorism

The attention of leadership of International Society for Civil Liberties & the Rule of Law (Intersociety) is drawn to unfolding circumstances trailing the criminal enrichment and illicit acquisition and ownership of multi-billion naira foreign house properties and local industrial farm by the embattled Chief of Army Staff, Lt Gen Turkur Buratai (a.k.a. Buratai De Butcher).

Our attention is also drawn to latest claims by the embattled COAS, to the effect that “ Boko Haram Cyber Terrorists and those jealous of his “successes” against Boko Haram insurgency in the Northeast are behind his present ordeal”. The claims are totally fallacious and untrue. The truth is that the COAS, Lt Gen Turkur Buratai (a.k.a. Buratai De Butcher) is roundly haunted by personal greed and spiritual forces of over 1000 unarmed, defenseless and innocent citizens massacred under his operational and vicarious watch and directives.
We wish to recall that the authorities of Sahara Reporters had on 24 of June 2016, released a damning report, heavily indicting the serving COAS (Turkur Buratai) over his acquisition and ownership of multi-billion naira properties while still serving as Nigeria’s COAS. The extensively investigated report with pictures, dates, time, locations and other documentary statistics, was released by the authorities of Sahara Reporters after wide consultations with their legal department on the true position of the law and military convention as they concern the legality or otherwise of a serving military officer in Nigeria acquiring and owning choice house properties in overseas as well as industrial farms in choice areas like Nasarawa State-Abuja axis. On 28 of June 2016, the authorities of Sahara Reporters updated their report with more documentary details on how and when Lt Gen Turkur Buratai paid for and took over his Dubai house properties. The updated report also exposed the COAS industrial and multi-billion naira farm located on Keffi-Abuja Expressway. The most striking of it all was that the Dubai properties were purchased through proxies and the COAS chief employer (Federal Government) was never informed officially of same till date; thereby expressly establishing the two fundamental elements of crime: actus reus (guilty act) and mens rea (guilty mind or intent).

Since then, strong attempts have been made and are still being made by the office of the COAS, the Nigerian Army, the Ministry of Defense and the Federal Government to cover up the report and sweep it under the carpet. Some “human rights” activists and lawyers have also been hired, compromised and paid to organize press conferences and feature in arranged television and radio programs for the purpose of watering down the report and sweeping it under the carpet. Some of them have also been hired to write rebuttal for government hired public relations consultants. One of such rebuttals is presently in circulation under “PRNigeria”, in which the COAS was said to have been investigated and cleared by the Federal Government within 24hours. The latest cover up statement circulated by the referenced, claimed that the COAS breaches no law because “he acquired the Dubai properties as a share holder” and that “he is entitled to own a farm as a serving army officer, which he did since he was a major”.

The COAS had earlier authorized the Nigerian Army to issue a statement where he claimed that “he bought his Dubai properties through his personal savings”. The Ministry of Defense on its part said “the COAS is not criminally and morally culpable because he included the Dubai properties in his Asset Declaration Forms and had declared same more than one to the Army and the Code of Conduct”. The COAS also added more salt to the wound by attempting to whip up “Boko Haram sentiments” as the reason for his present ordeal. He had specifically claimed that his ordeal came as a result of his “successes against Boko Haram terrorism in the Northeast” and that “he is under serious attacks by Boko Haram cyber terrorists” (vivid reference to the authorities of Sahara Reporters and other critical online and social media). As laughable, contradictory and empty as the above defenses are, we are not surprised a bit over same.

The above defenses, to say the least, are fallacious, vexatious, concocted, contradictory, watery, un-legalistic, un-argumentative, immoral, shameless, irresponsible, rotten, unscientific, unverifiable and untenable. The truth is that the COAS is being haunted by souls and blood of over 1000 innocent citizens he vicariously and operationally massacred, in conspiracy with his Commander-in-Chief and Nigeria’s most violent civil president as well as the third butcher-in-chief, retired IGP Solomon Arase. By the combined butchery efforts and roles of the trio and their sub-commanders, over 1000 unarmed, nonviolent, defenseless and innocent citizens, including over 700 Shiite Muslim faithful and over 200 Pro Biafra agitators, were massacred with reckless abandon under a period of nine months. The COAS attracted the wrath of spiritual avengers , rioting and revolting from the cosmic world when he literally abandoned the code of conduct and rules of engagement guiding modern act of soldiering and chose to become a butcher and murderer as well as serial ethnic hater and cleanser in uniform.

Why The Souls & Spirits Of Murdered Innocent Nigerians Rose Against COAS, Turkur Buratai: Under his operational and vicarious directives, unarmed and defenseless citizens were massacred in broad day light and their corpses abducted and unceremoniously buried in secret graves. Under the COAS operational and vicarious directives, in conspiracy with his violent Commander-in-Commander and the murderous ex IGP, Solomon Arase, bodies of dozens of those they massacred and murdered were dumped in burrow pits and when alarms were raised by rights groups, they sent their agents to set them ablaze. Under the operational and vicarious directives of the COAS and Co, over 90 bodies of massacred Igbo/Biafra Heroes Day celebrants, onlookers and passersby were abominably buried in secret mass graves inside Onitsha Army Barracks. As we write, over 15 dead bodies of the Asaba spillover massacre of 30 of May 2016 conducted by Buratai’s soldiers and Arase’s police officers are still dumped at the Asaba Federal Medical Center mortuaries with a firm instruction from the Buhari administration not to release them to their families till date.

Under his operational and vicarious directives, in conspiracy with others, five of 12 unarmed jubilant citizens, massacred by soldiers on 17 of December 2015, were abducted and later dumped at the Onitsha General Hospital, where three of them were later discovered and recovered by their families. Under the COAS operational and vicarious directives, the wounded, receiving emergency medical attentions in various clinics, were abducted by soldiers and many of them made to disappear violently till date.

Under the operational and direct directive of the COAS, over 700 unarmed and innocent Shiite Muslim faithful, exercising their constitutionally guaranteed right to freedom of worship and conscience, were massacred in his presence and under his watch. He further ordered his subordinates to “finish up” the rest, leading to violent invasion of the sect headquarters, killing of others and abduction of the rest to his army headquarters where they were murdered in cold blood and unceremoniously buried in droves in criminal mass graves. Instances are too many to be mentioned.

Totality of the foregoing starkly constitutes the collective angers and wrath of the spiritual avengers, who were untimely, violently and abominably massacred by Lt Gen Turkur Buratai and Company. The violent killings under reference and genocidal treatments meted out to the wounded are universally abominable and abhorred under the international humanitarian and human rights laws and the UN system. Lt Gen Turkur Buratai as a key participant in the past international peace operations or peace missions should tell Nigerians and members of the international community where it is heard that the wounded combatants in armed conflict are abducted from the hospital beds by peacekeeping soldiers, denied medical treatments and murdered in cold blood, not to talk of wounded non-combatants or wounded unarmed civilians in peacetime. The COAS should also inform all and sundry if in the course of his participation or commandeering roles in his past international peace missions, he has witnessed, participated or supervised the setting ablaze of murdered corpses of innocent citizens dumped in burrow pits.

#BurataiGate:The Butcher of Zaria is also a #BokoHaram facilitator

The Nigerian Chief of Army staff Lt Gen. Tukur Buratai is in the news again after he spearheaded the brutal massacre of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims in Zaria last December. A London-based human rights organization nicknamed him " The Butcher of Zaria" for his infamous role in the inhuman slaughter of Nigerian civilians in the Zaria massacre.

This time around the Nigerian Army Chief is in news for his corrupt practices and contract scams in the fight against the murderous BokoHaram insurgency that has seen him accumulated many choice properties in Nigeria and Dubai, UAE. At the height of the BokoHaram insurgency it was discovered that high-ranking Nigerian military officers facilitated the insurgency by diverting the funds meant to fight the insurgency or buying second-hand equipment that grossly hampered the fight against the murderous insurgency.

The New York-based Nigerian website the SaharaReporters triggered the investigation and monumental disclosures of the choice property assets of the Nigerian Army Chief in Dubai, UAE, and today this scandal is popularly referred to as BurataiGate. SaharaReporters has unmasked similar corrupt Nigerian officials in the past with credible proofs and the BurataiGate is not an exception.

Sahara Reporters informed about a week ago that the COAS and his two wives in 2013, paid the sum of 1,498,534.00 AED (N120 million/$419,000) for the first property, Project TFG Marina Hotel Unit 2711, with Sale documents showing the first property was given to the Buratais on January 13, 2013.

Credible sources within the Nigerian Army said the money for Buratai’s first Dubai property came from a contract awarded for the supply of vehicles and motorcycles to the army. They confirmed that Buratai had cornered the contract in his days as director of procurement at the Army Headquarters, using a front identified as Usman Gamawa.

“The contract was awarded for the purchase of new vehicles, but Alhaji Gamawa’s Baggash Investment Limited bought second-hand vehicles and motorcycles from Niger Republic for the use of soldiers,” said the source. The source said the purchase of substandard vehicles exposed troops engaged in counterinsurgency operations to immeasurable danger, making them exposed to attacks by BokoHaram terrorists, and reduced their effectiveness.

The army sources revealed that, on arrival in Nigeria, the vehicles and motorcycles supplied by General Buratai’s front, Mr Gamawa, were taken for refurbishment at Mogadishu Cantonment under the watch of one Sergeant Dandan Garba.

Sahara Reporters through its investigative Jornalism found out that Lt Gen Buratai bought a second exotic property in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates, days after his appointment as Nigeria’s chief of army staff (COAS). On July 13, 2015, President Muhammadu Buhari appointed Buratai on as the new COAS.

Sahara Reporters gathered that in the first 11 days of his appointment, Buratai made arrangements to buy a second property from the same company in Dubai. And that between July 24 and August 17, 2015, he paid a total sum of N42.2 million into TFG Sigma 111’s account in Nigeria (Skye Bank 1770380452).
Sahara Reporters also got an evidence which revealed that the chief of army staff made N10 million payments on July 24 and August 7 concurrently. Three days later, he paid another N10 million into the real estate firm’s account. The phone number on the Skye Bank teller is 08033349740. On August 17, 2015, the chief of army staff paid the sum of N3,270,000 into the account.

Information from sources within the army revealed that the payments for the second Dubai property came from army funds allegedly stolen and diverted by Buratai. They explained that the diverted monies were taken from funds budgeted for the feeding, medical care and payment of allowances of soldiers fighting the war against BokoHaram terrorists in Nigeria’s northeast zone.

It is important to note that these two choice properties in Dubai are not the only assets owned by the Nigerian Army Chief as is customary with the corrupt Nigerian elites that they only buy choice properties abroad after they have accumulated many choice properties in Nigeria. Sahara Reporters also reveal that the COAS also owns a big industrial-scale farm, Tukur and Tukur Farm Limited, on the Abuja-Keffi Expressway.
“The farm is currently a huge construction site, featuring a tarred road, a zoo, a guesthouse, chalets, a restaurant, a cinema hall, a mini-stadium and other leisure facilities,” said the source, adding that some of the equipment on the site belongs to Nigerian army.

The conscious Nigerian public commentators were not convinced by the defense of the assets acquisition by the Nigerian army Chief as contained in a statement released by the army image maker. They asked "how can a public officer like Buratai afford to pay for a choice property in Dubai 'Project Marina Hotel Unit 2711' in one lump, instead of by installments. The single payment earned him what the sellers, Sigma 111, called 'incentives, promotions and early payment bonus'?"

One public commentator reasoned that "even if Buratai accumulated all his salaries and allowances since his commission in to the Nigerian army in 1983 to date, the entire accumulated sum can not pay for his $1.5 million choice properties in Dubai!" So the question that Nigerians are asking is "where did Buratai got all these colossal sums of money that he has used to buy choice properties in Nigeria and abroad as a public officer of the Nigerian army?"

Nigerian media outlets and their foreign counterparts have recently accused the government of President Buhari as been selective in its anti-corruption crusade as the main targets uptil now are members of the main opposition party, the PDP, and some selected Nigerians that have issues with the power that be. Despite all these damning disclosures of the monumental corruption of the Nigerian army Chief Buratai, the Nigerian government is silent despite repeated calls from all sections of the Nigerian society for Buratai to resign and be investigated for corrupt practices. No doubt the BurataiGate will act as a litmus test to the so-called anti-corruption claims and credentials of the Buhari administration as increasing number of Nigerians are becoming dissolutioned with the lies, cover-ups and double standards of the Buhari administration.

On a final note, a mass-murderer and BokoHaram facilitator like Buratai should not only be allowed to head the army of a great nation like Nigeria as this megalomanic character is better suited locked-up in either the jails of those corrupted Nigerians who betrayed the public trust given to them or the jails of brutal and inhuman war criminals who committed heinous war crimes against defenseless civilians.

SECURITY FORCES IN PLOTS TO SABOTAGE THIS YEAR’S QUD’S DAY PROCESSION

The Islamic Movement in Nigeria has received intelligence reports indicating that Nigerian Security agents have planned to carry out false flag operations unleashing mayhem in some unmentioned cities in the country, in an attempt to scuttle the marking of Qud’s Day celebration in the country. This annual event, the IMN had peacefully marked successively for the past three decades in solidarity with the suffering people of Palestine every last week of the Holy month of Ramadan.

Two years ago, the event held simultaneously in more than twenty towns and cities across Nigeria, but it was only in Zaria that soldiers under the command of Lt. Col. S.O. Okuh brutally attacked the peaceful protesters, killing 34 people, including three children of our Leader Sheikh Zakzaky. With the benefit of hindsight, that was only a dress rehearsal for the Zaria genocidal attack of December 2015, in which over a thousand members of the IMN were extra-judicially killed in cold blood.

For the benefit of doubts, we wish to reiterate to the public that IMN has been a peaceful entity from conception and has consistently employed peaceful means throughout its existence. That is not going to change, no matter the provocation. We therefore want the general public to know that any act of violence done in our name is not from us, and we by this hereby dissociate ourselves from it and denounce same.

The Nigerian constitution has guaranteed citizens the right to free assembly and peaceful protest. This we will employ as we have always done in all our gatherings and processions. We will mark the Annual international Qud’s Day as has been the tradition just as it will be marked simultaneously all over the World. Nigeria cannot be an exception. We will bring out the name of Nigeria to take its rightful place among the comity of Nations in this regard.

WE DENOUNCE THE ‘PROTECTIVE CUSTODY' OF OUR LEADER

People with conscience all over the world were baffled, when on Tuesday 14th June, 2016 the Directorate of State Services, DSS mentioned before a Federal High Court in Abuja that it is holding the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky "in protective custody" in order to fend him off from those who are hell bent on murdering him.

The Counter Affidavit filed by the Directorate of State Services has raided and clarified so many issues surrounding the continued incarceration of the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria.
1. The Directorate of State Services has made it clear to the Nigerian public and the international community that Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat Ibraheem have not committed any offence known to the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. The Directorate of State Services has also confirmed that the injuries sustained by the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat Ibraheem are life threatening and that they have spent N5, 110,000.00(Five Million, One Hundred and Ten Thousand)Naira only treating them of gunshot wounds.

3. That Directorate of State Services have also confirmed that Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife Zeenat Ibraheem were never handed over to the Police for any form of investigation or interrogation.

But isn't it ridiculous to detain an innocent Sheikh? Where in our statues books and the laws setting up that Directorate of State Services is it mentioned that a person who has not committed any offence and who no prima facie evidence links to the commission of an offence should be detained indefinitely? Indefinite detention and detention without trial are only associated with military regimes and not democratic regimes.

Secondly the DSS is admitting there are some people in the high corridors of power who want to extra judicially kill Sheikh Zakzaky, hence its giving him "protective custody" As a follow up question, why didn't the DSS mention the name of those It is accusing of wanting to see the Sheikh dead? Are they sacred cows that the public would not be told their names? But it is public knowledge already that the GOC of One Mechanised Division Kaduna gave the order on behalf of the Nigerian Army that a "cordon and search operation" be carried out in Zaria that ultimately led to many crimes against humanity. Is the DSS now telling the Nation that it is protecting Sheikh Zakzaky from the murderers in the Nigerian Army?

It can be inferred also from the statement of the DSS before the court that all the allegations proffered by the army on why it carried out the massacre in Zaria are all false accusations. It is simply a case of some religious zealots making use of their offices to persecute a religious body that they hate so much with passion. What is the DSS doing to bring to justice those it said are plotting to kill Sheikh Zakzaky?

The Islamic Movement in Nigeria won't accept this "protective custody" explanation of the DSS, since for some months now it has refused to grant the Sheikh access to his leading Counsel, Mr Femi Falana. For the submission of the DSS before the court to gain any merit, it should with all urgency allow the lawyers of Sheikh Zakzaky to meet and talk to him.

Also from the statement of the DSS before the court, it can be implied that the secret police of the federal government is playing blame games on a sensitive issue involving the lives of over 1000 people lost to the carnage in Zaria. If not, how can one reconcile the statements of the presidency, Army headquarters, One Mechanised Division Nigerian Army Kaduna and that of the Nigerian police with the revelations of the DSS in court?

We are therefore calling on the Federal Government to release Sheikh Zakzaky without any conditionality. It is only this step that will explain away the mystery of "protective custody".

The Iraqi city of Fallujah should serve as a lesson to Sunni Muslims:

PAST: In January 2014, the people of #Fallujah kicked #Iraq's army out of the city and handed it over to #ISIS #DAISH. A Large portion of #Iraq's Muslims (.....) community sold their souls to the devil when they backed ISIS.

PRESENT: I saw a video where "Thousands of the people of Fallujah escaping the city by swimming across the Euphrates river to seek refuge with #Iraq's forces."

Yesterday, Iraqi Prime Minister Abadi declares Iraqi army, federal police and #Hashd volunteer forces had retaken most of #Fallujah. Fallujah isn't 100% retaken but Da'ish have lost control over most districts in the city. #Iraq's forces are just mopping up pockets now.

Our #Sunni brothers and sisters must understand that murderous Wahhabi terrorist groups such as ISIS, AlQaeda, BoKoHaram etc will never bring glory or greatness to Sunni Muslims. The intolerant and extremist ideology that inspired all these murderous Wahhabi terrorists groups can not usher in the much needed progress and development that Muslims the world over needed today and that deviant ideology is a big threat to peaceful coexistence among different inclinations of the Muslim Ummah and between Muslims and their non-Muslim neighbors.

The Wahhabi ideology which is nothing but an empty cult that is inspired by the deviants teachings of Ibn Taymiyyah al-Harran and his clown puppet Ibn AbdulWahhab of Najd. These deviant clerics commanded those they brainwashed to kill, rape and plunder the belongings of all those who disagree with their warped and deviant teachings. This commandment is the root cause of all the massacres and bloodletting that many Muslim countries are experiencing today.

The evil concept of Takfir (excommunicating Muslims from Islam) is the hallmark of the deviant Wahhabism. Prophet Muhammad (sa) said that whoever declared the Kalimah is a Muslims but Wahhabis say no to that and they declared their own deviant conditions as to the definition of Muslims. Prophet Muhammad (sa) was attracting people to Islam while the deviant Wahhabis are driving and excommunicating Muslims from Islam. The bloodthirsty Wahhabis did not only stopped at that, they ate killing innocent Muslims in the name of Islam and destroying their homes and cities.

Truth must be told that the only reason why these murderous Wahhabi terrorists groups exist today and flourished is because a large section of Sunni Muslims who are contaminated with the poison of the deviant Wahhabi are supporting and abating them. And sadly from all available statistics majority of their victims are Sunni Muslims who rejected their warped and deviant teachings.

Saudi Arabia and Qatar are the biggest financiers of the deviant Wahhabi cults the world over. They sponsored satellite TVs, schools and mosques across the world where the deviant teachings of Wahhabism are taught and innocent Muslims indoctrinated with hate and terrorism especially the youth. One of the main reasons why the then British Empire gave Hijaz where the Holy cities of Mecca and Madina are located to the House of Saud and their Wahhabi clerics. Today murderous Wahhabi terrorists groups such as ISIS, AlQaeda, BoKoHaram etc serves as the proxy armies of the New World Order (NWO) that comprises Western imperialism and Global Zionism. They used them to further their evil imperialist agenda in the Islamic world then declared them as terrorists and then killed them to deceive their gullible audience that they are fighting against terror!

Let's hope the lesson from Fallujah has been learnt by our Sunni brothers and sisters, the extremist currents that Wahhabism inspired will only stagnate the progress and development of Muslims and keep Muslim communities in endless wars and senseless bloodlettings. Such extremist currents fuel Islamophobia in non-Muslim communities where Muslims are wrongly identified with terrorism.

Update on #Yemen

The UAE has withdrawn 80 percent of its troops from al-Tadavin military base located between Ma'rib and al-Jawf provinces in the Northern parts of Yemen, the Arabic service of the Russian Sputnik news agency quoted an unnamed informed source as saying on Monday.

The source also said that the UAE has also dismantled three patriot missiles launch platforms, adding that only one more missile launchpad is left there.

The UAE military servicemen have been relocated to Saudi Arabia's al-Wadi'a border region.

The UAE army has also pulled out its military hardware from al-Tadavin military base.

In a relevant development on Saturday, the Yemeni army and popular forces foiled an attempt by the Saudi forces to win back a strategic military camp in Ma'rib province after losing it in December 2015.

The Saudi forces attempted to take control of Kofal military camp in Ma'rib province, but were pushed back by the Yemeni army and popular forces.

At least 40 Saudi troops were killed in the Yemeni army's counteroffensive on Saturday.

Also on Wednesday, scores of Saudi mercenaries in Yemen were killed in an Ansarullah Rocket attack on their position in the war-hit country’s Northern province of al-Jawf, local reports said.

The rocket hit a building of the Saudi mercenaries late Tuesday and killed 70 of them. At least 100 others were injured in the attack, Yemen's al-Masirah TV reported.

Local sources said the death toll may increase as the position was targeted while the mercenaries were distributing arms and munitions among themselves.

Also on Wednesday, the Yemeni army and popular forces continued their advances in Western Yemen, and seized a strategic military base near Bab al-Mandeb Strait from the Saudi-led troops.

Saudi Arabia's Al-Shabaka military base is now in control of the Yemeni army and popular forces.

Al-Shabaka military base overlooks Bab al-Mandeb Strait which connects the Red Sea to the Gulf of Aden.

Thank you President Buhari for keeping Sheikh Zakzaky "comfortable"!

On Tuesday 14th June, 2016, the Department of State Services (DSS) (the Nigerian secret police that is holding Sheikh Zakzaky), submitted to the Federal High Court sitting in Abuja that Sheikh Zakzaky was on December 14, 2015, taken into "protective custody" by the DSS, following an intelligence report that "he was going to be killed".

It will be recalled that Sheikh Zakzaky’s abduction and detention followed an attacked initiated by the Nigerian Army on 12th December, 2015 at the iconic Husseiniyyah Baqiyyatullah Zaria, targeting 4 sites of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky. The attack continued from the Husseiniyyah to Darrul Rahama (Cemetery) of the movement and lastly the attack ended at the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky. The attacked left more than one thousand members of the IMN that included women and children killed/missing including three children of the Sheikh and both the Sheikh and his wife Malama Zeenat sustained serious injuries from the rains of bullets of the Nigerian Army.

The DSS presentation at the Abuja Federal High Court included photocopied photos of Sheikh Zakzaky with his close family members, clearly a propaganda stunt by the oppressive and tyrannical Nigerian regime to deceive the gullible that Sheikh Zakzaky is "comfortable and well taken care of" in their detention facility. The DSS also claimed that they had spent more than five million Naira ($20,000:00) in treating Sheikh Zakzaky of his gun shot wounds, they made that claim so that we should consider those that brutally slaughtered 1000+ civilians in less that 48 hours as "humane and kind people!".

With this submission of the DSS to the Abuja Federal High Court where Sheikh Zakzaky is praying for the Court to free him from the illegal detention and the enforcement of his fundamental human rights, the DSS on behalf of the Nigerian regime wanted us to "thank" Nigerian President Buhari for making Sheikh Zakzaky "comfortable" in a DSS detention facility. As people that value and uphold honor, dignity and kindness we will "thank" President Buhari for keeping Sheikh Zakzaky in a "safe and comfortable" place because Sheikh Zakzaky was going to be killed by the Nigerian Army that attacked his house!

We "thanked" President Buhari for sending the Nigerian army on the 12th December, 2015 to attack the Zaria Husseiniyyah that is a religious site, bombed it and killed 100s of youths ( both boys and girls) of IMN. We also "thanked" him for ordering the Kaduna state Governor Elrufai to completely destroy what remains of the Husseiniyyah and leveled it.

We "thanked" President Buhari for the mass grave at Mando, outskirt of Kaduna, where 347 Shia Muslims that were murdered by the Nigerian army he sent were buried. We "thanked" him for his "kindness" of burying the 347 men, women and children all in a single mass grave! We also "thanked" him for remembering to give these 347 innocent Nigerians "proper" burial that was in accordance to Wahhabi rites!

We "thanked" President Buhari for sending the Nigerian army to Darrul Rahama (Cemetery) to kill close to one hundred members of the IMN, desecrated the Graves and destroyed them. We "thanked" him for this "commendable" actions that was in accordance to the deviant teachings of Wahhabism. We hope his disturbance of the deaths at their resting place will continue to disturb his peace by constantly ringing bells in his left ear!

The Islamic scholar Sheikh Zakzaky "thanked" President Buhari for sending the Nigerian army to his house to kill 100s of his followers, burnt all the house down with him and his family inside and killed his 3 sons in his presence. The Sheikh is also "grateful" to President Buhari for dumping the dead bodies of his 3 murdered son in mass grave to deprive him the fatherly responsibility of burying his murdered children. Sheikh Zakzaky also "thanked" President Buhari for burning his 75-year old sister, Hajiya Fatima, alive and God in His infinite mercy reward President Buhari by burning him in Hell!

The family of Isa Waziri and Amina Ahmad both of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, "thanked" President Buhari for the murder of their 3 sons and a daughter and dumping their dead bodies in mass Graves. The family of Engr Yahaya Gilima and Jumai Karofi "thanked" President Buhari for the killing of their 5 children and dumping their dead bodies in mass grave. Sister Maimuna Abdullahi "thanked" President Buhari for the killing of her husband, Abbas Abdullahi, and her 6 children by the Nigerian army and dumping their dead bodies in mass grave. The family of Buhari Jega can not "thank" President Buhari because the Nigerian army wiped out that family from existence!

And not to forget the Widows and Orphans of the #ZariaMassacre, the close to 500 Widows "thanked" President Buhari for the killing of their husbands by the Nigerian army and denying them of their husbands and their protection. Re:FG to court: DSS can’t release Shi’ite leader, Zakzaky

I saw the above-named news report from the Vanguard Newspaper which is among the widely read Nigerian dailies and was immediately curious to know the reason why the Nigerian regime under President Buhari will not heed to the popular demand to release the Islamic scholar Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky who is been held in detention of the Nigerian regime for more than 6 months now. Our brothers who attended the Abuja court session only told us that the Nigerian regime via its secret police (DSS) claimed to be holding Sheikh Zakzaky under "protective custody", a notion that is alien to the Nigerian constitution and law.

But this recent report by the Vanguard newspaper open another dimension to the events of 12th-14th December, 2015 when heavily-armed Nigerian soldiers attacked 4 sites belonging to the peaceful Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) that is under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky under the fraudulent pretext of the "road blocking scam". The Nigerian army spent close to 48 hours killing, shooting, bombing and burning alive hundreds of members of IMN in a massacre that shocked all men of conscience.

After that inhuman massacre by the Nigerian army, the Nigerian regime launched massive smear campaigns of calumny and demonization against Shia Islam, IMN and Iran. The Nigerian army paid expensive advertorial in all the TV Channels in Nigeria to prove that the IMN is armed and engaging in military training and that the IMN "is far worst than the #BokoHaram!". The Nigerian army also claimed that they received "credible" intelligence report that IMN is stockpiling "sophisticated weapons" in the iconic Zaria Husseiniyyah!

To add international dimension to that inhuman massacre of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerian civilians by the Nigerian army, the Saudi King Salman was the first foreign personality to call Nigerian President Buhari to congratulate him for a job well done and called the brutal murder of defenseless civilians as "fight against terrorism". Subsequently the Nigerian President Buhari and the corrupt cabal of Northern Nigeria that executed the brutal slaughter of men, women and children all rushed to Saudi Arabia to be praised and "rewarded" for their massacre of "Shia infidels".

Then just of a sudden the Nigerian Government via its secret police (DSS) gave reasons on 14/06/2016 as to "why the detained leader of the Shi’ite Islamic sect, Sheikh Ibraheem el-Zakzaky, will not be released from detention, saying it was keeping him to stave off circumstances that made Boko Haram sect turn violent in 2009" to quote the Vanguard newspaper.

The Vanguard news report continued:"It told the court that Zakzaky was on December 14, 2015, taken into protective custody by the Department of State Services, DSS, following an intelligence report that he was going to be killed."

“The 1st (DSS) respondent believes that if the applicant (Zakzaky), who is the leader of Islamic Movement of Nigeria, one of the largest Islamic groups in the country, is allowed to be killed as revealed in the security report, the country may be plunged into another Boko Haram crisis, which was what necessitated the remand of the applicant in protective custody until it can be ascertained that he is no longer in such danger.” My excerpt of the Vanguard news report ends here.

Nigerians have lots of questions to this deceptive reason given by the Nigerian regime as to why they are presently detaining Citizen Zakzaky. And one of those question is from their "intelligence report" who was planning to kill Sheikh Zakzaky? Are those thousands of soldiers that invaded the home of Sheikh Zakzaky on 13th December, 2015 not personnel of the Nigerian army? Did the Nigerian army Chief Buratai not fraudulently accused Sheikh Zakzaky of trying to "assassinate" him? Did President Buhari not supported the action of the Nigerian army on National TV in his presidential media chat?

And again what did the Nigerian regime and the DSS do to those who plotted to kill Sheikh Zakzaky? Under which law are they holding Sheikh Zakzaky in "protective custody" as that is alien to Nigerian law? Why is he being denied access to his lawyers? What about the continued detention and prosecution of his disciples that were victims of the massacre? Who digged the mass grave and dumped 347 victims of the massacre as confessed by Kaduna state Governor Elrufai? How do we reconcile this with utterences and actions of the Nigerian government and it's officials at all levels?

The fact remained that the ZariaMassacre was an evil imperialist agenda that has the Saudi regime as a front to assassinate Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and other leading lights of IMN and destroy the IMN. But with the Grace and help of God that evil agenda failed and now the murderous assassin of Sheikh Zakzaky is claiming to be the "savior" of Sheikh Zakzaky! The yet-to-be convicted war criminals that masterminded and executed the brutal slaughter of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed civilians are desperately looking for a "safe exit" to avoid prosecution by the International Criminal Court (ICC).

On a final note, no matter how the wicked and evil bloodthirsty oppressors tried to encapsulate the Zaria massacre the result they get is woeful failure as the 1000+ people they brutally murdered were innocent. The whole world is watching and God willing the wicked criminals who murdered 1000+ civilians and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves will be punished for their crimes against humanity.

In 595 AD, Bibi Khadija was looking for someone to be in charge of her caravan to Syria. Hazrat Abu Talib(a.s.) suggested the Prophet Mohammad(pbuh&hf) to her. She had heard of his trustworthiness and agreed to employ him although he did not have much trading experience. To help him she sent her slave Maysara. The trading caravan was a great success and when Bibi Khadija(a.s.) heard of the Prophet's skills and excellent conduct, she became his admirer.

Soon it was arranged for Bibi Khadija(a.s.) to be married to the Prophet Mohammad(pbuh&hf). At that time, Prophet Mohammad(pbuh&hf) was aged 25 and Bibi Khadiji(a.s.) was 40 years of age. According to Shiite tradition, this was her first marriage and that she was not a widow as is narrated by non-shiite sources. Hazrat Abu Talib(a.s.) read the Nikah on behalf of the Prophet whilst Waqara bin Noufal read it for Bibi Khadija. Hazrat Abu Talib(a.s.) paid the mehr for his nephew and fed the people of Makka for 3 days in celebration. Bibi Khadija too fed the people. The marriage was a very happy one and their first child was a son called Qasim. The second was Abdullah. Both died in infancy. Their third and last child was Bibi Fatema Zahra(s.a.).

#HerServicesForIslam :When the Prophet used to go to meditate in the cave of Hira on Jabel-e-Noor, it was Bibi Khadija(a.s.) herself who would climb up there to give him his food and necessaries. She was the first person to accept Islam as taught by the Prophet(pbuh&hf). In 616 AD, the Quraish isolated the Bani Hashim (the family of the Prophet) and they took refuge in a ravine called Shib-e-Abu Talib. Bibi Khadija(a.s.) was there too and it was her wealth (which she donated for Islam) that sustained the Muslims at that time. The siege lasted for 3 years during which time they experienced hunger, thirst, and the cold and heat of the desert.

#HerDeath Bibi Khadija(a.s.) was married to the Holy Prophet(pbuh&hf) for 25 years. Shed died in 619 AD on the 10th of Rmazan 3 years before the Hijrah. When she died nothing was left of her wealth - all of it was served for the propagation of Islam. She was buried in Makkah in a cloak of the Holy Prophet(pbuh&hf). Hazrat Abu Talib(a.s.) died in this year too. The Prophet(pbuh&hf) called the year Aam-ul-Huzn (the year of grief).While Bibi Khadija(a.s.) lived, the Holy Prophet(pbuh&hf) did not marry another woman and in later years he always said that she was the best of his wives.He also said that she was one of the four perfect women who had ever lived. The other three are Bibi Aasiya, the wife of Firaun, Bibi Maryam, the mother of Prophet Isa(a.s.), and Bibi Fatima Zahra(s.a.).

Re:El-Zakzaky Is Happy and Comfortable With His Detention – DSS

I was shocked to see this headlines from the website of a Nigerian daily Newspaper “Leadership” that was a quote from the legal Counsel to the Nigerian secret police (DSS) that have been holding the Nigerian Islamic scholar Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky in detention for more than 6 months now without charge of any offense. If I may humbly ask all:Is it possible that a sane person is “happy and comfortable with his detention”?

The Nigerian regime under President Buhari sent thousands of heavily-armed soldiers to 4 sites of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) on the 12th-14th December, 2015 and one of those sites was the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky. The soldiers killed 100s of defenseless and unarmed Nigerians that included women and children, burnt down the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky with him and his family inside the house. He survived by a miracle then the soldiers returned and discovered 12 of them survived the massacre, the soldiers on sighting them open fire on them and brutally executed his 3 sons in his presence then proceeded to rain bullets on him and his wife. The soldiers then went further to parade the wounded Sheikh Zakzaky, a man that has millions of followers within and outside Nigeria, in a wheelbarrow in the most savage and barbaric manner. The same Nigerian regime that sent those soldiers to commit these heinous crimes and atrocities is today telling us that “El-Zakzaky is happy and comfortable with his detention”. Wonders they said shall never end!

Excerpt from the Leadership news report stated “The Department of State Security Service (DSS), Nigerian secret police, says the leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, is being detained at his own will.

The DSS is making the statement in defence of accusations by the council to the leader of the Shiites that his rights were being violated. Counsel to the DSS, Mr Tijani Gazali, told reporters on Tuesday that the Shiite leader was held by security operatives at his own will and for his benefits.”

Mr Gazali added: “He needs not give his consent because it is the duty of the DSS to protect every Nigerian especially one who is as vulnerable as the Shiite leader is at the moment”.

But in his defence, counsel to El-Zakzaky, Mr Festus Okoye, said he had not received any statement from his client that would corroborate the claims of the DSS. He also accused the DSS of breaching the fundamental human rights of his client.

“The hearing on the suit filed by the Shiite leader challenging his arrest and continued detention could not commence following the fresh issues raised by the DSS that he had been held under protective custody and not detention.” My excerpt of the news report ends here.

Now the Nigerian regime of President Buhari is claiming that they are holding Sheikh Zakzaky “under protective custody”, then lets ask “what is protective custody?” The Legal-Dictionary website defined “protective custody” as:

“The act of law enforcement officials in placing a person in a government facility or foster home in order to protect him/her from a dangerous person or situation. Most commonly a child who has been neglected or battered or is in danger from a violent person, is taken in as a temporary ward of the state and held in probation facilities or placed in a foster home until a court can decide the future placement of the child. Protective custody is sometimes used to help women threatened by a husband, boyfriend or a stalker, and also for witnesses who have been threatened with physical harm or death they testify.”

Now the analysis of the definition of “protective custody”. If Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife, Zeenat Ibraheem, were placed in a government facility as claimed by the Nigerian regime to “protect them from dangerous people or situation” then who are those dangerous people that the Nigerian secret police is so “kind and generous” to protect them from? The answer is obviously the Nigerian army who attacked their house, killed 100s of his followers, burnt the house with all his belongings that included his enviable Library and all the belongings of his family and extra judicially murdered his 3 sons in his presence. But the fact remained that both the Nigerian army and the Department of State Security Service (DSS) are all agencies of the Federal Government of Nigeria that are directly under President Buhari. It is important to not that All the personnel of both agencies are paid by the Federal Government and the Nigerian President is constitutionally responsible for the appointment of the heads of both agencies and they directly receive orders from him.

If we can remember immediately after the inhuman Zaria massacre when the Iranian-based news channel, PressTV, interviewed the GOC of 1 mechanized battalion of the Nigerian army that is based in Kaduna on the fate of Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife, he said:"they are alive & in a protective custody, we didn't arrest them but we rescue them." The grand deception by the Nigerian regime of "protective custody" started from here.

To simplify the unfolding scenario to the truth seeking mind, President Buhari sent the Nigerian army to attack the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky – all orders of troop movement comes from the President as he is the commander-in-chief of the armed forces - then the same President Buhari now uses another agency, the DSS, to detain Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife without trial or been charge to court for 6 months. Then the same President Buhari is now telling Nigerians and the world that “El-Zakzaky is happy and comfortable with his detention!”. The honored friend, please is President Buhari not an evil genius?

Who is the Nigeria regime and President Buhari trying to deceive, the conscious Nigerians or the alerted world or both? How can President Buhari hold a person he almost killed and infact killed his 3 sons in detention “at his will and for his benefit”? Why will Sheikh Zakzaky wish to be detained by the regime that murdered 1000+ of his followers in less than 48 hours that included his 3 sons and almost killed him and his wife? What benefit have Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife gained by been in detention for 6 months with 3 of those months incommunicado by the same Nigerian regime that attacked his residence? And which Muslim wish to fast the entire holy month of Ramadhan under the detention of a secret police?

On a last note, President Buhari is chasing shadows and suffers from self-deception and mental ineptitude if he thinks he can deceive the world by burying the gruesome murder of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerians and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves. The world in 2016 is not the same as the world of 1967-70 when the then capt Buhari was alleged to have massacred Biafran women and children and got away with it. Today, the world is a global village due to the exponential progress in communication technology and the means of deliverance. The world is watching, the inhuman Zaria massacre can not be buried by anybody as undoubtedly monumental war crimes were committed against defenseless civilians.

Saudi, Qatar, Kuwait must stop funding extremists: Hillary

US Democratic presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton says Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Kuwait must stop funding extremists in the region.

An “area that demands attention is preventing radicalization and countering efforts by ISIL (Daesh) and other international terrorist networks to recruit in the United States and Europe, for starters, it is long past time for the Saudis, the Qataris, and the Kuwaitis and others to stop their citizens from funding extremist organizations," Clinton said in a national security speech in Cleveland, Ohio on Monday.

"And they should stop supporting radical schools and mosques around the world that have set too many young people on a path toward extremism."

The Saudi support, among others, was highlighted in remarks by Senator Chris Murphy who announced on January 29 that thousands of schools in Pakistan are funded by Saudi Arabia to nurture hatred and terrorism among students.

"These schools are multiplying all over the globe,” Murphy said, adding, "those 24,000 religious schools in Pakistan - thousands of them are funded with money that originates in Saudi Arabia."

Clinton’s remarks against Saudi Arabia contradict reports that Riyadh itself is a major funder of her presidential campaign, according to a report by Jordan’s official news agency.

On June 12, the Petra News Agency published what it described as exclusive comments from Saudi Deputy Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman. In the report, now deleted from the website, it is mentioned that Saudi Arabia has provided 20 percent of the total funding to Clinton’s campaign.

The website later claimed that it had been hacked and that the item on the Saudi prince had been fabricated.

Clinton said Monday that “we have to do a better job intercepting ISIL’ communications, tracking and analyzing social media posts,” adding, "I have laid out a plan to defeat ISIL.”

She called on US officials to boost relationship with Muslims and ask them to help fight groups like Daesh instead of isolating them.

“Millions of peace-loving Muslims, live, work and raise their families across America and they are the most likely to recognize the insidious effects of radicalization before it’s too late, and the position to help us block it, so we should be intensifying contacts in those communities not scapegoating or isolating them,” she stated.

Daesh terrorists, who were initially trained by the CIA in Jordan in 2012 to destabilize the Syrian government, control parts of the country and the neighboring Iraq.

The US and Saudi Arabia are members of a coalition that has been conducting air raids purportedly against Daesh terrorists inside Syria without any authorization from Damascus or a UN mandate since September 2014.

Orlando massacre

Clinton made the remarks in the wake of Sunday’s mass shooting in Orlando, Florida, where some 50 people were killed and many others were injured when a gunman, identified as a Daesh sympathizer named Omar Mateen, attacked a gay nightclub.

The former secretary of state called for a ban on assault rifles and promised to fight for stricter gun laws and stop "lone wolves" who conduct terrorist and hate crimes.

"We have to make it harder for people who should not have those weapons of war," she said. "And that may not stop every shooting, or every terrorist attack, but it will stop some and it will save lives and it will protect our first responders."

Clinton has been censured over her vote, as a senator in 2002, to authorize the use of military force in Iraq. Moreover, as secretary of state in 2011, she strongly supported a military intervention in Libya, which has led to chaos in the African country.

The former First Lady has so far surpassed the 2,383 delegates needed to clinch the Democratic Party’s nomination.

Today I speak from my heart.

It does not hurt me at all that I lost three or five of my kids for Islam. In protecting my leader.

Today marks the 26th year of the birth of Khalid. My fourth child. He was a joy from childhood. He would sit on his head instead of his behind. He would cry for every little thing. He was named HANTSAL BATSALU for jumping from one place to the other.

But he somehow made it to a very strong man. He was capable of almost everything. All you need is call him and he would find a way to do it.

Institutionalization of Islamic scholarship as a means of combating extremist currents:

Physics is a subject in science that has branches such as Mechanics, Heat, Light, Waves, Electricity, Magnetism, Nuclear Physics etc. In conventional Universities if one get admitted to the University to read Physics one graduates with B.sc Physics and one has to study the various branches of Physics to have a rudimentary knowledge of its branches.

If one decides to go further then one has to chose one of the branches for post-graduate program. Then if one decides to proceed further on the program of study, one obtains a Doctorate degree in Physics. Then there is the mostly ceremonial positions of Associate Professor and Professor which is the peak of specialization in all fields.

A tragedy will occur if someone with a first degree knowledge in Physics tried to take the position of a Professor in Nuclear Physics for example. This will happen because that person does not have the requisite knowledge, training and experience of a Professor in Nuclear Physics. And if such a person wears the gown of a Professor and tried to discharge the activities of Professor in a Nuclear power plant for example, imagine the resulting devastating consequences.

This also applied to Islamic scholarship, one of the reasons why terrorism found breeding place in Sunni Islam especially in Wahhabi-inspired groups is due to lack of Institutionalization of Islamic scholarship. Wahhabism destroyed the much organized and institutionalized Ijaza (certification) of Islamic scholarship in Sunni Islam that was in existence since the early days of Islam when knowledge and the science of Hadith and Jurisprudence were codified.

Osama Ibn Laden who was trained as a Civil Engineer gave a 'Fatwa' in 1998 that all Westerners are a legitimate targets of attack because they pay taxes to their governments. To this day there are still people who are guided by this criminal 'Fatwa' and they think that murdering innocent civilians is "Jihad" that will bring greatness to Islam. What business does a Civil Engineer have with Fatwa that is so important because it affects life, death and the general wellbeing of societal coexistence?

In my country, Nigeria, a 38 year-old pretender Muhammad Yusuf claimed that "modern education is a grave sin (#BokoHaram)" and his only reason was that the scientist that made all these discoveries to his gullible understanding are non-Muslims and those that brought the knowledge to Northern Nigeria were non-Muslim Europeans. Ten of thousands have died due to the 'Fatwa' of this ignorant entity who had no requisite knowledge, training or experience to make such claim.

These quack-scholars become willing tools of imperialism and Zionism as can be seen in world politics today. They used them in some countries and kill them in other countries when they outlived their usefulness to them. The US government created #AlQaeda in Afghanistan to fight against the now defunct Soviet Union and when they outlived their usefulness to them, they branded them with the terrorism tag and started hunting and killing them. The same thing happened in Syria where the US government and its allies created #ISIS to help overthrow the legitimate government of Syria. The same US government later formed a coalition to fight against ISIS.

The non-Wahhabi Sunnis still maintain the traditional Ijaza certification of knowledge and Islamic scholarship but due to the massive infiltration of Wahhabism such practice is significantly weakened. It is impossible to produce an Osama bin Laden or Abubakar al-Baghdadi or Abubakar Shekau in such system of the Ijaza certification of knowledge as any renegade entity is easily isolated, rejected and condemned.

Shia Islam still maintained the historical and traditional Ijaza certification of knowledge and Islamic scholarship. In Shia Islam there are hierarchy to knowledge and before one becomes a Mujtahid one has to be certified by competent scholars. This is why there is an almost near-absence of terrorism among the Shias. One can not use the name of Islam to perpetrate terror in Shia Islam because authority is in the hands of certified and competent personalities.

A scholar who has attained the position of "Ayatullah" for example in Shia Islamic seminary schools can be equated to the position of a Professor in formal academic institutions. An Ayatullah that has spend more than 80 years in the search and dissemination of Knowledge can be found in religious schools. Such competent personalities will never approve or certify terrorist acts that will harm innocent civilians and cause destructions to a town, city or country.

There exist terrorists who subscribed to Shia Islam of course like the banned MKO, an Iranian terrorist organization that is used by Western imperialism to perpetrate terror in Iran and outside Iran. But one fact is clear that they do not perpetrate their evil actions in the name of Islam. They do not use the umbrella of Islam to murder the innocent like Wahhabi-inspired groups such as ISIS, AlQaeda, BokoHaram etc.

An important institution like Islamic scholarship should not be left at the mercy of quakes and pseudo-scholars who will exploit the minds of the ignorant and the unenlightened for their selfish goals. This field of learning is more important than all the sciences because it affects life and death and one of the greatest undoings to Muslims in contemporary history is the sanctioning of murderous terrorism by these pseudo-scholars.

I am not saying that the Shia model that still maintained the traditional Islamic model is not error prone but that has been minimized to the bearest level. Corrupt and deviant scholars can be found in every religion and in every society. There are always way-ward scholars who will sell their soul for the worldly gain. It was a scholar that gave the infamous Fatwa for the murder of the beloved Grandson of the Prophet (sa), Imam Hussein (as), that resulted in the Karbala tragedy.

It is important that our Sunni brothers realize the existence of this problem and make attempt to proffer solutions to it. People can not just go to the market and buy the cloth of scholars and they are accepted as one just because they understand little Arabic if they are non-Arabs.

How Wahhabi clerics in Nigeria promote hate:

On 18/12/2015 Sheikh Sani Yahaya Jingre who is the leader of the Jos-faction of #Wahhabism in #Nigeria told his congregation that: "Shia, Igbo Christians & Sunni Sufis (Tijjaniyya) are the #BokoHaram in Nigeria!".

Sheikh Jingre said these words in his sermon of Friday prayers in his Yan Taya Mosque, Jos, Plateau state. On this stated date Sheikh Jingre went on drunken tirade against Shia Muslims, Sunni Sufis and Christians where he accused them to be behind the BokoHaram insurgency.

This is an example of how Wahhabi clerics in Nigeria promote murderous terrorism with hate speech where they brainwashed their gullible followers by using lies and deception to make them hate all those who do not subscribe to their deviation.

This Wahhabi cleric did not tell his congregation that the murderous BokoHaram have its root from Wahhabism and the name of the Mosque where Muhammad Yusuf, the founder of BokoHaram, preach was called "Ibn Tayymiya Mosque". And he also failed to tell his gullible congregation that all the murderous terrorists groups in the world that are killing innocent people in the name of Islam are inspired by Wahhabism.

The spate of mob killings, beheadings and stabbings in Kano, Niger, Kaduna etc that has engulfed Northern Nigeria in recent weeks are directly connected to these hate sermons and speeches by these Wahhabi clerics. The most gruesome of this attacks was when Wahhabi youths beheaded a 70-year old Christian woman in Kano and paraded her head around the city as a trophy of victory.

Wahhabism is steeped in intolerance, bigotry, hate-mongering and terrorism and its violent manifestations is what the world sees as #ISIS, #AlQaeda, #BokoHaram etc. Killings, beheadings, massacres and slaughter of the innocent are all celebrated by these bloodthirsty Wahhabis as "Jihad".

It is important to note that the root of all murderous terrorism starts with hate and it is these Wahhabi clerics that brainwashed their gullible followers with hate. They make them hate those they declared as "Kafirs (infidels)" or if they are Muslims they excommunicate them from Islam and declared that their blood is "legal" to be shed.

After the Paris attacks a number of European countries that included France and Germany are closing extremist Wahhabi Mosques as they have realize that they are the incubators of murderous terrorism. A number of Muslim countries that included Egypt and Tunisia had also taken such steps of closing down such extremist Wahhabi Mosques and centers. They went further by banning Wahhabi book that inspired murderous terrorism in the name of Islam.

Sadly in Nigeria the reverse is the case as the government of Nigerian President Buhari have been hijacked and taken over by Wahhabis and to underlined that the Nigerian army massacred 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims in Zaria last December and dumped the dead bodies in mass Graves. The Nigerian army also massacred 100+ peaceful pro-#Biafra agitators in Southeast Nigeria and dumped their bodies in mass grave. From the declaration of Sheikh Yahaya Jingre above the Sunni Sufis are next in line of massacre...

It is important to note that these murderous Wahhabi thugs slaughtered dozens of Shia Muslims alongside the Nigerian army in the Zaria massacre. They also act as spies and informants to the Nigerian army during the entire duration of the massacre.

It is high time that Nigerians wake up to the threat of hate-mongering of these bloodthirsty Wahhabi clerics who are the largest and biggest manufacturers of murderous terrorists in the world. If today they beheaded a 70-year old woman or mobbed beat an Igbo Christian to death then tomorrow they will behead 100s or even 1000s.

Imam #Khamenei's fatwa: Insulting #Prophet's Wives Equals to Insulting Holy Prophet Muhammad

Ayatollah Khamenei issued a religious decree (Fatwa) wherein he prohibited insult towards #Aisha, the wife of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and any of the figures and symbols celebrated by #Sunni brethren.

The Leader of the Islamic Revolution said, in response to a question on religious matters, “Insulting figures and symbols celebrated by Sunni brethren, including the wife of the Prophet of Islam [Aisha] is prohibited. This includes the wives of all prophets, particularly the master of all prophets Muhammad (May God’s greetings be upon him and his household).

Fatwa (Islamic ruling) declares that insulting the Mother of the Faithful Aisha is forbidden

In response to a question, where he was asked to comment on insult and use of offensive words against the wife of the Prophet (pbuh) Aisha, Ayatollah Khamenei issued the decree (fatwa) against insulting Aisha. The question was posed by a group of Shi’a scholars and intellectuals of Al-Ahsa region in #Saudi Arabia.

The question was brought up after a supposed Shia clergyman, who fled to Britain as a refugee, launched a Television channel with the help of the British government; he used his channel to insult Aisha, the prophet’s wife: the clergyman falsely described his act as #Shia belief.

This is not the only case wherein Ayatollah Khamenei has called insulting Aisha and other Sunni sanctities as haram (religiously forbidden).

Western arrogant powers pay their mercenaries to insult the Mother of the Faithful, Aisha

Preparation in the outer world is another aspect: The devils that attack us will not always attack with the same strategies. The modern day fiends who attack you through internet, satellite channels and highly advanced tools of communication have modern things to articulate with; their hardware and software have been modernized. They create fallacies. They create ideological problems. They give rise to intellectual confusion. They promote despair. They foment discord. I have received reports that petro-dollars are being spent, currently, on certain projects to fuel discord. Often these reports are not made available to the public. On the one hand, they are spending huge amounts of money in order to establish anti-Shia groups among Sunni Muslims in certain Islamic countries. On the other hand, they pay certain so-called Shia preachers to insult and level allegations against the Mother of the Faithful, Aisha, in the name of Shia Islam: these are their methods. As Shia or Sunni Muslims, what do you do when you are faced with these methods? Ultimately, we must not be deceived by what they do: discord among us is the greatest blessing for them.

Insulting the Prophet's wives equals to insulting the Prophet (pbuh)

In a meeting with agents of Sadaf Kowsar Conference, held this year as a tribute to Hazrat Khadija, Ayatollah Khamenei said: “Disrespecting the pure wives of the prophet (pbuh) should be avoided. The Prophet’s (pbuh) wives are all respectable; anyone who insults any of them has insulted the prophet. I resolutely declare this offensive. The commander of the Faithful, Imam Ali (pbuh) treated her eminence Aisha in such a respectful manner. He treated a woman, who had come to fight against him, with the utmost respect because she was the prophet’s wife; otherwise the Commander of the Faithful (as) would not stand on a ceremony with anyone: hence, no such disrespect should ever occur.”

The Criminality of the #ZariaMassacre:

I will start this piece with a quotation from the famous Letter of Imam Ali Ibn AbiTalib (as) – the fourth Sunni Caliph and the first Shia Imam – to his Great Commander, General Malik al – Ashtar (ra), when he appointed him as the Governor of Egypt after the gruesome murder of Muhammad Ibn Abubakar (ra) and burning his pure dead body inside the belly of a donkey by Muawiyyah hirelings. It was reported that the sister of Muhammad Ibn Abubakar, the mother of Believers Aisha (ra), never again eat roasted meat after that tragedy to honor her martyred brother.

The great leader of Northern Nigeria, Our late Chief Sunday Awoniyi who was a Christian gave a Nigerian Journalist the complete Letter of Imam Ali to Malik al – Ashtar and told him that “since creation there has never been any document on politics and good governance better than this document!”.

Imam Ali (as) – in his instructions to Malik al-Ashtar – said:

“Beware of blood and spilling it unlawfully, for nothing is more deserving of vengeance (from Allah), greater in its consequence or more likely to (bring about) a cessation of blessing and the cutting off of (one's appointed) term than shedding blood unjustly. Allah, the Glorified, on the Day of Resurrection will begin judgment among His servants over the blood they have spilt. So never strengthen your rule by shedding unlawful blood, for that is among the factors which weaken and enfeeble it, nay, which overthrow and transfer it. You have no excuse before Allah and before me for intentional killing, for in that there is bodily retaliation. If you are stricken by error, and your whip, your sword or your hand should exceed their bounds in punishment – for in striking with the fists and all that exceeds it there is killing – never let the arrogance of your authority prevent you from paying the relatives of the killed their rightfully due.”

On the 12th - 14th December, 2015 the Nigerian President Buhari sent thousands of heavily – armed Nigerian soldiers to attacked members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, the murderous Nigerian army shot and bombed defenseless and unarmed civilians that included hundreds of women and children. When the dust finally settled more than 1000+ Nigerians were declared dead and missing while 200+ that survived the pogrom were captured and taken to prison of which some of them with fatal gunshots wounds. Few days after that massacre the Kaduna state Governor Elrufai took bulldozers and completely destroyed all the burnt down structures of IMN, evacuated all the spent shells used to murder defenseless Nigerians and also evacuated all the rubbles to destroy all the evidences of the massacre.

The Zaria tragedy or Zaria massacre as it is more popularly called was so bloody that the perpetrators did everything humanly possible of conceal the heinous crimes and bury the monumental atrocities. The Nigerian President Buhari sent his army Chief weeks after the inhuman massacre to lie to the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) that “only 7 Shiites were killed and 10 injured”. Then the Nigerian regime set off on a massive smear campaigns of calumny and demonization to portray the peaceful IMN as a “terrorists organization that is worst than the BokoHaram”. The Nigerian regime also sponsored dozens of mushroom “human rights groups” to present the IMN “Shiites” as people that deserve to be killed and massacred! The first leader that called President Buhari after the massacre was the Saudi King Salman who “congratulate” the Nigerian President for a Job well done!

I am very sure that when President Buhari, Governor Elrufai, Lt General Buratai, some Emirs of Northern Nigeria and Wahhabi clerics masterminded and brutally executed the Zaria massacre they forgot that God exist and watching over them! But God existed when the son of Adam (as) murdered his brother and God existed when the brothers of Yusuf (as) threw him into a deep well, there was never a time that God does not exist and watches over all affairs!

Then all the floodgates of the consequences of spilling blood unlawfully and unjustly that Imam Ali (as) mentioned in his famous Letter to Malik al - Ashtar started happening and the most prominent is “cessation of blessings and the cutting off of (one’s appointed) term”. Imam Ali warned “never strengthen your rule with shedding of unlawful blood, for that is among the factors that weaken and enfeeble it”. The Hero of Badr, Uhud, Khaybar, Khandaq and Hunayn also warned his General “You have no excuse before God” if you spill blood of the innocent unjustly.

After the brutal and inhuman Zaria massacre the Nigerian President Buhari and the Governors of Northern Nigeria that backed the massacre then trooped to Saudi Arabia to be rewarded for the slaughter of 1000+ “Shia infidels”. The Saudis opened the doors of the house of God, the Ka’ba, for President Buhari as part of the “reward” of the brutal massacre of 1000+ “Shia infidels”. The ruthless Buhari thinks that gesture was something important, Buhari failed to understand that the 18-month old Batoola that he murdered in the Zaria massacre is more sacred than the whole Ka’ba! From Sunni sources In the Targhib wa’ l-Tarhib of Imam al-Mundhiri, 3/276 it has the following hadith from `Abd Allah ibn `Amr ibn al- `As (Allah be well pleased with him) that he said:

“I saw the Messenger of Allah (saw) performing Tawaf around the Holy Ka`ba saying to it: ‘how pure and good you are! how pure and good your fragrance is! how great and exalted you are! and how great and exalted your sanctity is! But by Him in Whose hand is Muhammad’s soul, the sanctity of a believer’s blood and property in the sight of Allah is greater than your sanctity!’ “

One of the reasons why the perpetrators and executors of the inhuman Zaria massacre tried to conceal all the evidences of the massacre was because it was a monstrous criminality under all laws commanded by God or made by man in all societies of human existence. The Perpetrators of the ZariaMassacre at it Again:

A Lecturer with Taraba state University sent the following message in local Hausa Language to the AFIMN WhatsApp group:

“ATTENTION!!!

Do you know that we are in a difficult situation where Shiites have vowed to kill us the SUNNAH AND DARIKAH for the reason that when they were massacred by the government we did not sympathize with them. Therefore, the Shiites planned that in this fasting they will cook food by claiming it is meant for the poor then poison it for us to consume and die. May God protect us from their evil!

Those who saw this message should spread it to others as failure to do so they will be questioned by God on the day of judgment!!!”

From the construction of the message and its substance, the source of this inciting and wicked message is written all over the message. Those who massacred 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims in Zaria, Nigeria, last December and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves then rushed to Saudi Arabia that is the custodian of the warped and deviant Wahhabi ideology to be rewarded for this heinous crime are behind this inciting message. This message is part of the massive smear campaigns of calumny and demonization launched by the Nigerian regime and its local Wahhabi allies against Shia Islam, the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and Iran.

It is important to note that one of those campaigns was when last March a high ranking military office, col. Samaila Inusa, was kidnapped and killed in Kaduna by unknown persons. The Nigerian presidency sent message to some journalists that Shiites were behind the kidnapping as they got a “security report that Shiites will kidnap high ranking military officers to exchange for their leader in detention” of the Nigerian regime. After the incident the Nigerian police employed the services of the legendary crime buster Ali Kwara to track the perpetrators of that heinous crimes. The trailed led to Anambra and Ebony states in Southeast Nigeria where the criminals were recently apprehended by the Nigerian police and none of them are Shia Muslims or members of IMN.

From the construction of the above message, the source of this message is from the Wahhabi mindset. From the three words of “SUNNAH AND DARIKAH”, the Wahhabis considered themselves as the “SUNNAH” while they addressed the Sunni Sufis as “DARIKAH”. To the Wahhabi mindset that is embedded in Takfirism (excommunication of Muslims from Islam) the Sunni Sufis are not true followers of SUNNAH and only they are the true followers of “SUNNAH”!

It is also important to note that one of main ingredient of the deviant Wahhabism that is the ideology that inspired all murderous terrorism in the name of Islam is widening the gulf among Muslims and making them enemies of each other. They considered the Sunni Sufis as “Kafirs” who are not Muslims but embrace them when their target is Shia Islam. They use the fraudulent accusation of “insulting the companions” to exploit the sentiments and pollute the mindset of the Sunni Sufis against Shia Muslims. While Muslims the world over welcomed the holy month of Ramadan that ushered in fasting, the Wahhabi mindset is geared towards which from of evil and wickedness to create. Just yesterday the Wahhabi ISIS terrorists attacked via VBIED a civilian neighborhood of the Holy city of Karbala in Iraq killing 15 innocent civilians. The ideology of slaughter, massacre and mass murder is Wahhabism and not Shia Islam and the manifestation of that deviant ideology is the product of ISIS, AlQaeda, BokoHaram, AlShabab etc.

Therefore, Nigerians should disregard such messages as they are part of the wicked propaganda of the cabal that murdered 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerians that included 100s of women and children in less than 48 hours and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves. Then the same cabal constituted a kangaroo commission of inquiry and populated the commission with die-hard Wahhabi/Salafis that have Shia Genocide as a Global agenda to officially bury the monumental crimes and atrocities of the Zaria massacre and indict the victims of that inhuman massacre.

Nigerians Muslims should use the holy month of Ramadan as a medium for sober reflection about the plight of the Nigerian poor especially with the coming to power of President Buhari’s government. The prices of all essential commodities have skyrocketed by more than 100% in most cases and the income of the Nigerian poor has decreased to say the least while unemployment have exponentially increased. The poor were suffering before the coming to power of this government, then we all can imagine the present level of poverty and suffering in the land! To worsen the situation again the Nigerian regime recently increased the price of petrol pump price by close to 70% by utter disregard to the plight of the poor. The Nigerian regime claimed that it want the poor to make sacrifice “for a better tomorrow” but the same leaders who made such statements are not ready to make sacrifice. Just for a minor ear infection the Nigerian president Buhari has gone to London for medical tourism, the same president that was highly critical of medical tourism in the past according to a recent BBC report.

The month of Ramadan is a period where the rich is expected to be more generous and caring to the plight of the poor, the needy, the refugee and the downtrodden. There is no period in the entire history of Nigeria that the poor is suffering like today, and this is the whole truth! In the spirit of the Holy month of Ramadan the rich should ease the suffering of the Nigerian poor and this gesture should not only be limited to the Muslim poor but to all Nigerians as humanity is one as we all originated from Adam and Eve.

On a Final note, the Golden Rule states that those who sow good will be followed by good. No matter the actions and reactions of others we should sow goodness and do good to others. A good and sound society is build on goodness and not on evil and wickedness. Those who sat down, constructed and shared the above message are agents of Satan who think that by doing so they will spread hate and put mistrust in the minds of Nigerians. Still on Nigeria joining the Saudi coalition:

Nigeria and other West African countries that included Niger, Chad and Cameroon have been fighting against the BokoHaram insurgency for more than 5 years now. Ramadan:The Month of God

The word “Ramadan” is the ninth month of the Islamic calender and the name of the month that is most widely known and prominent among even non-Muslims. God prescribed fasting in the whole of the month of Ramadan and made it obligatory upon all Muslims with specified exemptions. Fasting is an important component of worship of God from the beginning of creation and all the past divinely revealed religions have fasting as a form of worship.

What is fasting? Fasting is the intentional self-deprivation of eating and drinking among other things that are legal to please the Creator and to seek closeness to Him. The time durations of fasting in Islam, Christianity and Judaism might slightly differ but what is common to all is that there is a time duration where a person will abstain from eating, drinking, sexual intercourse etc.

In Islam one can fast in almost all the days of the year but it is among the pillars of Islam for a Muslim to fast the obligatory fast of the month of Ramadan from dawn to dusk of every day of this month. One is most encouraged to keep to the acts of goodness and to keep to Islamic injunctions and commandments in this blessed month. At the end of the month of Ramadan a feast (Eid al-Fitr) is held to celebrate the end of this glorious spiritual journey and to show thankfulness to God.

Benefits of the Ramadan Fasting:

•Platform of Muslim unity

Both Sunni and Shia school of thoughts do not differ on the obligation of fasting in the Holy month of Ramadan and the implication of this that all Muslims are in agreement to the obligation of fasting in the month of Ramadan. Therefore, the month of Ramadan should act as a platform of building bridges of brotherhood and oneness among Muslims. The biggest undoing today of the pathetic plight of Muslims the world over is disunity among their ranks. Unfortunately, the enemies of Islam and Muslims have exploited this fault lines to their maximum advantage. Today the biggest losers of this disunity is Muslims themselves as they are deprived of all the advantages that unity bestowed and are suffering all the punishment that comes with disunity.

•Platform to help the poor and the downtrodden

Both the rich and poor observe the fast in the month of Ramadan and it will be more easier for the poor since the poor is use to hunger and thirst. The month of Ramadan will subject the rich to hunger and thirst and that experience will remind the rich about the plight of the poor. Such experience will encourage the rich to be more generous with his/her wealth in meeting the needs of the poor, needy, refugee, homeless, barefooted and the downtrodden. What the rich gives is what is truly his but what he accumulate might most probably not his as his inheritors will inherit them. God promised great reward in giving charity to the poor especially during the month of Ramadan, it is important to grab this opportunity. This platform should not be limited to only needy Muslims, it should be extended to the whole of humanity as the message of Islam is for All.

•Platform for Spiritual training and discipline

It is customary that Muslims are more spiritually peaked during the holy month of Ramadan as most Muslims avoid sins and are more committed to the commandments of God. Recitation of the holy Quran is given importance and Night prayers are among the spiritual activities of Muslims in the month of Ramadan. If a Muslim can stick to these spiritual activities for the duration of the month of Ramadan then why not continue with them even after Ramadan!

In the month of Ramadan, the Nafs (Self) is discipline and subjugated to the commandments of God. This is the most important Jihad according to a famous tradition of the Prophet (sa) that was reported from both Sunni and Shia sources. Therefore the month of Ramadan is an incubator for hatching pure souls that will enhance the goodness of the larger society.

•Platform for reflection and meditation

It is among the nature of man that when hungry and thirsty talking is less. The Month of Ramadan is a medium for self-reflection and self-evaluation for Muslims for the sake of self-improvement. It is important to realize that there were millions that fasted the last year’s Ramadan but are not alive today and there will be millions that will fast this year but will not make it to the next year.

Life is temporal, the world is not a permanent abode but a temporal station of trial and examination. Remembrance of this reality and the eventual return to the Creator will help in rejecting the constant temptation of Satan the cursed. Wicked, evil and bloodthirsty tyrants and murderous terrorists can murder the innocent but they can not be able to exempt themselves from death and the ultimate return to the Creator.
It is also important for us to reflect on the plight of Muslims and the world oppressed in this period of fasting in the Holy month of Ramadan. We should remember and pray for the oppressed people of Syria who have been subjected to a brutal war by the proxies of Western imperialism and Global Zionism for more than 5 years now. We should remember and pray for the oppressed people of Yemen who are bombarded by a Saudi-led coalition for more than a year that have killed more than 10,000 civilians. The United Nations (UN) last week blacklisted the Saudi-led coalition for killing more than 1,000 Yemeni children. We should remember and pray for the oppressed people of Nigeria who are under the siege of a bloodthirsty tyrant who last December slaughtered more than 1,000 defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims in less than 48 hours and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves. We should remember and pray for the Iraqi nation that is at war with the murderous ISIS terrorists. We should remember and pray for the oppressed people of Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, Somalia and all the oppressed of the world.

There are lots of benefits of fasting not mentioned here as the write-up was meant to be as an introduction to fasting in the Holy month of Ramadan. Scientists and nutritionists had proven the health benefits of the one who fast and was as a result of intensive research. There is also the societal benefit of fasting where crimes are generally low during Ramadan in Muslim societies. A famous Prophetic tradition stated that “the Satan is locked up during Ramadan”.

#UN blacklists #Saudi coalition over killing #Yemeni children:

United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has added the Saudi military coalition in Yemen to an annual blacklist of states and armed groups that openly flout the rights of children.

Ban said in a report released on Thursday that the coalition was responsible for 60 percent of child casualties in #Yemen last year, when it killed 510 children and injured 667 others.

The report further noted that the Saudi military contingent carried out half of its aerial attacks against schools and medical facilities.

“Grave violations against children increased dramatically as a result of the escalating conflict,” Ban stated.

Meanwhile, the UN humanitarian chief in Yemen, Jamie McGoldrick, said Saudi Arabia’s military aggression against Yemen has left hospitals, schools, and other essential services almost completely broken.

McGoldrick called Yemen's war "an invisible crisis", voicing regret at the lack of international attention given to the country compared to the foreign-sponsored militancy in Syria.

“The scale of the emergency is tremendous. The scale of the need is massive and the depth of the crisis is immeasurable,” he said on Thursday.

“Government services and the health system were hardly functioning before the conflict and the war has all but broken them completely,” McGoldrick stated.

On Wednesday, UN spokesman Stephane Dujarric said some 10,000 of Yemeni children, all less than five years of age, lost their lives last year as a result of “totally avoidable and preventable diseases” such as diarrhea and pneumonia.

Dujarric said the heavy loss was due to the closure of hundreds of health centers and the total collapse of the healthcare system in the war-torn country.

“The overall healthcare system throughout Yemen has all but collapsed, over 600 health facilities closing their doors due to the lack of financial resources to procure medicine, supplies and fuel for generators,” he said, adding thousands of medical staff have gone unpaid or left Yemen.

Saudi Arabia launched its military aggression against Yemen on March 26, 2015, in a bid to reinstate resigned President Abd Rabbuh Mansur Hadi, a staunch ally of Riyadh, and undermine the Houthi Ansarullah movement.

More than 9,400 people have been killed and at least 16,000 others injured in the aggression.

The 27th anniversary of the demise of Imam Khomeini (ra):

He was named "Ruhullah" by his parents which literally means "the spirit of God" and that name is among the blessed names of Jesus (as) in the Quran. His parents gave him this blessed name as if they knew that he will grow up and revived the spirit and souls of millions of people the world over. He will revive dead souls by bringing them to life and making them human again just like Jesus (as) physically brought a dead soul back to life!

03rd June, 1989 remained the most saddest day of my life as that was the day Imam Khomeini (as) left this temporal world. It was tears and tears, I told my late Mother who consoled me then that my life has ended! She told me that my life have not ended because a worthy successor will succeed him. Alas! and that was what happened! Though that was a consoling words of a worried mother to her teenage son but her words gave me hope and I proceeded to where members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) met at Kaduna where we were addressed by Martyr Sheikh Muhammad Mahmud Turi (He was martyred in the #ZariaMassacre). Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky was in prison then just like now (God free him from captivity and protect him!)

We had the honor of organizing the first "Imam Khomeini Week" in Nigeria to commemorate the demise anniversary of Imam Khomeini (ra) in 1990 at the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, while we were students. And the Guest speaker was Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and that occasion took place at the Faculty of Science Lecture Theater. That was a lecture to remember as Sheikh Zakzaky touched on the various aspects of the revolutionary life of Imam Khomeini (ra). As last he declared that the blessed life of Imam Khomeini is an ocean and he asked "Have you ever seen the person who swim the whole ocean?" We all answered "No"! He added that one can only mark an area to swim and leave the rest!

The most important contribution of Imam Khomeini to the cause of freedom and justice is being the frontrunner in reviving revolutionary Islam that gave Muslims hope and direction in our generation. The 1979 Islamic Revolution in Iran changed the course of human history forever and produced some of the bravest and courageous set of people that the world has ever seen. Imam Khomeini lead a successful revolution in a world then that was totally covered in darkness. He was victorious and victory itself celebrated his feat.

Imam Khomeini was human but fearless, the only power he kneeled to in the whole world was God that created him. He elavated Iran from a mere colonial outpost of Western imperialism just like Saudi Arabia and Bahrain to a truly free and independent country. The whole world turned against him and the Islamic Revolution but he was unshaken, he told Iranians that God is behind them. When Jimmy Carter who was the then US President sent a force to Iran to rescue the hostages and spies that were captured by revolutionary students when they took over the Dens of Spies in Iran (US Embassy), a sand storm rose and destroy those US forces in the Tabas desert without Iran firing a single bullet!

Our late Sheikh Ahmed Deddat of South Africa (God bless his soul) said when he visited Iran in 1982 that Imam Khomeini was the "practical Quran"! The Nigerian Sunni scholar Sheikh Dahiru Uthman Bauchi also visited Iran in that year and said he met scholars that he has never seen their kind! He said he met a scholar who wrote 30 volumes of the Tafsir of the Quran who was still alive (Allamah Tabatabai who wrote AlMizan)!

After the demise of Imam Khomeini the arrogant Western powers celebrated and were hoping that the end of the revolution is near, they are still dreaming about that to this day and that is 27 years after. He was succeeded by Imam Khamenei, his student and spiritual son, who resisted all the infiltrations and debilitating inhuman sanctions by arrogant and hegemonic world powers. Today despite all the sanctions and sabotage of the arrogant powers, Iran stands today as a respectable and dignified country that is much loved by its friends and feared by its enemies.

Our heartfelt condolences on the demise anniversary of Grand Ayatollah Sayyed Rohullah Khomeini to the Imam of the Age (as), to Ayatollah Khamenei, to all our righteous scholars and to all lovers of truth, freedom, equality and justice on this sad occasion! #AlFatiha

#ZariaMassacre:Advice To The beloved:

The brutal & inhuman #ZariaMassacre is undoubtedly one of the most heinous crimes that is authored by those in power in the history of the Nigerian nation. Those who were trusted with power & authority conspired with their foreign masters and executed the brutal slaughter of defenseless and unarmed civilians to further an evil imperialist agenda to kill Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky and the leading lights of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (#IMN), and to destroy IMN as an organization.

Despite the fact that the principal actors of the inhuman massacre who orchestrated, masterminded and executed the massacre are people who claimed to be Sunnis, we should not blame Sunni Islam for the massacre. That brutal slaughter of men, women, children, and the aged who were Shia Muslims by the murderous Nigerian army shocked the Nigerian Christian community.

A Nigerian Christian sent me a message that he now fully understand why #ISIS, #AlQaeda, #BokoHaram and all the murderous terrorist groups that are killing innocent people in the name of #Islam all emanates from Sunni Islam. He added that even the murderous BokoHaram will envy the Nigerian army for the #Zaria_Massacre! I told him that the blame should not be totally on Sunni Islam but the root cause of such monumental evil is the Wahhabi contamination of Sunni Islam.

The path of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky is tolerance to the whole of humanity that condemned hate and rancor. The tradition of all Prophets and Messengers of God is to love all who are call to guidance and not to hate them. How can you call to guidance those you hated? Prophet Muhammad (sa) did not hate the Meccans, he rejected what they worshipped as gods beside Allah.

This concept of hate is one of the major deviation of Wahhabism and sadly they had contaminated Sunni Islam with it. The brainless Wahhabis think that if they show hatred towards those who disagree with their deviation then it will compel such people to accept Wahhabism! This naivety that is loaded with ignorance is one of the reasons why Wahhabism has grossly failed in all its anti-Shia campaigns and propaganda despite the monstrous volume of such propaganda.

Check this statistics of Wahhabi propaganda against Shia Islam:

"More than 60 million anti-Shia copies of books and publications in more than 20 languaged were published and distributed by Saudi Arabia to arrest the rising tide of Shia Islam. In Mecca Al- Mokarramah, during the pilgrimage and only in one month, 685 thousand book volumes against Shia were published in 20 languages and distributed among the pilgrims of Baytollah Al- Haram. About 40 anti-Shia sites have recently been launched by Wahhabi clerics writing anti-Shia articles night and day. About 300 satellites internationally produce and broadcast anti-Shia programs daily."

The question is despite all these massive propaganda and hate campaign how many Shia Muslims have they succeeded in converting to Wahhabism? They spent billions of dollars yearly but with nothing to show as success. The only thing they have succeeded is in widening the gulf among Muslims and intensifying sectarian hatred that have resulted in massive deaths and destructions.

On a final note, killings of the innocent and massacres like the Zaria massacre are evil acts that is condemned by the human conscience. There is no amount of dressing evil by its perpetrators that will turn it to good, the path of righteousness is clearly manifest and no amount of state-sponsored propaganda will blur that path. Buhari, Buratai, Elrufai and bloodthirsty war criminals like them will not escape the long arm of justice, one day the rope of justice will catch up with them.

The Fallacy Of Iran Adventurism:

The famous commander of Iran’s elite IRGC’s Quds Force, Gen. Qassem Soleimani, said: “Takfirism is a fire in the homes of our Sunni brothers. And those who created it thought they could... (use it to) bring the Islamic Republic and Shiism to their knees.”

The commander also questioned claims of “Iranian adventurism” in the region, stressing Iran's measures are aimed at defending the dignity of all Muslims.

“Is it an adventurous move for the Islamic Republic to defend Muslims’ properties and lives… (and) to stop the destruction of Muslims’ mosques?” he asked?

To fully appreciate the contribution of #Iran to the safety and security of humanity especially in the Middle East region, one should just imagine the scenerio of #ISIS & #AlQaeda taking over #Syria, #Iraq, #Lebanon & #Yemen! What will happen to the population of those countries with the extreme cruelty of #ISIS that the world has seen and that shocked the whole world?

It is a fact that without the constructive effort of Iran and its allies, the murderous terrorist thugs of ISIS & AlQaeda will today have overan Syria, Iraq, Lebanon and Yemen. After Iran the biggest and most effective force fighting against ISIS & AlQaeda today is the Lebanese resistance group #Hezbollah. When Syria was on the verge of been overan by ISIS & AlQaeda, Hezbollah freedom fighters make sure that such a catastrophe never happened. When ISIS overan the Iraqi city of Mosul and threatened Baghdad, Hezbollah were among the first force to arrive in Iraq to halt the ISIS advance. Today Lebanon is insulated from ISIS & AlQaeda due to the security and presence of Hezbollah in Lebanon. It is not surprising that today the Saudi regime is targeting Hezbollah in a shameful smear campaign.

It is important to note that when the ISIS & AlQaeda thugs are killed in Syria and Iraq, the Saudi regime will tell Sunni Muslims that "Shias are killing Sunnis". The Saudi regime spread such lies despite the fact that Sunni Muslims are the biggest victims of ISIS & AlQaeda. From all available statistics, the overwhelming majority of all the victims of ISIS, AlQaeda, BokoHaram etc are Muslims and among Muslims the Sunni Muslims are the majority of victims to Saudi-sponsored Wahhabi Terrorism.

It is high time that Muslims especially Sunni Muslims say "Enough Is Enough" to the murderous Wahhabi Terrorism in the name of #Islam that is sponsored by the primitive and barbaric Saudi regime. Just look back and reflect on all the killings and destructions, and ask "what has Islam and Muslims gained from all these"?

The Saudi Regime On The Defensive For The First Time In Its Ignoble History:

Recently a write up appeared from the Saudi Wahhabi regime defending itself that it is not "Wahhabi" and it does not sponsor terrorism. For the first time in its ignoble history the Saudi Wahhabi regime has been pushed to defensive position for its intolerant and terrorism - enabled ideology of #Wahhabism that inspired all the murderous terrorism in the name of #Islam.

It is important to note that terrorist groups such as #ISIS, #AlQaeda, #BokoHaram etc are mothered by the Wahhabism/Salafism that is funded and sponsored by the Saudi and Qatari regimes. The Wahhabi ideology has intolerance, hate - mongering and terrorism as its cornerstones and its infiltration and contamination of Sunni Islam is the source of the murderous terrorism that has killed 100s of 1000s of innocent people world wide and the overwhelming majority of these victims are #Muslims.

While the West treats #women as objects for the pleasure of men that should be bought and sold, Wahhabism treat women like a piece of shit, they treat women as semi-human that must be oppressed "for the betterment of the society" to their deviant and warped minds. In Saudi Arabia women do not drive cars because according to them "that will bring evil to the society". That means that women are not human enough to drive cars.

It is also important to note that #Wahhabi_Terrorism that is sponsored and funded by the Saudi regime is done on behalf of the New World Order ( #NWO ) that comprises Western imperialism & Global Zionism. The British Empire created the Saudi regime in #Hijaz where the Holy cities of Mecca and Madina are situated to have a stranglehold on #Islam. #Wahhabism is the biggest weapon use by Western imperialism to divide Muslims and the thugs of Wahhabism are the proxy Armies of greedy bloodsucking Western capitalists who only wish to control and dominate the resources of other countries. This is the main reason why the savage Saudi regime is today closely allied to Western imperialism despite the despotic and dictatorial nature of that regime.

A recent analysis on a report on 22,000 ISIS fighters in #Syria shows that more than 25% of them are citizens of #Saudi_Arabia and only 1.7% are citizens of Syria. That means out of 22,000 ISIS fighters only less that 500 are citizens of Syria and the Western mainstream media have been bombarding us with the compound fraud that there is a "revolution" in Syria. The crisis in Syria is nothing but a Zio-Western imperialist agenda for regime change that will install a pro - Western regime in Damascus that will sign an Egyptian - like 'peace' treaty with the #Israeli regime.

It is important to note that the present bloody wars pervading the Islamic world were mostly caused by the rejection of negotiations of the Saudi Wahhabi regime. When the Syrian crisis started both the Syrian government and opposition wanted to negotiate a political solution to the problem that will result in the reformation of the Syrian political structure that will give greater political participation to the Syrian people but the Saudi regime sent one of its prince to Jordan with lots of money to reject such political settlement and opted for war. Today more than 300,000 Syrians dead, the country half destroyed and more than half the population are now #refugees both within and outside Syria.

The same thing happened in #Yemen where the Yemeni parties had reached a power - sharing agreement. The Saudi Wahhabi regime rejected this and opted for war with the full backing of its #US and #UK masters. Today more than 8,000 Yemenis have been killed in the Saudi-led coalition aggression against Yemen and most of those attacks were undoubtedly war crimes.

The same thing also happened in #Nigeria when the Saudi Wahhabi regime sponsored a brutal massacre against the Islamic Movement of Nigeria ( IMN ) where 1000+ defenseless & unarmed #Shia_Muslims were brutally slaughtered by the Nigerian Army in Zaria and the iconic Zaria #Husseiniyya completely destroyed. It takes the wise and prudent decision by the leadership of #IMN to avert what would have been a bloody sectarian war that will certainly be the end of Nigeria as a nation.

The most recent embarrassment that the Saudi Wahhabi regime suffered was when emails published by Causette prove the Saudi Crown Prince and Interior Minister essentially begged for an award he clearly doesn’t deserve. What does Muhammad bin Nayef think he’s achieved by getting the Legion of Honour apart from proving once again the inferiority complex of the Muslim world’s elites, who think Western medals will somehow up them in everyone’s eyes?

Finally, the fact that the Saudi Wahhabi regime is coming out for the first time to defend itself clearly shows that its end is near and the world has finally awoken to the evilness of that intolerant and bloodthirsty regime that has brought nothing but deaths and destructions to #Muslims. The end of the House of Saud will definitely be a huge relief to the world of #Islam as this traitorous dynasty only have one master and that is Western imperialism & Global Zionism who are the biggest enemies of Islam and Muslims.

Re:Demand for the unconditional release of Sheik Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife, Hajia Zeenat Ibraheem from unlawful detention

We are Solicitors to Sheik Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife, Hajia Zeenat Zakzaky on whose behalf we write this letter.

Your letter dated 8th April 2016 in respect of the above subject matter refers.

In line with the constitutional rights of our clients to brief and discuss with their clients without official interference we rejected the illegal move by some personnel of the State Security Service to participate in the meeting we held with our clients in your custody last week. Since you and your officers were not privy to the confidential discussions your claim that our clients instructed us to appear before the Judicial Commission of Enquiry set up by the Kaduna State Government is a figment of your fecund imagination.

Having been kept incommunicado since December 14, 2016 our clients were unaware of the setting up of the Commission. Upon briefing them they categorically instructed us not to appear at the Commission in view of their prolonged detention without trial. We never knew that we were granted access to our clients for the sole purpose of preparing them to appear before the Commission.

Having failed to achieve the dubious objective you have decided to impugn our professional integrity.

In rejecting the embarrassing imputation which lacerated your aforesaid letter we wish to reiterate that we cannot appear before the Commission while our clients are locked up by the perpetrators of the genocidal attack unleashed on them and other unarmed civilians at Zaria, Kaduna state from December 12-14, 2015.

Although our clients were not present at the scene of the dastardly attack the armed soldiers invaded his private residence vi et armis on Sunday, December 14, 2015 on the instructions of the Authorities of the Nigerian Army. The rampaging troops set the house ablaze and opened fire on our clients and their family members. Our clients were severely injured while 3 of their children were shot dead in their presence.

As if that was not enough, the Kaduna State Government assisted the assailants by demolishing the burnt house of our clients. The Government also provided logistics to the murderers for the secret burial of the corpses of the slain children of our clients and the corpses of hundreds of other unarmed civilians in an unmarked shallow grave. In a desperate bid to cover up its role in the commission of such crimes against humanity the Government turned around to institute the Commission to investigate "the remote and immediate causes" of the crisis. However, to prevent our clients from telling their own side of the story at the Commission by exposing the barbaric atrocities perpetrated by the state sponsored murderers and their collaborators the authorities have decided to continue to detain them without trial.

In the same vein, the 182 people who survived the gruesome attack have since been arraigned on a trumped up charge of culpable homicide by the Governnent at the High Court holden at Kaduna. And to prevent the "suspects" from giving evidence at the Commission they are being held in prison custody at the instance of the Government as it is crystal clear that the Authorities have decided to allow the Commission to hear only one side of the story my colleagues and I are unable to accede to your request to reconsider our position. In other words, we cannot persuade ourselves to appear before the Commission in the absence of our clients who are prepared to to give eye witness accounts of the barbaric murder of hundreds of unarmed civilians, including women and children, the mindless destruction of properties and the illegal burial of the bodies of the people who were either killed or injured in the attack by the armed troops and their accomplices.

In view of the foregoing you will agree with us that your claim that we have misrepresented our clients on the issue of appearance at the Commission is totally baseless. However, if you are convinced that we have misrepresented our clients in the circumstance we dare you to release them to facilitate their appearance before the Commission.

#ZariaMassacre:From where did Governor Nasir Elrufai manufactured a "dead" soldier?

A Nigerian Newspaper, Premium Times Newspaper, reported the following news item under the heading "Kaduna Govt seek dead sentence for 50 Shiite members":

"The Kaduna State Government on Thursday asked a Kaduna High Court to sentence 50 Shiite members to death for allegedly causing the death of a soldier. The government had filed a five-count charge against the accused before Justice David Wyom. It accused them of criminal conspiracy, unlawful assembly, culpable homicide, disturbance of public peace and wrongful restrain. In the petition, the counsel to the government, Bayero Diri, said the offences are punishable under Sections 97, 221, 102, 106 and 225 of the Penal Code Law, Laws of Kaduna State 1991."

The brutal Zaria massacre took place on the 12th to 14th December, 2015 when the Nigerian army launched a pre-planned and coordinated attacks on the members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) killing close to 1000 civilians that included men, women, children and the aged. Throughout this period the Nigerian army authorities in all their press conferences, press releases and press statements on the Zaria massacre did not announce that one of their soldier was killed in the Zaria massacre. The Nigerian Army Chief Buratai on his presentation at the Nigerian Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in February when asked about the number of casualties in the Zaria massacre answered that "only 7 Shiites were killed and 10 injured". The question is did not the Nigerian Army Chief knows that one of his soldiers was killed?

If we can remember a Magistrate Court that sat in Kaduna Central Prison on 10th February, 2016 read out some charges against the 191 members of the #IMN that were languishing in jail for more than two months then. Among the charges were illegal assembly, causing bodily harm, public disturbances and possession of firearms. They were not charged with "culpable homicide" of killing a Nigerian soldier. The question is why were they not charged then with killing a soldier since "culpable homicide" is the most serious offence among all the charges?

The answers to all these questions raised lies in the fact that when the Nigerian Army Chief Buratai made his presentation to the Nigerian Human Rights Commission (NHRC) in February, the soldier "Yakubu Dankaduna" was not dead but alive and he was not killed by Shiites. And this is the same reason why the Kaduna state government and Governor Elrufai did not charged the 191 members of IMN on 10th February, 2016 with "culpable homicide".

Another question of importance is that which criteria did the Kaduna state government uses in choosing the 50 Shiites it charged with "culpable homicide" out of the 191 Shiites that it earlier charged to court? And why select only 50 and why did they not charged the whole 191 with "culpable homicide"?

This new form of monumental fraud of fraudulently charging 50 Shiites with the killing of a manufactured "dead" soldier underlined the extreme wickedness and evilness of Governor Elrufai and the Northern Nigerian civilian-military cabal that masterminded and brutally executed the inhuman Zaria massacre. These people are no more less devils than the murderous #BokoHaram thugs they claimed to be fighting. It is the same mentality and the same mindset, this is the clear manifestation of the contamination of Sunni Islam by #Wahabism that removes love, compassion, mercy and tolerance from the heart of #Muslims and replace them with hate, intolerance, bigotry and terrorism.

It is important to note that the Lawyers of the 50 accused IMN members were not even notify of this new charge against their clients by the Kaduna state government. The 50 accused IMN members were just bundled into vans and dragged to the Kaduna High court under heavy security. And the plea of the 50 accused IMN members was not taken as the judge adjourned sitting till May 16.

Finally, all this diversionary tactics of Governor Elrufai and his fellow bloodthirsty war criminals will never save them from their eventual humiliation and prosecution for the brutal murder of close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Nigerians in Zaria last December. What they committed was undoubtedly a war crime and the most recent report by the London - based International human rights organization, Amnesty International, titled "Unearthing The Truth" collaborated the position of IMN that the Nigerian regime unleashed heavily - armed soldiers on a civilian population.
