#ZARIAMASSACRE:THE NIGERIAN ARMY TRYING TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE

The brutal Zaria massacre by the Nigerian army that killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Nigerians will go down in history as the most barbaric, inhuman and wicked mass-murder that was masterminded and executed by the highest-ranking Nigerian government officials to serve an evil foreign imperialist agenda that has the savage Saudi regime as a front.

After the Zaria massacre various events unfolded but the two important happenings that occured in the same week changed the dynamics of the brutal Zaria massacre by the Nigerian army that killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims last December;the public confession by the Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai via his officials at the Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) that he in connivance with the Nigerian Army buried 347 Shiites killed by the Nigerian army in Mando in a single mass grave and the comprehensive and damning report on the Zaria massacre by the London-based human rights body Amnesty International that detailed the heinous crimes and atrocities committed by the Nigerian army.

After the occurrence of these two happenings the Nigerian army that is a front for the Nigerian President Buhari who from credible information ordered the inhuman Zaria massacre, the corrupt Northern Nigerian elites and the bloodthirsty Nigerian Wahhabi clerics, went on the defensive to limit the damages done by these important revelations.

Before then they were sponsoring mushroom "human rights groups" to organize protest to the Iranian Embassy and to try to link the peaceful Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky to terrorism and violence. They launched a massive smear campaigns of calumny and demonization to portray the peaceful #IMN as a "violent extremist group" that should be proscribed and banned.

Then these disclosures occurred and the dance of Shame of the masterminds and perpetrators of the Zaria massacre changed as confusion, division and panic started emerging from their ranks. It was a criminal foreign-sponsored agenda to kill Sheikh Zakzaky and crush the IMN by assassinating its leading lights and they wounded Sheikh Zakzaky and succeeded in assassinating some of its leading lights using professional Snipers during the Zaria massacre.

After the disclosures of the mass Graves and the Amnesty International report then the image laundering campaigns began and the futile efforts to manufacture scapegoats for the Nigerian army authorities who supervised the brutal slaughter of defenseless Nigerians also began. A freelance Journalist Yusau A. Shuaib was recruited to write an article "Gen. Buratai:An encounter with soldiers' soldier" glorifying the Nigerian army Chief Buratai and manufacturing all excuses to shield him from taking direct responsibility of the massacre. The writer was clever enough to shift most of the blame to the Kaduna state Governor Elrufai who "betrayed" the understanding that "only 7 Shiites were killed and 10 others injured" as claimed by the Nigerian army Chief.

Then another non-starter in Journalism going by the name "Clement Ejiofor" was recruited for the image laudering program and wrote an article titled "Army, Shiites clash:The untold narrative". In this article the bashing of the "beyrayer" Kaduna state Governor Elrufai continued where all the destructions of the physical evidences of the Zaria massacre where placed on his door step exonerating the Nigerian army. The writer also tried to magnify the fraudulent claims that IMN is "violent" without as usual providing any instances of such claims or statistics to back up such claims.

Then the recent news report by the NewsRescue Editorial team of a Classified Intel report of the latest move by the Nigerian army to deflect the responsibility of the Zaria massacre to #BokoHaram and implicate Kaduna state government officials that included Governor Elrufai. Excerpt from the NewsRescue report states:

"Leaks from highly classified intelligence meetings by the Nigerian army detail a plot to frame Boko Haram in the Zaria massacre incident that saw as many as 750 Shia minority Muslims and other passersby and religions’ victims killed. Members of the Kaduna state government will also be framed, the sources allege. Possibly including the Kaduna governor, Nasir el-Rufai who the army is upset with for having suddenly ‘broken file’, revealing the numbers of bodies buried in Mando against prior agreement. El-Rufai however as gathered, only grudgingly confessed on the Mando mass grave after he had been informed that Amnesty International was already onto it; had sent officials to inspect the site and was preparing its damning report."

The Nigerian army Chief Buratai is doing all these on behalf of the Nigerian President Buhari who from credible information gave the order for the brutal slaughter of close to 1000 peaceful Nigerian Shia Muslims that included hundreds of women, children and the aged and dumping the dead bodies in mass Graves. The Nigerian army Chief is desperately trying to do the impossible and that is burying what is undoubtedly a war crime. Nobody in history has succeeded in burying a war crime and Nigerian President Buhari will never be an exception to that rule.

On a final note, the Nigerian military and political leaders should understand that the Era of massacring innocent Nigerians by the Nigerian army and attributing such massacres to "unknown soldiers" is over for good. Hopefully the brutal Zaria massacre will be the last of its kind in Nigeria where heavily-armed soldiers will decend on defenseless civilians and mass-murdered them and then wickedly buried them in mass Graves to bury the evidences.

Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky symbolized unity of humanity:

Yesterday been 1st May we celebrated the "International Labour Day" to honor all workers the world over. But some of us also commemorated the martyrdom of one of the greatest writer, thinker and philosopher of our time, Ayatollah Murtadha #Mutahari. He was a student of Imam #Khomeini and his intellectual son and also one of the pillars of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in #Iran, he was brutally assassinated on May 1st, 1979 by agents of Western imperialism that just lost Iran then. He wrote extensively on political, social, moral, economic etc aspects of human endeavors, I recommend all his work to all those who follow my work.

Concerning the issue of calling non-Muslims "Kafir", Ayatollah Mutahari said:

"There is a great misunderstanding about the word '#kafir'. Literally, '#kafir' means one who #refuses. Generally, people take it as an equivalent of non-Muslim. This is incorrect. To think that those who are not Muslims are kafir is a wrong notion. According to Islam, everyone is simply '#insaan' or human being. There are hundreds of times when the Quran addresses people with words such as 'an-naas' or '#al-insan'. So, everyone is basically a human being. The Prophet of Islam was born in Mecca and then migrated to Medina. At that time there were some #Jewish tribes in Medina. One day the Prophet saw a funeral procession passing through a street in Medina. The #Prophet was seated at that time. On seeing the funeral, he stood up in respect. One of his companions said, '#O Prophet he was a Jew, not a Muslim.' The Prophet replied: '#Was he not a human being?' Thus the Prophet discovered a commonality between himself and the non-Muslim. This is the true spirit of Islam."

After the brutal #ZariaMassacre by the Nigerian army that killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Nigerian civilians, the Nigerian regime launched a massive smear campaigns of calumny and demonization against the peaceful Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky. The Nigerian regime tried with no success to brand the #IMN as a "violent extremist group" like the murderous #BokoHaram. These well sponsored and well funded campaigns of calumny failed because the IMN have been in existence for more than 37 years with no single record of violence, killing or harming anybody.

The Nigerian regime that is desperate to justify it massacre of defenseless Nigerians rented various mushroom "human rights groups" to attack the IMN and demonize it as a "violent extremist group" and this is a different front from the massive anti-Shia campaigns by Saudi - sponsored Wahhabi/Salafi groups that have the full backing of the Nigerian regime. Out of desperation the Nigerian regime recently recruited a "Shia" group that does not have 3,000 membership in Nigeria to excommunicate Sheikh Zakzaky from Shia Islam.

Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky is not a sectarian fanatic that thinks that it is only through Shia Islam that one can practice Islam, he believed that the Shia school is one of the schools of thought within Islam. And that is the reason why despite the fact that he has millions of followers within and outside Nigeria he prohibited his followers to build their own separate Mosque, he asked them to always pray in the available Mosques that are led by Sunni Muslims. And all the schools of IMN are labeled "Fudiyya" in honor of a great Islamic revolutionary and reformer in the West African sub-region Sheikh Uthman Ibn Fodio (ra). The narrow - minded sectarian Shia will definately not be happy with this and that is why like their Wahhabi cousins they both celebrated the brutal Zaria massacre that killed 800+ innocent Nigerians.

Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky is not a religious bigot either and that was why his home in Gyellesu was the refuge of Southern Christians during the 2011 post-election riots that engulfed Northern Nigeria. He does not believe in the Wahhabi concept that "Muslims should hate Christians", he believed in the famous saying of Imam Ali (as) that said:"Humanity is either your brother in faith or your equal in creation". It is a fact that the IMN is the only Islamic organization in Nigeria that invites Christians to all its programs and activities to enhance mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. A proponent of violent extremism will never have such tolerant beliefs as tolerance is the exact opposite of extremism.

Sheikh Zakzaky have always preach the true spirit of Islam as stated by Ayatollah Mutahari above, the spirit that respect and accommodate all despite tribal, religious and sectarian differences. When he was Sunni he always called for unity with Shia Muslims and when he became Shia he alway call for unity among all Muslims. On all occasions of the birth anniversary of the Prophet (sa) Sheikh Zakzaky use to invite all Muslims to celebrate "Unity Week" and discuss on how Muslim unity can be achieve.

It is important to note that the true spirit of Islam is not only found in Shia Islam, it also exist in Sunni Islam but the Wahhabi contamination encapsulated such spirit. Check this #Sunni_Hadith:

"A disbelieving Bedouin (village Arab) urinated in the Mosque, and the people rushed to beat him. Allah’s Apostle ordered them to leave him alone, let him finish and pour water over the place where he has passed urine. The Prophet (sa) then explained to the Bedouin calmly, 'This is a place of worship, in it is the worship of God and the reading of Qur’an.' After the Bedouin had left, the Prophet (sa) then said to his companions, 'You have been sent to make things easy (for the people) and you have not been sent to make things difficult for them.'"

This is the spirit of true #Islam, if it is today's Wahhabi contamination of Sunni Islam they will cut-off his head and display it as a trophy of victory. Sadly today some people who call themselves "Muslims" measure victory by the number of the innocent people they slaughtered. Islam is not the hatred, intolerance, extremism and terrorism that followers of #Wahhabism are displaying today, Islam is the love, mercy, compassion and tolerance that was acted and preached by #Prophet_Muhammad (sa) and the Imams of AhlulBayt (as) from his family.

On a last note, Muslim must revive this true spirit of Islam that is devoid of hatred, sectarian division and respect for all humanity. Hating Christians will never force them to become Muslims, hate Shias will never force them to become Sunnis and hating Sunnis will never force them to become Shias. Humanity must coexist and this is very important, violent extremist ideologies like #Wahhabism that reject coexistence with others should be condemned and rejected as humanity is one.

Why the #IMN boycotted the kangaroo Judicial Commission of Inquiry on #ZariaMassacre:

With the recent call by the Northern State Governors Forum (NSGF) on the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky to participate in the Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) that was set up by the Kaduna state government on the brutal massacre of close to 1000 Shia Muslims last December in Zaria, Kaduna state, it is important to outline the reasons why the IMN took a firm decision to boycott the Commission since the composition of the commission is not credible and impartial.

●Immediately after the brutal #ZariaMassacre the Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai made a state-wide broadcast where he indicted the IMN on the Zaria massacre and blamed it on all that happened. He deliberately refused to acknowledge the massive loss of valuable lives that included hundreds of women and children and the destruction of properties belonging to IMN and its members.

Can such a man be trusted to be a neutral umpire that will establish an independent, credible and impartial Commission of Inquiry?

●Immediately after the brutal Zaria massacre the Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai destroyed all the physical structures that were important evidences of the inhuman massacre and quickly evacuated all the rubbles and empty shells of the ammunition used in the massacre. To destroy the evidences of a war crime is a war crime itself.

Can such a man be trusted to be a neutral umpire that will establish an independent, credible and impartial Commission of Inquiry?

●Immediately after the Zaria massacre the Kaduna state Governor connived with the Nigerian army to collect the corpses of the victims of the Zaria massacre from the Nigerian army from atleast two locations in Zaria and traveled more than 80KM with them and buried them in a single mass grave in Mando, Kaduna.

Can such a man be trusted to be a neutral umpire that will establish an independent, credible and impartial Commission of Inquiry?

●Some of those Shia Muslims especially the 191 dead bodies that the Kaduna state Governor Elrufai collected from the NADepot and buried in the Mando mass grave were buried alive as there was no competent doctor that certified them dead.

Can such a man be trusted to be a neutral umpire that will establish an independent, credible and impartial Commission of Inquiry?

●After the brutal Zaria massacre the Kaduna state Governor Elrufai charged 266 survivors of the massacre who were imprisoned with trump-up charges of "criminal conspiracy, unlawful assembly, illegal possession of weapons and Disturbance of public peace". Then after he was forced to confessed the existence of the mass grave due to the specter of facing the International Criminal Court (ICC), he now manufactured a "dead soldier" and charged 256 IMN members with "Culpable homicide" and demanded the death sentence for them.

Can such a man be trusted to be a neutral umpire that will establish an independent, credible and impartial Commission of Inquiry?

●Under the Nigerian constitution the Nigerian army is a federal institution that the Kaduna state government do not have any jurisdiction over. If the Nigerian army is eventually found wanting from the submissions of the Judicial Commission, it can not be sanctioned by the Kaduna state government that set up the commission.

●The composition of members of the Commission is another important issue. Out of the 13 people who are members of the commission there is no single member from the active Nigerian human rights community despite the fact that massive human rights violations took place in the Zaria massacre. And the IMN does not have a single representation in the Commission despite the fact that the Nigerian army had atleast 3 representatives in the Commission who are retired military/security officers. And there are atleast 3 members out of the 13 members of the Commission who are die-hard Wahhabis/Salafis who have #ShiaGenocide as a global agenda, one of them even wrote a Book on Shia persecution and genocide.

●In his only reaction to the Zaria massacre, the Nigerian President Buhari clearly sided with the Nigerian army on National Television and the head of the media team of the leading opposition party in Nigeria recently on his Twitter Handle described the Nigerian President as an "Animal who boasted of killing 1000 Shiites on National TV".

And after the Zaria massacre the Nigerian regime launched massive smear campaigns of calumny and demonization against IMN and Shia Islam in Nigeria using local proxies and dragged Nigeria into the #Saudi-led anti-Shia alliance.

●A Nigerian radical Wahhabi cleric, Sheikh Abubakar Gero Argungu, recently said in a secret meeting in Yauri, Kebbi state, that before Nigerian President Buhari went to #Iran for the Gas producing state summit, they met him and warned him of "the dangers of Iran and Shia Islam". When President Buhari returned from Iran he called them and told them what they said was true. That was where the plot for the Zaria massacre was incubated and hatched. ●Some of the victims of the Zaria massacre especially those who were burnt alive were denied Passport for them to be flown abroad for further medical attention by the order of the Nigerian regime to the Immigration services. Imagine the hatred and inhuman wickedness that drove these war criminals to take such an inhuman decision!

Finally, with the above submission I conclude that the Judicial Commission is a kangaroo Commission formed by those who actively participated and executed the brutal slaughter of close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Nigerian civilians and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves. The internal Judicial mechanism in Nigeria as presently constituted will never give justice to the victims of the Zaria massacre because both the Nigerian President Buhari and Kaduna state Governor Elrufai are all implicated in the Zaria massacre.

#ZariaMassacre:My reply to a letter from a Niger Delta activist:

Since after the brutal #ZariaMassacre by the Nigerian army that killed close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims and injured thousands of others, I had received letters and messages from people from different regions of Nigeria. And I also received letters from activists from the #IPOB (Indigenous People of Biafra) and #Niger_Delta activists who have various grudges against the Nigerian government and the Nigerian state.

Below is the letter I received from a Niger Delta activists and my reply to him:

"My Name is John from Niger Delta.

The Buhari hate Hausa as he Hate the Biafra and the Middle Belt
We all victims of circumstance .
We must support one another to achieve formidable result.

We must stand strong in unity to support each in solidarity .

Sheik Zakzaky has been detained like wise Nnamdi Kanu a freedom fighter was also detain without trial.

The Sunni do not want the resurrection of Shiite Muslim who are peaceful and wise Muslim. Sunni are the cause of the world problem of terrorism.

I lives in Iran for many years & I speak Persia, but Shiite remain the most peaceful and intelligent Muslims.

Sir lets us unite to fight this menace of Buhari Government.

Dear brother John Bruce,

My name is Harun Elbinawi and I received your message with happiness and gladness of a fellow compatriot who took his time to communicate with me and share ideas. Thank you for identifying with the plight of our leader, Sheikh Ibraheem #Zakzaky, whose residence was attacked by the Nigerian army on 13th December, 2015 and his residence was completely burnt down, his 3 children killed execution-style in his presence and he and his wife showered with bullets that has damaged his left eye and his left hand.

I totally agree with you that the present Nigerian President Buhari is an evil, wicked and bloodthirsty tyrant who is a tool of the imperialists that has the Saudi Wahhabi regime as a front. And I also agree with you that all the Nigerian oppressed should join hands in freeing our great country from the bondage of a clueless bloodthirsty cabal that wish to shackle us with the chains of imperialism.

The Buhari government came with alots of goodwill from a broad section of Nigerians but in less that one year of it in power, the government have been hijacked by Wahhabi savages in Nigeria and handed over to the savage Saudi regime that is a front for the wicked bloodsucking imperialists that only wish to enslave nations and plunder their resources.

As for the issue of Sunni Muslims been the source of murderous terrorism that is killing the innocent and destroying cities and towns in various countries including #Nigeria, you are partially correct but I will make certain clarification on that. A deviant and warped ideology called #Wahhabism that is promoted by Saudi Arabia has infiltrated and contaminated Sunni Islam and it is this Wahhabism that inspired all the murderous terrorist groups in the world who are killing the innocent in the name of #Islam. #ISIS, #AlQaeda, #BokoHaram etc are all inspired by Wahhabism and are mothered by Saudi Arabia on behalf of the New World Order (#NWO).

It is important to note that Sunni Muslims are the biggest victims of these murderous terrorist Wahhabi - inspired groups who had turned slaughter into an art. It is also important to note that Nigeria was peaceful religiously until the advent of Wahhabism in Nigeria disrupted that harmony that existed between Christians and Muslims. Wahhabism removes love, mercy, compassion and tolerance from the heart of the Muslims it brainwashed and replace these with hate, intolerance, bigotry and terrorism.

The Islamic Movement in Nigeria (#IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky is a mass movement that has members from every Nigerian tribe and from all Nigerian regions. The IMN is the only Islamic organization in Nigerian that invites Christians to its programs and activities so as to enhance mutual respect and peaceful coexistence. On a last note, I will emphasis the importance of peaceful-ness of all programs and activities against the oppressive and tyrannical Nigerian regime. #IMN is against any armed struggle in whatever form and guise in Nigeria, Nigerians have suffered enough due to bad leadership and the murderous BokoHaram insurgency that has killed more than 40,000 innocent Nigerians and displaced more than 3 million. All programs and activities should be peaceful that protects public infrastructures, buildings and institutions. The blowing up of pipelines by some Nigerian Delta militants is given your cause a bad name, by doing that they only succeeded in increasing the sufferings of Nigerians and increasing sympathy and support for our wicked Nigerian oppressors.

Nigerian Army:The Untold story and Unearthing the Truth

An army (from Latin arma "arms, weapons" via Old French armée, "armed" (feminine)) or ground force is a fighting force that fights primarily on land. In the broadest sense, it is the land-based military branch, service branch or armed service of a nation or state. It may also include other branches of the military such as the air force via means of aviation corps. Within a national military force, the word army may also mean a field army. They differ from army reserves who are activated only during such times as war or natural disasters.

The Armed forces of a country are its government-sponsored defense, fighting forces, and organizations. They exist to further the foreign and domestic policies of their governing body and to defend that body and the nation it represents from external and internal aggressors. In broad usage, the terms "armed forces" and "military" are often treated synonymously, although in technical usage a distinction is sometimes made in which a country's armed forces may include both its military and other paramilitary forces.

The Nigerian army is constitutionally mandated to defend the Nigerian nation and all its people from external and internal aggressions and attacks and to safeguard and protect the territorial integrity of the Nigerian State. Sadly in recent years the Nigerian military of which the Nigerian army is the strongest arm have diggress from this noble responsibility and have become a notorious killing machine that is murdering innocent and defenseless Nigerians.

In the 2015 #US State Department annual human rights report on #Nigeria under the sub-heading of "Arbitrary or Unlawful Deprivation of Life", the report stated:

"The government and its agents committed numerous arbitrary and unlawful killings. The national police, army, and other security services committed extrajudicial killings and used lethal and excessive force to apprehend criminals and suspects as well as to disperse protesters. Authorities generally did not hold police, military, or other security force personnel accountable for the use of excessive or deadly force or for the deaths of persons in custody. State and federal panels of inquiry investigating suspicious deaths did not make their findings public.

Security force use of excessive force, including live ammunition, to disperse demonstrators resulted in numerous killings during the year. For example, on December 12, army troops killed an undetermined number--possibly hundreds according to some credible reports--of members of the Shia group Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) in Zaria, Kaduna State, following an altercation at a roadblock that disrupted the convoy of the chief of army staff. IMN leader Sheikh Ibrahim #Zakzaky remained in government custody."

This article will analyze the negative effects and manifestations of the corrupt practices and wanton extrajudicial killings of innocent and defenseless Nigerians that are associated with the Nigerian army in recent years. To facilitate our study we decided to brake down the topic to the following sub-topics to ease our work and to further clarify the picture. The sub-topics are:

■Nigerian army as sponsors of BokoHaram:

The BokoHaram insurgency started around 2009 when a low-keyed local pretender Muhammad Yusuf became notorious for preaching that "Western education is Haram (prohibited)" and had followership then mainly in the two North-Eastern states of Borno and Yobe states. Muhammad Yusuf was killed on 30th July, 2009 by the Nigerian security agencies in an extrajudicial killings.

The followers of Muhammad Yusuf that survived declared vengeance on the Nigerian state and started attacking local police stations for arms and ammunition. This was the point when the BokoHaram was hijacked by imperialist forces and the rag-tag thugs undergone an exponential transformation to a murderous monster that threatened the entire West African sub-region. The question is how did this transformation took place and who facilitated it?

The Nigerian army Chiefs and military high command played an important role in the exponential transformation of the murderous BokoHaram insurgency that has killed more than 30,000 innocent Nigerians and killed more thousands from neighboring countries. The Nigerian military Chiefs connived with the then political leaders to loot billions of dollars of funds appropriated for the war against BokoHaram. It was either they were buying museum-bound weapons or they were not buying at all. And to fed the insurgency it was either they were dropping weapons and ammunition directly to the murderous thugs or they are "abandoning" heavily-stocked arms depots to the terrorists.

To deceive Nigerians and the world that there was an ongoing war against BokoHaram and to justify the stealing of those funds the Nigerian army then abducted tens of thousands of innocent Nigerians and tortured them to death. This correlate with the report by the London-based human rights body Amnesty International which said that "during the Nigerian army’s scorched-earth response to Boko Haram between 2011 and 2015, more than 8,200 civilians were murdered, starved or tortured to death".

■Nigerian army as bandits of extortion:

A Kaduna-based non-govermental organization "Centre For Fundamental Rights Protection Initiative" recently released a detailed report backed by graphic pictures and videos of the banditry crimes and atrocities of the Nigerian army and its allied Vigilantes in Kaduna and neighboring states under the military task force to check cattle rustling in the Birnin Gwari axis.

This NGO documented and highlighted rampant cases of extra-judicial killings, extortion, rape, extermination of whole families, organ trafficking and mass Graves against the personnels of the Nigerian army. The NGO wrote in its report: "In our investigations, we discovered that old unused Wells are used as mass Graves to bury the victims of these extra-judicial killings by the Nigerian army personnels in Chikun/Birnin Gwari Local Governments forests. The visit to these locations on 25th June, 2015 was in company of Men of the Homicide and S.A.R.S. Departments of the Nigerian Police Force Headquarters, Kaduna state command. We discovered at least seven (7) of such mass Graves in our investigations and vast remains of people killed extra-judicially by the Nigerian military task force and their Vigilante collaborators."

■Nigerian army as Enforcers of Elections Rigging:

Election rigging is an epidemic in the Nigerian democratic process where those in control of the institutions of the state uses Nigerian security agencies to rig elections in their favour. The Nigerian army is the most effecient and brutal in enforcing election rigging in Nigerian. The notorious #EkitiGate where the past regime used the Nigerian army to rig the gubernatorial elections of Ekiti state is still fresh in the minds of Nigerians. The leading opposition party in Nigeria recently accused the Nigerian army of been part of the plot by the governing party to rig the elections in River state. In enforcing election rigging hundreds of innocent Nigerians have been killed by the Nigerian army to subvert the will of the electorate.

■Nigerian army/navy as Oil bunkerers:

Nigeria has one of the worst cases of Oil bunkering in the world and this would not have been possible without the active connivance of the Nigerian military who either turned the blind eye for juicy "settlements" or actively engaging in the bunkering of crude Oil for fast money. And because this illegal bunkering cut accross the military high command, no Nigerian military officers have been convicted to this date.

■Nigerian army as an imperialist tool:

The peak of the savagery and barbarity of the Nigerian army was reached when it brutally slaughtered in less than 48 hours close to 1000 defenseless and unarmed Shia Muslims that included hundreds of women and children in the #ZariaMassacre, and dumped their dead bodies in mass Graves 80 KM from the site of the massacre. The Nigerian army murdered these Nigerians to serve the evil imperialist agenda that have the savage Saudi Wahhabi regime as a front.

The London-based human rights organization Amnesty International released a damming report on the Zaria massacre titled "Unearthing the truth: Unlawful killings and mass cover-up in Zaria". “The true horror of what happened over those two days in Zaria is only now coming to light. Bodies were left littered in the streets and piled outside the mortuary. Some of the injured were burned alive,” said Netsanet Belay, Amnesty International’s Research and Advocacy Director for Africa.

“Our research, based on witness testimonies and analysis of satellite images, has located one possible mass grave. It is time now for the military to come clean and admit where it secretly buried hundreds of bodies.” The Amnesty International official added.

“It is clear that the military not only used unlawful and excessive force against men, women and children, unlawfully killing hundreds, but then made considerable efforts to try to cover-up these crimes,” said Netsanet Belay of Amnesty International.

On a final note, the reason why the Nigerian military continue to commit heinous crimes and atrocities against innocent and defenseless Nigerians is because the internal law mechanism have woefully failed to punish the culprits in the past and this have embolden them to continue with their extrajudicial killings and massacres. The step taken by the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (#IMN) under the leadership of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky to refer the Zaria massacre to the International Criminal Court (ICC) that is based in the Hague is a step in the right direction. Such mechanism will check the excesses of the Nigerian army and enhance its professionalism by eliminating the bad eggs within its ranks and discourage inhuman massacres.

Extremist currents destroying true spirit of Islam:

Islam is a religion practiced by close to 2 billion people worldwide and from all available statistics is the fastest growing religion in the world. Islam is also the most talked about religion in the world today and also the most misunderstood. Sadly the presence of some extremist currents among Muslims has exacerbated this gross misunderstanding of Islam, its values and standards.

With respect to all world religions, there is no religion in the world that satisfied the inner yearning of man like #Islam but unfortunately some of our religious leaders were careless enough to allow extremist currents like #Wahhabism that are sponsored by the New World Order (#NWO) to destroy the manifestations of the true spirit of Islam.

To fully grasp the topic, please check these:

●While Islam promote unity of Muslims, that current vehemently opposed unity of Muslims.
●While Islam promote tolerance, respect and kindness to all including Animals, that current promotes intolerance, hate, bigotry and terrorism.
●While Islam promote the quest for all knowledge including scientific and technological knowledge, that current attacked schools and universities to kill innocent students.
●While Islam clearly stated that there is no compulsion in religion, that current forced people to accept its deviations or be killed!
●While Islam honored and respected women, that current oppressed and demean women.

●While Islam dignified and honor humanity, that current dishonor and insult humanity.

Unfortunately the destruction of the true spirit of Islam by these extremist currents is seen as the true manifestation of Islam in some quarters and the Western MainStream Media (MSM) are actively promoting this distorted agenda of Islam. Whenever a bloodthirsty thug carries a butcher knife and start stabbing innocent people, the MainStream media are quick to libel such murderous criminals as "Islamist" just to associate such inhuman criminality with Islam.

From the information that we received from the early history of Islam, most people accepted Islam then despite the threats of persecution and death due to the exceptional character and qualities of Prophet Muhammad (sa). The Holy Prophet (sa) honored people first as human beings before anything. Let me give a practical example:On day the Prophet (sa) while at Mecca saw an Old woman carrying a heavy load, he quickly went and relieved her and helped her carried that load to her distinction. When they reached the destination the woman was so happy that she told the Prophet (sa) that she will give him an important advice. She told him that there is a pretender in this town called "Muhammad" who is preaching deviations and destroying kinship, you should be careful with him. The Prophet (sa) smiled and told her that I am Muhammad!

That was how this Old woman accepted Islam! When the Prophet (sa) saw this woman he did not think of her religion as an Idol Worshipper or her status as a poor woman who can not afford to pay for the carriage of her belongings. He saw her as a woman of advanced in age who needed help and he helped her. To today's extremist current they will called her "Kafir" and behead her then celebrate such criminality as "Jihad that will attract great reward from God"!

■On whose duty to revive the true spirit of Islam:

The responsibility of reviving the lofty values and the true spirit of Islam rest with all #Muslims but the responsibility is greater on our scholars and religious References. Muslims should adhere to the true Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (sa) from credible sources only. Anybody who brings anything that contradicts this Sunnah event if such a person was a companion of the Prophet (sa) should be thrown away.

The Islamic scholars have important role to play in this regard since Muslims seeks knowledge and guidance from them. There are fraudulent and pseudo-scholars who brainwashed Muslims especially the youths and drive them towards these extremist currents. If a bloodthirsty "scholar" ask you to wear suicide vest and go to the market or school or Mosque or Church to kill innocent people then ask him to go first since that "attract Paradise"! Have you ever seen these bloodthirsty "scholars" as suicide bombers? But they are the ones brainwashing the youths to go and commit terrorist acts to kill the innocent.

On a final note, life does not end here as the world is the station of trial. As Muslims we believed that there is life after this worldly station and it is our actions, reactions and inactions that will determine our status in the next life. The Iran-India-Afghanistan Agreement:

The historic agreement of the three nations of Iran, Afghanistan and India on the Chabahar port development is historic and is a win-win situation for all the three countries. The Chabahar port development will give India access to the warm waters of the Persian Gulf and a gateway to Russia, Arab Gulf states, central Asia and Europe. The Chabahar port development will give land-lock Afghanistan access to an important port at the mouth of the Persian Gulf.

Iran as the host country will also benefit as this is an important foreign investment and in future the Chabahar port will be a center of economic activities as both Iran and India are two important fast developing economies of the world.

The agreement is not a betrayal of Pakistan as the Pakistani leaders who chose to dance to the flute of the imperialist agenda of the regimes of US and Saudi Arabia against the vested interests of Pakistan are to blame for missing out on this important agreement.

Iran as a good neighbor to Pakistan has consistently in the past initiated viable proposal to Pakistan that will benefit Pakistan than Iran but unfortunately the Saudi-puppet Pakistan leaders have consistently betrayed Iran. The most important of these projects is the Iran-Pakistan Gas pipeline that will transport cheap Iranian Gas at a subsidized rate to fuel power plants in Pakistan to generate the much needed electricity. Unfortunately Pakistan has failed to meet it own part of the deal despite the fact that the deal will benefit Pakistan more.

Such agreement between these three countries should act as a model to developing countries on how to cooperate with each other for mutual benefits. In the past Western powers dictates how developing countries will cooperate and that is why today most of the air links go through these Western countries instead of the developing countries to have direct air links between them.

Developing nations should begin to assert their economic freedom and independence that is independent of the greedy bloodsucking Western imperialist powers whose only agenda is to continue the enslavement of these developing countries.

The Visit of US President Obama to Hiroshima Not Enough:

On exactly 6th August, 1945 while #Japan was on the verge of surrender the US regime dropped the first Atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima instantly killing more than 150,000 women and children. Three days latter the US regime dropped another Atomic bomb on Nagasaki killing more than 100,000 Japanese women and children. This was not war, this was atomic genocide of civilians...

The #US Atomic bombings of #Hiroshima & #Nagasaki in 1945 were among the most heinous war crimes in human history. More than 300,000 Civilians that were mostly women, children and the aged were inhumanly slaughtered in the Atomic bombs attacks on the two #Japanese cities.

And to underlined the arrogance of the successive US regimes, there was no apology to the Japanese people and humanity to this day. Another hundreds of thousands of Japanese were deformed for life due to the effect of that nuclear attacks. The successive US regimes have always presented flimsy excuses that were unconvincing to even their supporters to justify these nuclear #Holocaust of defenseless Japanese women and children.

The world should not also forgot the Orange Yellow Chemical attacks by the US forces during the Vietnam War, hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese were killed in those attacks and more of that deformed for life.

It is also important to note that during the bloody Iran-Iraq war when the Saddam Iraqi regime was on the verge of defeat the US regime gave Iraq materials of making chemical weapons, the CIA recently declassified documents that proved the role of the US government. Tens of thousands of Iranian soldiers and civilians were killed in those chemical attacks by the Saddam regime. The Iraqis that opposed the Iraqi dictator Saddam were not spared either, the Kurdish Iraqi city of Halabja was attacked with chemical weapons and more than 5,000 civilians were killed within some few hours. All these thanks to the US regime that supplied those chemical weapons materials to Iraq!

Another dangerous region that is threatened with nuclear weapons is the Middle East where the bloodthirsty and murderous #Israeli regime is the sole possessor of hundreds of nuclear warheads that pose genocidal threats to the people of that region. The world expect that after the successful completion of the #IranDeal the international community will turn to the Israeli nukes and strip that murderous regime of those inhuman weapons but that did not happen primarily due to the hypocrisy and double standards of Western powers.

The world will definitely be a better place without the inhuman nuclear and chemical weapons that are primarily meant for mass-murder of large civilian populations. Genocide of civilian population is not war, that is war crime that should be rejected by the whole humanity.

Today both the US and Russia possesses nuclear weapons that can destroy the whole world over-and-over again and these two regimes are not even thinking of eliminating these inhuman weapons. Sadly every year they budget millions of dollars to modernize their nuclear arsenals that threatened the whole of humanity. What the world needs today is a nuclear_bomb-free world and not upgrading of existing arsenals.
