Nigerians are not treated well in any country: including in Nigeria

On Monday (27/03/2017), a chilling video surfaced on social media, showing a Nigerian being severely beaten with sticks and metal chairs by mob of Indians in a town called Greater Noida. According to reports, several Nigerians had been attacked and injured during a protest by locals on Monday, following the death of an Indian student; an incident for which 5 Nigerians were blamed. The Nigerians were accused of supplying the 19-year-old student with the drugs he overdosed on, and of eating him up after his body went missing.

Neighboring Cameroon recently forcefully deported thousands of Nigerian refugees who fled the country and went to Cameroon due to the murderous #BokoHaram insurgency. The Nigerians preferred to be refugees in Cameroon as the camps there are properly taken care of unlike the camps in Nigeria that are bedevil by rampant cases of corruption by government officials and sex-slave enslavement by military personnel.

Few weeks ago there were reports of rampant Xenophobic attacks against mainly Nigerians in Johannesburg, South Africa. A South African I discussed with on Twitter claimed that Nigerians are destroying their youths with drugs.

The question to ask is why the sudden attacks on Nigerians in various countries? The answer to this question starts from the present Nigerian government of President Buhari. Do Nigerians think other nations will take us serious when President Buhari sent the Nigerian army to Zaria in December 2015 and they brutally killed more than one thousand Nigerian civilians then wickedly dumped the dead bodies of those Nigerians they murdered in mass graves at night? Then just four days after this monumental savagery the same President Buhari celebrated this gross inhumanity on phone with the savage King of Saudi Arabia. To this day no single person arrested by the Nigerian government for killing innocent women and children in Zaria, burnt innocent Nigerians alive and raped girls and women. Do Nigerians think that the leaders of India, Cameroon and South Africa will brutally murder hundreds of their citizens then dump their dead bodies in mass graves at night?

In Nigeria, a serving State Governor paid murderous terrorists who killed more than 800 of his people huge sum of money. Most of those murderous criminals were not even Nigerians but this Governor showed preference of them over his own people who elected him. When elected officials do not show National pride and solidarity with their electorates then how do Nigerians expect to be respected in other countries?

Whenever there is any terrorist attack in any Western European country President Buhari is the first among world leaders to send condemnation message but when murderous terrorists slaughtered more than 800 innocent Nigerians in Southern Kaduna the same President Buhari is silent to this day. Buhari only respond to terrorist attacks in the West but if terrorism occur in the 3rd world including Nigeria President Buhari is always silent. The Nigerian tyrant is suffering from acute inferiority complex.

The unprovoked attacks on mostly Nigerian students in the Indian town of Greater Noida is most unfortunate and my message to my Indian friends and associates on my Twitter Handle was:

"My Indian Friends should tell the racist morons that there are only 50,000 Nigerians in #India, while 1,000,000 Indians live in #Nigeria."

The population of Indian citizens in Nigeria is more than twenty times multiple of the Nigerians living in India. Such barbaric attacks should be rejected and condemn by all. Humanity is One and peaceful coexistence with respect and honor is most important.

On a final note, it is most sad at this critical stage of our history that we today have a leader that takes pleasure in killing innocent Nigerians and dumping their dead bodies in mass graves at night. Such monstrous barbarism are traditions of murderous terrorist groups such as #ISIS but in Nigeria the President will send the army to massacre innocent Nigerians and dump dead bodies in mass graves at night. Buhari:Quit The Deceit And Save Nigerians From Hardship

Events that unfolded on the return of President Muhammadu Buhari from a medical vacation in United Kingdom have further exposed the Nigerian government’s public deception and lack of focus.
The level of hardship, inflation, poverty, hunger, unemployment, drastic rise in death rates and diseases and lack of life’s basic infrastructures were likely to defame President Buhari if public opinion is not managed and directed somewhere especially in the northern parts of the country.

More than 60% of the hardships listed and more are in northern Nigeria and this had since been established by the then governor of Nigeria’s Central Bank Charles Soludo when he mentioned in a lecture he once delivered in Kaduna during his reign. If at that time Nigeria’s poverty level was 57%embedded in northern Nigeria based on their statistics, today it is worse as it goes beyond 60%.
The government is sure that there is a time bomb that is likely to erupt that could be too costly for it which must be controlled. The people especially in the north need to be placed on a plain of thought that would keep them away from seeking a way out from the government. This is because the government has nothing to give them as it had lost focus and hope.

The government in its usual hypocrisy and executive conspiracy used its deceit machinery to pull the public towards an artificial thought in order to keep them away from not supporting President Buhari on whose support most of the leaders are where they are today. They are simply exploiting and benefitting from the blind and sentimental followership being enjoyed by President Buhari.

Yes blind and sentimental followership because such followership was ignited by sadism and envy and not as a result of good leadership. The President could clampdown on some people they hate for one reason or the other whether wrongly or rightly using his powers as president and nothing more. They are not following and eulogizing him because he has provided them with social and economic security, nor because they have access to good education and healthcare delivery services or because of availability of basic infrastructure. They only follow him because he can kill their assumed enemies. They are simply celebrating his expression of sadism against certain individuals in the country for no genuine reason or the other.

Even with the level of inflation in the country rising beyond 150% without any reciprocal increase in the level of personal income of individuals, coupled with stringent and unfriendly economic policies that have brought a lot of businesses to a halt, these blind followers still hail and usher support for President Buhari. Definitely this is not a normal situation.

Those in governmentare sure that the Nigerian people are hungry and angry and are likely to erupt any time. They as Nigerian leaders lacked the goodwill and capacity to provide for them due to personal greed and lack of know how.
For fear of that loss in support they decided to kill two birds with one stone by swaying public opinion towards hatred of the Shiites and also blackmailing them. They hypocritically used their machinery to exploit the instituted ignorance of the myopicNigerian public, especially in the northern part of the country, and induce lies in them that it were the Shi’ites that casted a spell on President Buhari and made him sick in their attempt to kill him. These lies were further promoted especially in the social media and in the Wahhabi worship places sponsored by government.
As they induce religious sentiments in the northern parts of the country against the Shiites they also induce sectional sentiments. They make the northerners to see southerners as their enemies because they allegedly hate President Buhari in the same way as they make them to hate the Shiites claiming that the Shiites hate President Buhari as well.
It has reached an epidemic level because anybody that does not like Buhari is termed as an infidel or a hypocrite by government sponsored Wahhabi clerics, and is living under the risk of being attacked by hoodlums.
The Islamic Movement in Nigeria(IMN) never had any history of anti-Buhari activities to make them hate or like him. After he clamped down on them in Zaria in December 2015 and murdered many of themone is left to wonder how the IMN members will ever like President Buhari again. He had turned hundreds into either widows or orphans and has shattered many others’ life dreams simply because they don’t share the same religious school of thought with him.
The ignorant public most of who are thriving in extreme instituted poverty have assimilated the sermons and hate speeches by government agents and Wahhabi clerics against the Shiites sponsored by the government and decided to go wild against the Shiites should President Buhari die. They went about saying it publicly that they will kill the Shiites if President Buhari dies. They mischievously mobilized the public into believing that it is the Shiites that made President Buhari sick and not God this time around.

Some of the myopic and half-baked elites amongst them who have the opportunity of writing in newspapers have even gone as far as claiming that the Shiites are suspected of poisoning President Buhari who is surrounded by his closest associates.
To buttress the point further, some state governments and traditional rulers even organized political rallies in the name of praying for President Buhari’s health where they spread the hate speeches against the Shiites and even reigned curses on the Shiites publicly. They did all these before the return of the President and set the stage for another clampdown on the endangered minority Shiites.

The intention of the government and the major stakeholders of the Zaria Massacre are to ensure that the public attention is placed on the Shiites to keep them away from questioning the lack of performance by the regime and at the same time they will have an opportunity to kill more Shiites as they have done before to satisfy their sectarian sentiment and meet their contractors’ bids.
On the return of President Buhari they took to the streets reigning insults and abuses and even harassing IMN member chanting all sorts of anti-Shiah slogans in the name of celebrating President Buhari’s home coming.

They chanted slogans like ‘the god of the north has returned’ (Ubangilin Arewa ya dawo) ‘the killer of Shiites is back’ (Makashin yan Shi’ah ya dawo) and their saint and savior is back. Many things happened in this regard because in some places they even placed a cloaked and turbaned man in a wheel barrow with one eye covered as they dramatized stoning him saying he was Sheikh Zakzaky.

In some places they went to the frontage of IMN Islamic center and staged an all-night party singing songs abusing Sheikh Zakzaky and Shi’ism to provoke the IMN members who simply left them and went to their houses.
In Kaduna like other places, they were paid to attack the IMN members and they went and started a fire on a nursery/primary and secondary school owned by the IMN which was quenched by neighbors.

They blocked roads chanting anti-IMN slogans like ‘Buhari is back, Shiites can die’ (Buhari ya dawo yan Shi’a sai dai ku mutu) and ‘Buhari is back No more Free Zakzaky’ (Buhari ya dawo no more free Zakzaky) and many other provocative statements. In most of the places the hoodlums were carrying dangerous weapons as the security agents looked the other way pretending not to be seeing anything.

The same things took place in Kano, Jos, Sokoto, Katsina and many other places in the north. What is more is that all these took place in the presence of and before the very eyes of Nigerian security agents who were looking the other way and waiting for the Shiites to react so that they could resume killing them.
They exploited the gross ignorance they have instituted in the public to push them into believing that the Shiites are their problem and not the focuslessness of the regime. Definitely the Shiites are not the problem of Nigeria.
With the sense of maturity and responsibility of the members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) and their high level of awareness, they seized to be provoked into any form of violence despite the levels of intimidations in which even individuals were directly assaulted by the sponsored hoodlums.

It is on record that in 2011 when President Buhari lost the elections, the same blind supporters took to the streets but their assault was not on the Shiites then but on the PDP and Christians. The IMN was very much there but the hoodlums never bothered to attack them because there was no reason for it then. They were mobilized to launch assault on PDP members and Christians in the North.

The IMN had nothing to do with Buhari and his win or loss in election. If there was any role played by the IMN then it was that of providing shelter and safety for Christians, mostly students of higher institutions that found themselves in the midst of the Buhar’s supporters’ mob actions. They were sheltered, protected and fed by the IMN and even given travel allowance to go home after the crises.
This time around, the PDP is there and the Christians are also there and they were not attacked by the same hoodlums but the IMN members were made the center of the attack. This is enough to show the level of public ignorance that is mischievously exploited by the politicians. They claim to be leading the people while they are exploiting them and leading them astray.

It is as if the Buhari’s regime’s only agenda is to kill Shiites for the Sunnis. That is the general picture and impression they give of the regime which from all indications the regime is comfortable with. They hail President Buhari as ‘the hero of Sunna’ because he kills Shiites and even disgustingly describe the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) as ‘Ayatullahi Burutai’.

I am sure by now a lot of those wicked leaders in government are not happy as the IMN remains unprovoked because it has blocked them the opportunity of stealing public funds in the name of providing security for the public.
Why all the deceit? Nigerians are not after all these proxy wars those in power are fighting for their masters in America, Israel and Saudi Arabia. What Nigerians actually need is true change which the government does not exhibit any signs of providing for the public. IMN or Shi’ah is not the problem of Nigeria because Nigeria does not as a nation harbor any state religion.

Every citizen has the right to belong to any religion of his choice and also has the right not to belong to any religion at all. But unfortunately the short-sighted Nigerian government of the day is making everybody believe that it is a Sunni/Wahhabi government. The government and its agents have induced hatred among citizens, promoted religious disharmony, propagated sectarian extremism and supported state terrorism. This is the only available picture of the Buhari regime.

The government has nothing to show the people and is exploiting their sentiment and deceiving them into believing the wrong things. What manner of government is it that will kill a people in their hundreds by burning them alive, murdering them and burying them alive in mass graves simply because they don’t belong to the same religious school of thought with the President and his governors?

What manner of government is it that will be using such hatred to sway public attention away from its weaknesses and lack of performance? What manner of government is it that does not respect or have any regards for the judiciary and is willing to violate all international human rights standards to satisfy the personal whims and caprices of the President? .… definitely not a democratically oriented government but a dictatorship.
What is worse is the arrogant display of tyranny by the government and total disregard to the Nigerian Constitution displayed in the illegal and unjustifiable detention of the IMN leader Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky. The shameless government could not provide any reason for abducting and detaining the revered leader of the IMN that it had to lie to the Federal High Court that he is being kept under protective custody. They were disgraced by the court’s judgment that described the government’s action as a total violation of the fundamental human rights of the Sheikh and a display of sectarian sentiments. The government is ordered by the court to release Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzkay, pay him N50 million, build a house for him and also provide him with police protection until what they claim to the court is going to harm him is no more. But the Nigerian government out of impunity refused to obey the court order to release the IMN leader and is scouting for how to prosecute him by all means as there is no single tenable reason or evidence.

Imagine this stupidity, the Nigerian Army led by a Commandant of a Nigerian Army Division launching a terrorist attack on the residence of Sheikh Zakzaky, summarily murdering and burning people alive and burying hundreds in mass graves alive after molesting women, cutting their breasts with bayonets and punching them with sharp objects in their private parts and yet the same government is claiming that they are keeping the Sheikh in protective custody to protect him from harm. Can a government led by sane people exhibit this kind of stupidity? Who is the threat to the Sheikh’s life from which they are protecting him? Why not simply quit the deceit and save Nigerians from hardships. Free Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky!!!

The Midget Kaduna state Governor, Nasir Elrufai, is in the news again not for the inhuman mass grave burial of 347 Nigerians massacred by the Nigerian Army in Zaria in December 2015 and not for the huge amount of money he paid the murderous terrorists who killed more than 800 innocent Nigerians in Southern Kaduna, Elrufai is in the news for his 30 page Memo to his political benefactor President Buhari. President Buhari is sick and recently spent more than 50 days on a medical vacation in London, on his return his supporters were calling for prayers but Elrufai chose to welcome him with a 30 page Memo that was highly critical of his style of governance and his close associates.

In history the month of March is notorious for the betray of a leader by his close associates. In Roman times, the Ides of March is best known as the date on which Julius Caesar was assassinated in 44 BC. Caesar was stabbed to death at a meeting of the senate. As many as 60 conspirators, led by Brutus and Cassius, were involved. According to Plutarch, a seer had warned that harm would come to Caesar no later than the Ides of March. On his way to the Theatre of Pompey, where he would be assassinated, Caesar passed the seer and joked, "The Ides of March are come", implying that the prophecy had not been fulfilled, to which the seer replied "Aye, Caesar; but not gone."

There are three (3) reasons why Elrufai sent a 30 page Memo to President Buhari. The first reason is that it is Elrufai's nature to betray all those that trusted him as his former Boss former President Obasanjo rightly described him in his Book "MY WATCH". Elrufai had betrayed Abubakar Atiku, ChiefObasanjo, Umaru Yar'Adua, Goodluck Jonathan etc. Those that know Elrufai knows that it is a matter of time before he betray his current political benefactor President Buhari. The second reason for the Memo is that Elrufai saw clearly that the Buhari administration is failing woefully, he want to jump ship to save himself politically. It is important to note that Elrufai had criticized and condemned President Buhari in the past when they were in different political camps. This is an exact quote of what Nasir El-Rufai said on October 4, 2010: “Mallam El-Rufai wishes to remind General Buhari that he has remained perpetually unelectable because his record as military head of state, and afterwards, is a warning that many Nigerians have wisely heeded. His insensitivity to Nigeria’s diversity and his parochial focus are already well-known.”

The 30 page Memo is not the first time that Elrufai betrayed President Buhari as most Nigerian analysts are suggesting. The first time that Elrufai betrayed President Buhari was when he unexpectedly confessed to the kangaroo Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) into the brutal #ZariaMassacre that he buried 347 Shiites in a single mass grave in Mando. After the massacre of more than one thousand Nigerian civilians in Zaria by the Nigerian Army that was ordered by President Buhari, the Buhari cabal wanted to give the figure of "7 Shiites killed and 10 others injured" and that was what the Nigerian army Chief Tukur Buratai told the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), Abuja. But Elrufai betrayed this position when he learnt that the London-based Amnesty International has located the mass grave in Mando using Satellite photos.

To fully understand the demonic manipulations of Nasir Elrufai then we should consider the testimony of Segun Adeniyi, former editor of Thisday and spokesman to the late President Umar Musa Yar’adua:

The above article was the title of the recent article by Tukur Mamu on the deteriorating health condition of Nigerian President Buhari that made him go for more than 50 days health vacation in London. Tukur Mamu is a notorious Saudi hireling in Nigeria and was one of the Nigerian Journalists hosted by the Saudi government immediately after the brutal and inhuman #ZariaMadsacre of December 2015 by the Nigerian Army that was ordered by President Buhari.

Articles such as this are meant to set the stage for massacres and genocides by the bloodthirsty Wahhabi savages in Northern Nigeria. Last month a Wahhabi cleric in Funtua, Katsina state, claimed that Christians poisoned President Buhari in Ask Rock. The desperation be the Saudi-sponsored Wahhabi hirelings in Northern Nigeria to link Christians and Shia Muslims to President Buhari worsening health condition is dangerous and should not be overlooked. Bloodthirsty Wahhabi savages attacked innocent Shia Muslims in some part of Northern Nigeria under the pretext of President Buhari's return from medical vacation. It was not surprising when Tukur Mamu started his provocative and mischievous article with the sub-heading "The threats against Buhari" and the first "threat" to him is the peaceful Nigerian Shia community. He wrote:

For those that know the Shiites, it’s ideology, connection, cult like followership and influence in almost every part of the Nigerian society, the Zaria killings would have been prevented by all means while the aftermath that saw the arrest of its leader and many others wouldn’t have been so mismanaged at the instance of the president."

It is now that Tukur Mamu and other Saudi hirelings like him thinks that the "Zaria killings would have been prevented by all means". When President Buhari ordered the Zaria killings that was brutally executed by the Nigerian Army, Tukur Mamu, Wahhabi savages and their master Saudi King Salman celebrated and called for more. On 18th December, 2015, which was four days after the inhuman massacre in Zaria the Saudi King called President Buhari and celebrated. But after one year of the brutal massacre in Zaria they failed woefully to achieve any of their objectives due to the prudent leadership and peaceful resistance by members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) under the leadership of Sheikh Ibrahim Zakzaky. The inhuman ZariaMassacre by the Nigerian Army was an evil imperialist agenda that has the Saudi regime as a front.

Iran: Nigerian gov’t committing genocide against Sheikh Zakzaky’s family

Secretary of Iran’s Human Rights Council Mohammad Javad Larijani warned that the family members of the Leader of the Islamic Movement of Nigeria, Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, have been the subject of massacre and genocide by the Nigerian army and government.

“In this incident, we are facing genocide as most members of his (Sheikh Zakzaky’s) family have been killed,” Larijani told reporters in Tehran on Sunday.

“This issue should be extensively pursued and we will lose no opportunity on the international scene to put it forward,” he underlined.
In relevant remarks, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif voiced his country’s serious concern over the continued imprisonment and unfavorable health conditions of Sheikh Zakzaky.

“The Iranian foreign minister notified Nigerian authorities of Iran’s deep concern about Zakzaky’s health during his recent visit to that country,” Iranian cleric Ali Fallah Zaroumi, who accompanied the Iranian delegation as a representative of the Iran-based Al-Mustafa International University said.

He said that during his meeting with Nigerian authorities, including the president and foreign minister, Zarif expressed serious concern about Zakzaky’s physical conditions.

The Nigerian army attacked two religious centers of the country’s Shiite community on December 12, killing hundreds of defenseless civilians. Later on December 13, the military arrested Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife after raiding their house and killing three of his sons, assistants and followers.

Members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria have demanded setting up of a judicial commission of inquiry to probe the killings of their colleagues in Zaria on December 12 and 13, during a meeting with House of Representatives panel.

They have also demanded the unconditional release of their leader Sheikh Zakzaky and his wife.

Also earlier this month, Zakzaky’s son complained that his mother and father are suffering from deteriorating health conditions and have been deprived of medical care by the government.

The above Tradition of Prophet Muhammad (sa) is widely reported from Sunni & Shia sources and more variety of it reported from different occasions during the life time of the most beloved of God, Muhammad al-Mustapha (sa). In one version of this Tradition the Prophet (sa) was reported to have said "Fear the prayers of the oppressed as there is no veil between the prayers of the oppressed and God".

Oppression can be defined as the exercise of authority or power in a burdensome, cruel, or unjust manner. Oppression derives from the concept of being weighted down and the antonyms of the word "oppression" are "justice" and "kindness".

Then we come to the events of the #ZariaMassacre in Nigeria that are undoubtedly gross oppression where the present crop of Nigerian leaders connived with foreign imperialist powers that have the savage Saudi Wahhabi regime as a front and mass-murdered 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerians and dumped their dead bodies in mass graves. Some of the victims of this massacre were buried alive by the Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai as no competent medical personnel certified them dead.

Is there any form of oppression that is greater than such brutal slaughter of men, women, children and the aged? Is there any form of oppression greater than burning of women and children alive by the Nigerian army? Is there any form of oppression greater than bombing the iconic Zaria Husseiniya with 100s of civilians inside?

It is important to note that in the above Tradition the Prophet (sa) never said that the oppressed must be a Muslims before his/her prayers is answered by God. In this Tradition the Prophet (sa) declared all those that are oppressed whether they are Muslims or non-Muslims are included in the definition of " the oppressed". In the Quran God condemned all forms of oppression and declared all oppression as Haram, God also declared all oppressors as His enemies that will never succeed.

When Buhari, Elrufai, Buratai and their gang of mass-murderers killed 100s of fathers and deprived their wives and children of their protectors, why will God not accept the prayers of these Widows and Orphans against Buhari, Elrufai, Buratai and their gang? The brainless terrorism-enabled Wahhabis will tell you that the prayers will not be answered because the victims are "Shia Infidels"! But the Prophet (sa) who is a mercy to humanity never exempted " Shia infidels" from the above Tradition. Since "Shia infidels" are an integral part of humanity, they are included in the above Tradition. Such mindset of those contaminated with the potent poison of Wahhabism underlined their lowness as entities that lacked humanity and the fact that all the murderous terrorists who are slaughtering the innocent today in the name of Islam are inspired by this same deviant cult of Wahhabism.

The above Tradition of Prophet Muhammad (sa) also embraced the wider world view of Islam that emphasized the concept of fairness and justice for all irrespective of race, tribe, religion, sect or nationality. One does not oppress a person just because the person is not a Muslim because the above Tradition forbid all oppression. To further clarify the above Tradition on oppression Imam Ali (as) said in his last will to his sons:" Be an enemy of the oppressor and a helper of the oppressed." This is an unconditional statement that applied to all situation, the identity of the oppressor and oppressed is immaterial here.

On a final note, the warped and deviant description of the concept of oppression by the deviant Wahhabism is today largely responsible for the heinous crimes and atrocities committed in the name of Islam by the murderous thugs who are inspired by it. For example, the most recent act of terrorism in Europe was the slitting of the throat of a 86 year-old Christian Priest from Normandy, France. This same Priest helped build a Mosque in the past for a Muslim community but the murderous ISIS slit his throat and called it "Jihad"! This is not Islam, this is a practical manifestation of Wahhabism....

WHEN MURDEROUS NIGERIAN ARMY OFFICERS WHO EXECUTED ZARIA MASSACRE ARE COWARDS:

On December 12th-14th, 2015 the Nigerian army used the fraudulent claims of "assasination attempt" on its army Chief Lt Gen Tukur Buratai launched large scale attacks on the peaceful and unarmed members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) using the most sophisticated weapons in its arsenals massacring more than 1000+ defenseless Nigerians that included 100s of women and children. From the mode of the execution of the operation the attacks were pre-planned and coordinated as four (4) IMN locations were targeted by the Nigerian army and civilians slaughtered in an ISIS-like manner.

A sections of Nigerians especially those contaminated with the deviant Wahhabi cult of slaughter and beheading celebrated the inhuman massacre of the mostly Shia Muslims and declared the Nigerian army Chief Buratai and his commanders who mass-murdered civilians as "Lions" who are "brave" and "courageous". Among the world leaders that reacted to the events of the Zaria massacre only King Salman of Saudi Arabia publicly called the Nigerian President Buhari to celebrate the massacre and called for more of such massacre under the guise of "fighting terrorism".

After the brutal massacre that drew world-wide condemnation from political and human rights organizations and activists, the Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai took the 191 IMN members who survived the pogrom to court and fabricated trump-up charges against them. The trump-up charges against members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) included "Culpable Homicide, Unlawful Assembly, Disturbance of Public Peace and Wrongful Restrain".

In one of such three cases that came up for hearing yesterday (27/07/2016) at the Federal High Court 6 Kaduna with charge Number KDH/KAD/37C/2016 that is titled "STATE VS MOHAMMED AUWAL YAKUBU AND 80 ORS" under JUSTICE DAVID WYOMS, the prosecution Counsel that is representing the State applied for a motion that will see the Nigerian army officers who led the brutal slaughter of 1000+ civilians to testify in private for "fear of their lives".

"Arguing his Motion, Dari Bayero, the Director of Public Prosecution, Kaduna State informed the Court that they filed a Motion on the 26th day of July 2016 seeking the order of Court permitting their witnesses No 1-9 to give their testimony in private (The witnesses are Colonel A.K Ibrahim, Commander I Division Internal Security; Colonel Sani K. Usman, Army Public Relations Officer; Colonel Mohammed Fago, Officer with the Records Office; Colonel Y. Ali; Lt. Colonel P. Kulawe Officer in charge of Operation Yaki; Nasiru Wowo, Soldier; Jiya Mahmud Liman, Soldier; Kanafa Suleiman, Soldier; and ASP Tanimu Jeremia a Ballistician). He supported the Application with 9 paragraphs affidavit. He informed the Court that the witnesses are principal officers in charge of their units and formations in the Nigerian Army. He stated that because of the role they played in the events leading to the charge, they received various threats to their lives and the threats were received online. He urged the court to protect the witnesses."

"Responding Maxwell Kyon Esq holding the brief of Festus Okoye Esq informed the Court that the defense filed a 6 paragraphs counter affidavit in opposition to the Motion and relied on all the paragraphs of the affidavit. He stated that the issue before the court does not bother on the personal liberty of the witnesses as they erroneously stated in their Motion paper and that since the Motion was brought under section 35 of the Constitution, the implication is that the very foundation on which the application rests is faulty.
He called in aid section 36 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria which states that any person charged with the commission of a criminal offence ought to be given a fair hearing. He stated that 'One of the fundamental ingredients of fair hearing is that such an individual must be tried in the open. The fundamental question to be asked in the circumstances of this case is: whether the facts as put forward by the applicants have placed before my lord's sufficient material as a basis for the granting of the Application. We don't know who the "Muslim Brothers" are as the prosecution stated that they are the ones threatening them. Our clients are members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria. The persons threatening them have no business with the proceedings before the Court. Paragraph 6(B) of their affidavit is that they know the leadership of the Movement that is threatening them. The leadership of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria is either in detention or were killed during the events of the 12th to 14th December 2015.
We have stated clearly that they killed the leadership of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria and the rest are in detention. They have not denied these facts. On the basis of that alone without more we urge my Lord to find that the application is lacking in merit and to throw it out. We further state that if the threats were online, the prosecution should have printed same and exhibited it. Since the applicants know those threatening them, they should have arrested them and brought them to justice. We further state that the prosecution never controverted the fact as deposed in the affidavit of the defense that nobody belonging to the Islamic Movement in Nigeria threatened them."

The first sign of cowardice exhibited by the Nigerian army officers who executed the massacre was by the army Chief Buratai himself who told the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) that they "only killed 7 Shiites and 10 injured". Throughout human history the first mark of a true hero and the brave is that they NEVER attack and kill civilians especially during war situation. Another mark of a true hero and the brave is that they NEVER lie on the number of casualties they killed on the battlefield. In the Zaria massacre Buratai led other officers and men of the Nigerian army to murder more than 1000 civilians in less than 48 hours and after that the Kaduna state Governor Elrufai " helped" them disposed of the bodies in mass grave.

The second exhibition of cowardice by officers of the Nigerian army who executed the Zaria massacre was what happened yesterday in the Kaduna Federal High Court 6. The officers who were so heartless that they murdered women and children by burning them alive are now scared for their lives that they are begging the Court to allow them testify in private. The accurate explanation of the cowardly posture of these indicted officers is they were never brave nor do they have any courage. They were bloodthirsty cowards who had tainted the past glorious reputation of the Nigerian army with the blood of innocent Nigerians.

These military officers should testify in public as the laws of the land demands for Nigerians to see and hear them on how they will justify the heinous crimes and atrocities committed by the Nigerian army during the massacre. Dangerous criminals like these should not be protected by law that is suppose of give succour to the oppressed and the abused. Those IMN members that the Nigerian army murdered were Nigerians who had families who loved them, friends who cherished their company, neighbors who honored them and colleagues who missed them. Possibly when these murderous thugs who are today wearing the uniform of the Nigerian army were killing civilians they forgot that they were killing human beings. They thought they were killing "Shia Infidels" who should be butchered to serve the evil imperialist agenda that has the savage Saudi Wahhabi regime as a front.

On a final note, the families of the victims of the Zaria massacre mourn their loved ones every moment. These families demand for nothing but justice and fairness in punishing those who brutally murdered their loved ones for no just cause and that was why these murderous thugs wearing the uniform of the Nigerian army did everything humanly possible to hide the evidences of what was undoubtedly a heinous war crime.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

There is a childhood memory that I have never been able to lose touch with, it is personal, intimately so, I do not like sharing it. But I feel that considering my current circumstances its best I share it, especially considering that in life I have lost almost all the things that constitute my reason for being. I have eventually lost, and it is very clear that I can lose anything else, all by the virtue of ending up as a Nigerian.

I am Mohammed Ibraheem, known to my friends as Ibraheem affixed with my numerous nicknames. I was possibly 6 years old, we lived in a three bedroom, two sitting room, one kitchen, one garage, back garden and front yard house. That house was plagued by brown rats; two of which got trapped in a water tank in the kitchen, so that they could not swim out of the water, and leap to safety.

Everyone was so enraged by them, and rightly so, for these foreign Rats can be so fearfully annoying, plus they once chewed the soles off my mother’s feet. The two rats must have lasted long, for by the time they were discovered, they really were too exhausted to run, I don’t remember what went on before the fact, all I know is that they were ushered out of the water and successfully marched on what must have been rat miles all the way to the back garden. I was then given a stick by the nanny and told to kill one of them. In an unforgettable act, after a little hesitation I hit the rat, after being mocked and taunted for being too soft. I still remember the look in the eyes of that rat looking up at me after I hit him, it haunts me to this day.

The gleeful murder of a mischievous rat is a truly un-forgettable experience for me, much as I can imagine it I cannot see myself killing anything larger than a mosquito or house fly without guilt, yet it was men armed to the teeth who have slaughtered all of my brothers, and multiples of men, women and children along with them, as if they were nothing. Doctors, Nurses, Engineers, Technicians, Journalists, men and women of all professions, there were even boys and girls among them, like (karofi) a one week old University of Greenwich graduate, students whose only aspiration was to make beautiful dreams come true; Friends, Families, the old and the young, all brutally slaughtered by an army that was suppose to protect them!

A few days ago it was announced that the commission established by the Kaduna State Government, submitted a report on its findings, on the massacre and destruction visited upon innocent people by elements representing the Nigerian Army, in which over a thousand people are missing, over three hundred and forty people were admittedly buried in a mass grave, hundreds were arrested and hundreds of millions worth in property destroyed. Having followed the commission’s sessions with interest I watched as it slowly degenerated from a commission of enquiry into a case of murder and destruction, being convoluted into a commission whose focus seemed to only be a sectarian one. Although the movement sent no representatives, I am yet to read its findings as it is yet to be publicized.
Prior to that in an unusual twist, the custodians/captors/detainers of my parents, the DSS claimed that my father, is being kept in "protective custody" "because he is a vulnerable individual" and according to their lawyer it is the DSS’s duty to provide protection to vulnerable citizens! Adding salt to injury, they further even claimed to have spent five million Naira on his health alone. It is unbearably hard enough that I’ve had to watch helplessly as they killed all those innocent people including my three remaining brothers. But this claim was the worst affront to my sense of self, more painfully insulting than all before it. Ever since the statement was made I have made several attempts to type a response each time I begin to type my fingers shake from excess of wrath, anger, despair and the all too fresh realization of the truly unbelievable depths of insincerity, hypocrisy and cruelty. I always think and question the humanity of the cabal that masterminded the ZariaMassacre. How can it be rationally explained that we share the same taxonomy as this brutal breed of beasts wearing the uniform of the Nigerian army who executed the sake inhuman massacre?

This is a most grievous insult, the gravity of which is unfathomable to say the least. Although my parents are not being held in a prison cell, they are certainly not living in a comfortable state, nor are they ‘Safe.’ In the eight months since the ‘Nigerian Army’ killed and secretly buried over a thousand people including my three brothers, my aunt and a lot of the people I hold most dare, while also shooting my mother 7 times and depriving my father of an eye as well as crippling his arm and leg, the DSS which claims to be "protecting him" has also denied him access to his doctors, legal counsel, and has only allowed us to visit only when it suited them. In the past eight months I’ve driven to Abuja, several times only to be turned back. Yet these people have the rudeness to post my picture in the media to give credence to the idea that all is well, insulting us in the most cowardly of ways. I am thirty years old, I earned my first five million Naira when I was still a university student, yet my own father the one who brought me into this world, after being so injured, physically, emotionally and worst of all deprived of even the most basic of human rights is being charitably expended upon with five million Naira (gratitude for the generosity of the masters of murderous beasts). As his sight continues to fail day by day the DSS continues to refuse, under the guise of bureaucratic excuses, our request that a known qualified doctor be allowed to attend to him. And then there is the visitation rights, in eight months I have only been allowed to visit four times, but we have been stood up in Abuja for twice as many times. Then there is the fact that even though my father is currently incarcerated, it is he who pays for his expenses down to the fuel for the generator in the place where he is being held, not to mention the extortionist behavior of some of the agents in charge of handling my parents. In our fourth and final visit which was yesterday, they brought in a professional camera man sporting a nice SLR (Single-lens reflex Camera or; Fancy Cameras in Short) to rudely take more of these propagandist pictures designed to deceive the people about the true nature of what is going on, I’m sure you’ll be seeing them in the papers soon enough.
Then there is his health, specifically the health of his last remaining eye, which is already half blind. The attending single doctor whose name and qualification I do not know. Nor has the DSS informed me, has already arbitrarily and single handedly proscribed one of his eyes as lost for good, without recourse to a second opinion. Granted in father’s own words, he dose "appreciate" the doctor’s efforts, and the courtesy of certain members of the DSS, I for one am not grateful, I cannot be. I deserve answers we all do. If the DSS that is a Government organization of fundamental importance, is proudly insulting me by claiming to be spending five million Naira for my father, Ibraheem Zakzaky has a son who is alive and willing to spend multiples of that amount (and I can afford it), for his Father. But I cannot, because the opportunity to do such things for my father is blocked by the ‘Dutifully Protective Custodians.’ DPC. (Death Prospecting Cooperation).
If they really are just protecting my father as their lawyer has claimed, then I would want to ask them the following unanswered questions; firstly: What form of a threat is the visit of Family Members? What form of a threat is the visit of doctors? What threat dose my father’s access to his lawyers constitute? Considering the impending and dangerous situation threatening to turn him blind, why are no doctors allowed? Why do they assault us with SLRs when all we want is to be able to attend to our flesh and blood? And why should I continue to play the silently grateful son of the guest who is actually more like a hostage? As my fingers shiver lest harm come to my parents for speaking the truth I would finally ask you what I have been asking myself, Can I entrust the truth to my tongue?
When I was a child I grew up on the tales of heroes and great men, and I truly did aspire to be more like some of my favorite heroes and great men, I even used to think who wouldn’t. One thing that they all had in common though; was that they all had something of worth whether it was an idea, a person or a thing, these great men and women were willing to risk all for that one thing. In the titanic and everlasting struggle that is good versus evil, justice versus in injustice, the fair versus the unfair.
I have found myself powerless to save my brothers all of whom are now with God. I have found it beyond my means, to protect my own mother. I have no power to protect what I care for, I live in a country where those whose job was to protect have become mindless predators. I have no protection against these serpents. I only have myself, my hands and my feet, there is nothing I can do. I have so few tools at my disposal, in spite my most optimistic efforts, I have come to the conclusion that the evil that has taken my brothers, my family, and has kidnapped my mother and my father, and placed them in a hostage situation, and is killing them slowly, seems to understand no language, that I know or understand. As my father is systematically and slowly being reduced to total blindness, I am becoming desperate.
It is true that I am weak and powerless in the face of such unfathomable levels of evil madness, reckless hatred, extreme prejudice and limitless inhumanity. The only thing I can do now is to complain, to protest, and protest by any means available. As I gradually lose all my senses due to worry, I find myself increasingly losing all hope of recourse to reason and feel ever increasingly compelled towards necessity. If violence and irrationalism is a strength, I don’t have it, I still regret killing that rat. I am incapable of breaking my own innocence. I cannot kill without remorse. I was born of a father who could never ever condone the path of wrath, even at the cost of his sight.
I want to call all those who believe in the inalienable right of all human beings to fairness, justice and dignity, to help by joining me in a redoubled effort. We must protest this seemingly never ending series of outrages, we must make our voices heard. We must act before it is too late, we must demonstrate wherever we are able. I for one will walk alone on my two feet from my father’s house in Zaria to Abuja if I have to, I will sit in front of any office for as long as it takes, I will stop eating and drinking for as long as it takes.
As God is my witness there is no time. My father needs access to doctors now! Right Now. As God is my witness I swear that having survived the unthinkable, my father is currently being wearied down into a blind man, he is being slowly crippled, destroyed. Compliments of the DSS and co. enough is enough. Post the dammed pictures make all the lies but do not insult us, let us send doctors, let us save my father’s eye.

Gen Adeniyi Oyepade:The Sacrificial Lamb of #ZariaMassacre

The General Officer Commanding (GOC) the Nigerian Army’s 1st Division, Adeniyi Oyebade, a Major General, authorized last December’s military operation that massacred at least 347 members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) in Zaria, and should be prosecuted with yet-to-be-identified army officers, a Judicial Commission of Inquiry into the killings, has said in its final report.

The brutal massacre drew worldwide condemnations, and several investigative reports by various human rights groups said hundreds of people were killed by government troops and secretly buried in a mass grave in Mando, Kaduna State. The IMN said it lost more than a thousand members in the attack that took place between December 12th-14th in Zaria, Kaduna state.

The Commission report squarely laid the blame of the massacre on the GOC when the report stated: "the GOC of the Army’s 1st Division Gen. Oyebade deployed soldiers to carry out such a large-scale operation without recourse to the chain of command".

This conclusion of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) is deceptive, misleading and exonerated the biggest culprits of the massacre that included the central figure that is the Nigerian army Chief Tukur Buratai. All those who are familiar with military rules of engagement knows that it is impossible to launch such a large-scale operation that resulted in large-scale civilian casualties with out recourse to the military chain of command. It is impossible to move such large number of troops without prior approval from the COAS Tukur Buratai and C-In-C of the Nigerian armed forces that is President Buhari.

The brutal massacre of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerians who professed Shia Islam is not an agenda of Gen. Adeniyi Oyepade, that massacre is not an agenda of Christianity (the religion of Gen. Adeniyi) in Nigeria and that massacre is never an agenda of the Yoruba tribe of Gen. Adeniyi. Moreover, the wife of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky, Hajiya Zeenat Ibraheem, is also from the Yoruba tribe like Gen. Adeniyi.

The Zaria Massacre is an evil imperialist agenda that has the Saudi Wahhabi regime as a front. It is impossible to fully understand the massacre without fully understanding the cult of Wahhabism that inspired that brutal massacre. The mindset that inspired the Zaria massacre is the same mindset that inspired the brutal massacre of 150 University students in Kenya in 2015. It was the same mindset that inspired the Paris attacks, Brussels attacks and the Nice attacks. It is the same mindset that inspired all attacks on Shia Muslim civilians in Pakistan, Yemen, Syria and Iraq.

Gen. Adeniyi Oyepade, a Christan from Southern Nigerian, is not the true face of the Zaria massacre. The true identities of the masterminds and executors of the Zaria massacre are all Muslims from Northern Nigeria. They are the Buharis, Buratais, Elrufais, Sanusis and Shehu Idris of this world. These wicked, evil and bloodthirsty elements that are contaminated with the potent poison of Wahhabism connived with foreign powers that has the Saudi regime as a front and massacred 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerians and dumped their dead bodies in mass grave, a tradition that is peculiar to their ISIS and AlQaeda brothers.

The ecstasy celebrations that greeted the aftermath of the Zaria massacre from the fanatical and blind supporters of Buhari, Buratai and Elrufai said it all as to who were responsible for the mass-murder of defenseless Nigerians. Gen. Oyepade's family did not celebrate the massacre but the family of Elrufai celebrated the massacre with his son, Bello, adding the name "Buratai" to his surname.

For the brutal slaughter of 1000+ Shia Muslim civilians in less than 48 hours, the cowardly bunch of Buhari and Buratai are still celebrated by their ignorance-enabled followers in Northern Nigeria as "Lions" who "championed the cause of Sunni Islam". But when the Niger Delta militants, Niger Delta Avengers, threatened these same cowards with death if they dare visit Ogoni Land, the cowards retreated. It is important to note that Sunni Islam abhor and condemned all massacres just like Shia Islam but the empty cult of Wahhabism celebrate massacre and strongly encourage it.

When I was about to write this article "coincidentally" a military officer of Northern extraction called my friend who was together with me and informed him in a lengthy discussion on how the GOC Gen. Adeniyi Oyepade "refused the order from superior officers to stand down during the course of the massacre". This is another deception by the corrupt Northern civilian-militatry cabal that executed the Zaria massacre.

On a final note, While Islam uphold the dignity and sanctity of human lives, sadly Wahhabism cheapen human lives and its adherents went to the extent of celebrating the massacre of the innocent most especially if the victims profess Shia Islam. There has never been any Prophet or Messenger of God in human history that killed people just because they refused to accept his message but today the cult of Wahhabism had legalized such brutalities and massacres in the name of Islam.

RE: GROUP ACCUSE SHIITES OF PLANNING A COUP IN KADUNA

I was surfing the net for news items when the above captioned story captured my attention. In the story by Jerrywright Ukwu, it was reported that a group known as ‘Kaduna state citizens for peace’ has raised an alarm of accusing the Islamic Movement of Nigeria (IMN) of trying to install their own government in Kaduna state. Waggish as the garbage may be it is imperative to clear the erroneous message carried in it. In this era of joblessness it is not too arduous to hire brutes that have no moral values to take to the streets especially when someone has enough resources at his disposal. So, the hitherto non entities like Richard Augustine and Nathaniel Agada who were commissioned to act as the president and secretary of the unknown group ‘Kaduna state citizens for peace’ very well know that they are agents of scamp and false tale mongers.

The Islamic Movement in Nigeria has been in existence for about forty years. Members of the movement are fully integrated in the society, their methods of operation and activities are open and well known to the world. So it is malicious and open mendacities for any hired road side hoodlum and his group to associate violence to the movement. It is on record that the Islamic Movement in Nigeria has never breached any peace even on provocation. When in 2014, the then government decided to attack and killed thirty four members of the Islamic Movement; there were insinuations from the security quarters that IMN members were going to take retaliatory measures by attacking Military and Police installations and barracks. The unfounded allegations were repudiated and dismissed as evil machinations of the security apparatus to stage false flag operations and blame the Islamic Movement. Even after the December 2015 attack on the Islamic Movement which saw over a thousand innocent lives lost to the bullets of the ‘gallant’ Nigerian Army and the arrest of Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and hundreds of his followers, the Islamic Movement has never lost focus of being civic in its operations. It is on this note we want to disassociate the Islamic Movement from any form of action that may lead to the ‘breach of peace’ in Kaduna State or anywhere talk less of a “coup in Kaduna State”.

The recently submitted report of the Judicial Commission of Inquiry which according to some media has indicted the Nigerian Army is obviously the cause of discomfort to the government and hence the need to mop up support and sympathy for the officers indicted. Yes, the so called fictitious ‘Kaduna state citizens for peace’ group is free to express its fears or the fears of their contractors over the possible implications of the report of the JIC. They may however wish to remember that Chief Femi Falana (SAN) made his call on the Kaduna state government to persecute soldiers that attacked the IMN group some days before the JCI submitted its report. His call was based on professional knowledge of law. Chief Femi Falana (SAN) is an authority in his profession. His integrity and reputation speak for him in the circle of his colleagues and beyond. He is an icon of law and Human Rights activism and a senior Advocate of Nigeria. With these distinguishing qualities and characteristics of Chief Femi Falana (SAN), it is therefore surprising how some hired louts can fault his submissions. Where are the legal professionals? The contractors of ‘Kaduna state citizens for peace’ group could do better by engaging them to sort things out.

If despite the nonappearance of IMN at the JCI, what was made available to the Commission was so incriminating to indict the Nigerian Army, one wonders what would have been the result had the government allowed Sheikh Zakzaky to appear and make his submission or the legal team of the IMN has made their submissions.

We want to state in clear and strong terms that the claim by ‘Kaduna State Citizens for peace’ that “the IMN are said to be on standby to unleash mayhem citing the rejection of the panel’s report as the reason for violent protests in the state, which would then be spread to other parts of the country” is false and baseless.

Zaria Massacre: GOC Turned into Sacrificial Lamb

I am not in the least surprised by the report of
the Judicial Commission of Inquiry, JCI
established by the Kaduna state Governor Nasir
El-Rufai to investigate what the Governor and
others mischievously described as “Army-Shi’ite
clash” in Zaria even as the unarmed members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN were
brutally massacre by the Nigeria Army.

I remember asking the question in one of my
write-ups ‘who clashed with who?’ This is
because there was no such thing as a clash but
a merciless misuse of power by the Nigerian
Army that went on a killing spree butchering
young men, women and children in the most
inhuman and extra-judicial manner imaginable.
The soldiers were there to kill everyone present
including the leader of the Movement Sheikh
Ibraheem Zakzaky who miraculously survived
their hypocrisy such that they were even
chanting anti-Shi’ite slogans proving that it was
simply genocide and not a clash. For that
purpose they spent all the hours between 12th
to 14th of December 2015 killing and clearing
the scenes at IMN’s Hussainiyya at Sokoto Road inn Zaria, Residence of the IMN leader at
Gyallesu in Zaria as well as the Cemetery and
Film Village of the IMN along Jos road in Zaria.
Alas, thanks to the focused and persistent but
non-violent campaign by the IMN against the
massacre that has been internationalized to the
extent that the hypocrisy of the Nigerian
government to wipe out the “Shi’ites” in order to
please Saudi Arabia and Israel was exposed.
The leaked JCI report of the JCI has already
indicted the Army as did other reputable
international human rights bodies across the
globe and is calling for the prosecution of the
General Officer Commanding the 1 Division of
the Army in Kaduna Major General Adeniyi
Oyebade.

It is worth asking that if the JCI could reach
such a decision without cross-examining the IMN members and its leader and without receiving any memo from them, what would have been the outcome if the IMN was at the commission? Definitely the answer is not far-fetched, moreArmy brutalities would have been exposed, more acts of inhumanity, more human rights violations and crimes against humanity would have also been exposed.

The report would have gone beyond to even
expose the roles of some sacred cows like the
President Muhammadu Buhari, the Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen. Tukur Buratai and Governor of Kaduna state, Nasir El-Rufai in the December
2015 Zaria massacre. What the report has done now is simply reduced the pressure on the civilian killer regime by indicting the GOC and using him as the sacrificial goat in order to save the necks of the true perpetrators and master-minds of the
crimes.

Definitely no right thinking person would believe
that the GOC acted on his own volition because
he has a COAS and C-in-C above him. It is not
just a simple cordon and search operation but a
well pre-planned and executed operation with
foreign interest in it. Whosoever might have been the GOC at that time would have acted in the same manner because of the special interests from above and would have suffered the same fate.

The pressure on the Nigerian civilian killer regime made it to have no choice than to intimidate the IMN and ensure that it does not come before the JCI. By this, through impunity the government abducted and illegally detained the leader of the Movement Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky and his wife and also arrested and imprisoned over 200 members of the Movement to stop them from testifying before the JCI lest they decide to.
If they were truly investigating the said clash
why didn’t the JCI cross-examine the direct
victims of the massacre that are up till this time
in the custody of the government? Why didn’t
they present the revered Sheikh before the
Commission? Why didn’t they bring those in
detention to testify before the JCI? Why were
they only interested in third-party submissions
from the side of the IMN and not the direct
victims? They were probably not interested in
more revelations, simple.

Right from day one, the Kaduna state Governor
didn’t want the IMN to attend the JCI in order to
over-look a lot of other crimes they have jointly
committed along with the Army. He started by
indicting the Movement in his speech and
labeling unsubstantiated and false accusations
against it and even declaring that the leader of
the Movement would be prosecuted. He did all
these as he was swearing-in the JCI
commissioners to show how the side to which
he belonged.

Secondly, he swore-in arch-enemies of the
Movement including those that have not only
called for the mass killing of IMN members but
have even written books calling for their
massacre as commissioners in the JCI. He went further to bring before the JCI sponsored elements to testify and blackmail the IMN in such a way that all those that went before the commission, except for a few that spoke in favor of the IMN, were all monotonous
and in support of the malicious indictments
labeled against the IMN by the Governor.

The interest of the IMN was totally shelved aside in setting up the JCI in such a way that it was not represented in the commission and no
independent human rights body was also
involved in order to tame any possibility of
exposing the real perpetrators of the crime.
Unexpectedly to the government, the case of the IMN was taken before the International Criminal Court ICC, by the Islamic Human Rights Commission of London. The Amnesty
International also indicted the Army and the
Kaduna state government by exposing satellite
photos of one of the sites where the murdered
IMN members were mass buried to hide the
heinous crime. This is also not forgetting the
report of the Human Rights Watch that was the
first to expose the government’s inhumanity.

This forced the Kaduna state government to
confess burying 347 IMN members in a mass
grave even as the Nigerian Army is denying
killing anybody except the seven confessed by
the COAS. There was no way to hide it again and so they were forced to shop for reasons for the burial that was in total violation of the Geneva Convention.
The JCI also testified that the Army refused to
say how many they have killed and so the
number of those killed is now officially acceptedas 347 and one fabricated soldier whose death was not independently determined.

Even the fabricated killed soldier was initially not mentioned at all by the COAS or the Army during its first press conference after the massacre until they sensed the danger involved in their going about saying that they clashed with the Shi’ites and yet they suffered no single casualty even as they killed over 1000 of them. So, they immediately fabricated the killing of one soldier without any independent postmortem or examination.
This fabrication of the killing of a soldier was
also in favor of the Kaduna state government
which it capitalized on to continue imprisoning
IMN members and using it as part of the
fabricated charges against them in court to clear itself of accusations from the public.
The IMN on its part has declared names and
profiles of not less than 950 of its members
missing since the pogrom out of the over 1000
that might have been killed by the zombies so
far and is still compiling.

The JCI report has been technically produced to reduce tension and pressure on the government and its act of state terrorism and the best way to sweep everything under the carpet is to sacrifice the GOC and absolve the COAS and the C-in-C. It is now clear to the world that the Nigerian regime used its Army to massacre innocent unarmed civilians because they practice a minority faith different from that of those in authority using tyranny and impunity. This must not all end on the GOC alone the real master-minds must be exposed and punished as well.

Those members of IMN whose rights and
humanity have been violated must be
compensated accordingly as they are entitled to. Those mass buried must be exhumed and given befitting burials as their relations deserve the right to know if they are dead and buried and not to live with the assumption or supposition thatthey were massacred by Nigerian Army in Zaria in 2015.

The Kaduna state government must also face
the consequences of burying people without
certifying whether they are dead or alive as
many might have been buried in mass graves
alive simply because they were rendered
helpless with bullet wounds and the government is busy trying to hide its act of state terrorism.
All these crimes and many more must be
exposed and all perpetrators punished as well.
In as much as they have decided to sacrifice the GOC to absolve their selves, even though he
declared responsibility for the killings before the JCI during his cross examination, real fairness and justice must not only be done but must be seen to have been done.

We await to see the magic that will come with
the official making of the report public and the
subsequent implementation of the
recommendations made by the JCI for indeed
Nigerian governments of various times have yet
to reach the level of civilization of implementing reports. This fact is known to every Nigerian.
As a result the IMN will continue in its quest for
justice through peaceful means in the courts of
law within Nigeria and in The Hague until justice
and fairness would be seen to have been done
as no one could be deceived by turning the GOC into a sacrificial goat.

Kaduna judicial report and the curious silence of the Nigerian media:

Few days after the release of the report by the Kangaroo judicial commission of inquiry set up by Governor Ahmed El-rufai, the damning indictment of the army by the report did not catch the attention of Nigerian media curiously because it may not be the narration they were expecting.

I watched many news media houses, televisions, listened to radio stations and read newspaper headlines today in anticipation to read the report, but I was disappointed as the media refused to prioritize the findings. Daily Trust Newspaper- where I have worked for 16 years- chose to report a sponsored demonstration by some idle youths in Kaduna
denouncing the constitutional rights of the Islamic movement of Nigeria, IMN to ask the Kaduna state attorney General to prosecute soldiers drafted to massacre innocent women and children. This is despite the fact that our editors have access to the report or were privy to the content as reported by some online newspapers.

This blackout by the media did not come to me as a surprise looking at the ideological composition of the ownership and editorial management of mostly northern newspapers. However, if the report had indicted the IMN-as many would want-the media would have scramble to splash the indictment on their front pages.

In the early morning of yesterday, I had engaged one of the members of the kangaroo commission, Dr Jibril Ibrahim in relation to his article-again in Daily Trust and Premium Times were he seemed to set the tone of what the report would be. Although he argued that my conclusion was hasty as the accusation of bias I levelled against the commission before I read the report was like putting the cart before the horse, a glimpse into the report had shown a superficial indictment of the army.

From the surface, it could look like the commission has indicted the army and asks for the prosecution of the General Commander of the Kaduna infantry division, Major General Kayode the truth of the matter was that the commission only succeeded in exposing its agenda by indicting the messenger and freeing the owner of the message. If General Kayode is guilty of massacre, what about the General Burutai, the mastermind of the massacre? Or the Commander in chief who abdicated on his responsibility to protect Nigerians regardless of creed, sect of religion?

The decision by the media to blackout the report was deliberate and calculated attempt to bury the findings and makes it irrelevant. Iam sure, in the next few days, when the full report is out we will see the media prioritizing the aspect of the report which ban the Imam Hussaini commemoration trek from across the country to the Hussainiyya shrine in Zaria.

Other curious silence by the report was it muteness on issues of compensation, rebuilding of our Hussainiyya mosque destroyed, the graveyard vandalized and the house of our revered Sayid destroyed also.

As the events unfold, the world will continue to watch with keen interest the various shenanigans and underplays being orchestrated to doctor the report as we have seen with the arms procurement manipulation where the same General Burutai was skilfully removed from the criminals even when it is clear that he was an active participant. We shall see.

#ZariaMassacre:Salam To Nigerian brothers & sisters:

We saw the leaked report of the JCI that indicted the Nigerian army. Though there are other recommendations that were not stated but this is the most important aspect of the report.

Though IMN boycotted the kangaroo Commission and the Commission did not hear the side of the victims but the Commission went on to indict the Nigerian army.

This is the least that our Nigerian oppressors can do and they did this not because they have any sympathy towards us or because they like us or want to be just towards us. No, they did what they did because the massive campaigns has internationalized the ZariaMassacre and the case have been referred to the ICC.

Those who think that the GOC Gen Adeniyi Oyepade ordered the ZariaMassacre are gullible and naive. The GOC can not just sent thousands of soldiers to attack and massacre defenseless civilians.

The GOC received orders of the massacre from the army Chief Buratai and Buratai received orders of the massacre from Nigerian President Buhari. This is the truth and the whole truth as the words and body language of Buhari after the massacre confirmed this. Between Buhari, Buratai and Adeniyi none have the wicked heart of massacre and slaughter like Buhari. Buhari is a sadist at heart and derive pleasure in inflicting pains on those he considered as his opponents. What Buhari did with this report in ancient Korean history is called "cutting your one arm so that the remaining body survives!".

Indicting Gen Adeniyi and his commanders fell short of our expectations but at least the journey has started, the journey to get justice to those who were brutally murdered by leaders who were elected to serve and protect them.

It is important to remain calm and continue with all our peaceful campaigns and activities. God had defined the path of evil and the ZariaMassacre was monumental evil from any religion and from any society. The killing of civilians is banned in war zones but in ZariaMassacre heavily-armed soldiers were brought to the city to slaughter civilians.

Lastly people should avoid rumour mongering as the enemy can capitalize on rumour mongering.

Nasir Elrufai: The Un-accidental Undertaker of #ZariaMassacre

The present Kaduna state Governor Nasir Elrufai does not have any reputation that is related to principles, honesty and integrity. To buttress this assertion I will give two examples. When Elrufai was in the then ruling People Democratic Party (PDP) he took the present Nigerian President Buhari to the cleaners who was in the opposition then and branded him "old and outdated". Today the same Elrufai is the biggest bootlicker and puppet of President Buhari. When 34 members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) were brutally massacred by the Nigerian army in 2014, Elrufai accused the former Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan of genocide and was one of the thousands of Nigerians that trooped to the residence of His Eminence Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky to condole him for his loss of three (3) sons in the massacre. But the same Elrufai in December 2015 was among the masterminds of the inhuman ZariaMassacre by the Nigerian army that resulted in the killing of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerians. Elrufai was given the prominent role of acting as the Un-accidental Undertaker of the victims of the massacre, a role he himself confessed to the kangaroo Judicial Commission that he instituted to cover-up the heinous crimes and atrocities of the massacre.

When yesterday (18/07/2016) a brother informed me that Gov Nasir Elrufai had posted an article related to the Zaria massacre written by one Jibrin Ibrahim titled "The Clash Between the Nigerian Army and the Islamic Movement in Nigeria" on his social media platforms, I was surprised since the said Jibrin Ibrahim was a member of the kangaroo Judicial Commission of Inquiry (JCI) that was set up by Gov Elrufai. It does not take a keen observer to detect that both the actions of Elrufai and Jibrin Ibrahim were meant to preempt the "findings" of the commission and to conditioned the minds of Nigerians of that doctored and grossly flawed report.

For the sake of intellectual discuss and clarity it is important to know who is the said Jibrin Ibrahim? And I will allow the known Nigerian writer and columnist Dr. Aliyu Tilde who in 2010 de-construct the thesis of Jibrin Ibrahim titled "God save us from 'religious' laws" to make the introduction:

"The essence of the matter is that Dr. Jibrin Ibrahim has generalized so much and contradicted himself to the extent that he built premisses that are not strong enough to support his conclusion. Part of the problem really lies in the noble desire of Dr. Jibrin to retain his Christian faith while at the same time preaching the atheistic doctrines of his subject of specialization, sociology. This is a common problem he seems to share with many other people in his position."

To writers and thinkers it is common knowledge that Atheism is the unofficial religion of sociology as majority of the leading lights of sociology in recent times that is dominated by the values and standards of Western civilization are Atheist who are hostile to anything that has to do with religion. Jibrin Ibrahim and his wife have a long record of chastising and tong lashing religion in the name of scholarship, his veiled attacks on the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN) and malicious insinuations should be seen from that light.

The usage of the word "clash" in the article by Jibrin Ibrahim is quite misleading as he just parroted the official line of the Nigerian regime that perpetrated the inhuman massacre of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerian civilians to serve an evil imperialist agenda that has the savage Saudi regime as a front. Only people conquered with hateful sentiments and guided by religious and sectarian bigotry will describe the monumental savagery and barbarity that characterized the ZariaMassacre as "clash".

Jibrin Ibrahim been a long standing advocate of transparency and freedom of information act (FOA), one cannot understand why a person who lay claim to such reputation appending his signature to the JCI document that was marked "TOP SECRET" by its Elrufai-selected authors. When Jibrin Ibrahim said "I suspect we marked the report 'TOP SECRET' because we have a history of lack of governmental transparency that leads to the anti-people reflex of declaring all governmental documents as restricted and not available for citizen scrutiny" he was not communicating anything as he only "suspect"!

Jibrin’s allusion to the non-appearance of IMN as the most frustrating issue portray him as being ignoramus or a deliberate pretender of the critical issues and debate that unfolded and precipitated to the non-appearance of the Movement at the kangaroo JCI. The most frustrating issue is not the non-appearance of IMN to the JCI as claimed by Jibrin, the most frustrating issue is that the Nigerian regime via the DSS had blocked Sheikh Zakzaky and the 200+ detained members of IMN who are the direct victims of the massacre to testify in the Commission. Festus Okeye Esq on behalf of the IMN Legal team wrote:

"The Counsel to the Commission Mallam Yusuf Ali, SAN did inform the Commission that he met with the leader of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria in detention and he informed him of his willingness to testify before the Commission yet the Commission was powerless in getting the Department of State Services to allow the leader of the Islamic Movement to testify before it."

"The Legal Team insists that it would have been an exercise in futility to continue participation and appearance before the Judicial Commission of Inquiry that deliberately refused to exercise the powers conferred on it by law to compel the release and appearance of one of the parties when the said party was being held by one of the parties to the dispute."

"The Legal Team of the Islamic Movement (IMN) on the instructions of the Leader of the Islamic Movement has since activated other constitutional and legal avenues of redress and will continue to use the instrumentality of the law to see that justice is done and that due process and the rule of law continues to be the guiding principle of our democracy."

On a final note, the sharing of the article of Jibrin Ibrahim by Gov Elrufai should be considered as another dance of shame by Elrufai to cover his unclothedness of disgrace as the Un-accidental and willing Undertaker of the massacre of 1000+ defenseless and unarmed Nigerians that included 100s of women and children.
