I recently observed that my google play, facebook and twitter apps aren't working. I can't download videos and apps even on mobile sites.

However, I can do all of these when connected to a wifi network.

I use HUAWEI Y3. Attached are screenshots of replies I get using google play.

Y3 firmware upgraded version of kitkat should end with 009, if yours is less you can try upgrading it via updater on the phone or download through consumer.Huawei.com or Google y336-u02 if you are using the Nigeria model.
