IOM is not even opening. Please I have a baby who hasnt seen her dad since she was born so I am really desperate and I would be travelling down to Lagos as I stay in ibadan.

Please how long does it take Lagos VAC to stamp and return passport after it has been submitted? Between Abuja VAC and Lagos VAC which of the centre is fast for passport stamping? Those that have got passport request before kindly answer so I can get response to someone.
