But whatever you do, don’t liquidate your investment, if you have to, liquidate the amount for tuition into another account and cos it’s another war if you liquidate and reapply, they will call it lump sum. If you are lucky a good visa officer will understand, if not, another unmerited denial. So the second question, what financial institution did you use?

What also struck my eye is the pension thing, did you present your whole pension as spendable, if you did then that’s not true. Have your PFA do a letter stating that 25 percent will be available 3 months after, I always advise that have your main money and let your pension be an addition.

I used AIICO and Leadway. No Pension document.

This is not the main reason. Look for where they wrote, "... it is for these reasons I have refused the application." It doesn't have to be the exact words but something similar.
