Great advise!

@Ell707....you may equally ask your spouse in Canada to apply for GCMS note on your behalf... So you will have full info about the reason for denial and be able to direct your new application appropriately.
What proof of funds did you provide in your last application?
Pls DO NOT forget to declare this or any other Visa refusal in your new application.... Very critical!

I will advice that you shouldn't waste so much money on appeal. I have also heard that it takes a lot of time too. Just repackage your application and work on the reason why you were delayed . My opinion!

Hello house, please I need your help. PLEASE is it possible to appeal after been denied SOWP Visa? Where insufficient funds was the reason for denial. Has anyone appealed before? Thanks.

Wow since April? You need to contact them cus the timeline is now 16weeks!!
I applied and did biometrics exactly 2months ago, but iv not heard from them. I heard there is a lot of traffic online!

* All d necessary documents from ur wife are all important and all documents partaining ur marriage and ur work here in Nigeria are all important..

Hello guys, Has anyone here applied for spousal open work permit (SOWP) recently? Please help, I need to know the complete list of document options for online application?? and can I do upfront medicals??. Also i had issues editing/opening the form for (work permit made outside of canada) i could not write on it. Please has anyone encountered this problem and if so how did you go about it? What software did you use to edit that pdf form?

Mail the hospital you are going to, they would let you know. But with what i av here, you need; bank deposit slip, international passport and two passport photographs

And also if im submiting my application the next day can i do upront a day before ?? And which hospital is best. Im thinking of going to the hospital at ikeja. Thank you for your kind response.
