Wow! You're not a pretender. Only the rich can afford those eggs. But if you rear native chickens, you can enjoy the full health benefits of eggs; not the artificial eggs we eat here that are even harmful to our health.

I'm not talking about the native eggs. No doubt they are expensive too but the one I'm talking about are the same regular brown eggs. The only difference is the feed of the layer. They are very big in size but quite expensive.

The layers of the eggs we eat here feed on natural plants, you think?

I read about an 88yr old man who eats 25 eggs per day and he's healthy.

Though what I later discovered in the course of my research was, they said the kind of eggs with such healthy fat are the ones naturally layed by home farm chicks that feed on natural plants and veggies. Not the one in poultry they use for commercial purpose as these ones ( poultry) are fed with artificial food and tabs to enable them lay in large quantities.

In Nigeria you can only get the vegan eggs in the supermarket and they are costly.

So, maybe the one you ate is the one they fed with Mawu Mawu fat Tablets.

Do Nigerians consume the natural ones? Can we afford it? Most of the eggs we consume are mawu mawu. Natural eggs are small and very healthy; you can eat 20 without side effects.
