I've long since lost the capacity for surprise at the level of persistent and proud ignorance displayed on this site. And the crushing thing is that Google is just a click away. Although I've encountered those who copy/paste entire Wikipedia articles that actually end up contradicting them, because they did not, or could not, read and understand.
