Hello people, i have been following this thread for a while now and I must say it's been helpful.kudos to you all.
I am dire need for a career change into hr and all have been doing hasn't really worked for me.I work in a shipping firm and in a unit that has no relations with the hr field,I have tried all means to switch to the hr dept which hasn't worked out yet and have also applied for jobs in the field but I get negative responses because they all say they need experienced hands.
I am through with my cipm certification and would like any form of assistance anyone here can render for me to get into the hr career which I have passion for.Thanks.
