As regards appointment letter, there are four(4) ways to get letter either by;
1. Open recruitment
2. Replacement
3. Backdoor
4. Underground
The director or staff can only tell you about the first which is appointment letter given during open recruitment but when it comes to the last three you can only get through your connect because the process is not open.

I once argue here this month that no appointment letter was issued and i later confirm that some got and they were few and not in every ministry. As at last week based on what I heard their priority is appointment letter verification maybe after the conclusion they will continue with the letter.

The appointment letter is in batches and also depends on the ministry you are processing. It still bance back on the person processing it for you.

Nice, an Idle hand is the devil's workshop, it is better to give recreational facilities to people than consumables like kerosene, it actually shows the priority of different states, a particular state distributed kerosene and eba to show the level of hunger in that area, even in local area down here, kerosene have completely faced out, people don't buy it anymore because of gas, in Ondo state where distribution of recreational facilities are distribution shows that hunger is not their problem, it is just to have fun at their leisure period

This is what someone who would not lie to me told me.

I just made an enquiry now. You can also apply to transfer your service if you haven’t secured the federal job. But a vacancy for the position must have been declared by the federal civil service and also you must have an assurance that you will get the job before the process starts.
It still boils down to knowing people that will pursue the process for you, most importantly your state commissioner at the Federal Civil Service Commission.
It can go both ways.

Definitely. But it’s difficult cos you will need confirm network and also link up with those in charge at the headquarters(Abuja).
However, there are some civil service positions that can easily move from one ministry to another. Positions like Account Officers, Administrative Officers, Planning Officers, Budget Officers. They have job mobility within the civil service because their services is relevant in all ministries.
Some officers might find it difficult because they might be of no use in the ministry they want to transfer to. For instance, a civil engineer will be most relevant in Works & Housing and not in Min of Information. Transfer chances for a civil engineer may be limited and ultimately difficult.

Bro you’re wrong. For the federal civil service, HND holders will follow the technical/executive officers’ cadre and can’t go beyond level 14 unless he does conversion. Level 15 to level 17 is the directorate cadre (Asst Director, Dep Director and Director) meant for the B.Sc officer. HND holders can level up by getting a PGD and get to the peak of their career. They can become directors and even perm sec after the conversion
