Unfortunately he will be extending visa under the new study visa conditions which means the bolded is likely. Are dependants visas expiring about the same time he re-sits?

Those painting it black are actually 1000% right. They don't care for you u might be right but yes they are right with everything. If it's other kind of visa then coming unprepared is not an issue but student visa in UK now.. Don't play if u don't have ur fees. UK universities are now like our loan shark companies in Nigeria that don't give u peace again

Have tried contacting them explaining to them even tried seeing them but they denied me ever seeing them this unnecessary pressure has made Me failed some courses

U guys be aware that it's now extremely difficult to stay back in UK after 2yrs postgraduate visa. This is because work sponsorship is now very difficult especially with the recent update on the care visa which used to be the target of most students.
Even if u are a student presently in UK with your dependants, to retain your dependants in UK after the 2years post study is tough because even if the main applicant gets a care visa, the dependants are not covered, except u get some other work visas.
Moreso, post study visa is now about 3k pounds and each dependant will be separately asides the main applicant.
Beware before u japa!
