FIRST SALE

I don't know what works for you but on this sale I'm reporting Grace worked for me.
Just two days before the sale I woke up and talked to God in prayers concerning my domains, I guess Geos aren't really my thing so I made up my mind #brandably and I told God to surprise me with a sale.
Two days after my prayer I got a mail from SH that my name has been sold.

Why this is GRACE
The name is WONDEReffect.com, a brandable.

The name sold on the 50th day after reg.

The name sold after only 7 shortlists.

The name has the least view in my SH portfolio.

The name is what I thought I might have to keep for long before sales.

I later discovered someone has inquired the price on my Afternic account since 31/1/2020 but I just checked the account yesterday, God knows I would have sold it for far lesser perhaps cos of the first sale anxiety.

The name sold the same day I got a mail from BB that it published.

The SH attendant seemed wowed when he asked for the auth code and I told him it's still under 60 days reg period blah blah blah.

I bought it for $1.99 during 123reg promo and sold for $1249

Those seemingly better investment geos are still staring at me like a matched toad inside my portfolio.

Reported my first sale after my 71st purchase but it's well worth the while.

Two poor names (jjc mumu regs) expired on me less than two weeks ago.

This can only be God if you think it through, if you think otherwise you are OYO.

Boss mi sometimes it’s not about rushing, it’s about making the mistake now so you won’t make it again. After my first training with Boss IYKE, I bought two domain and boss Iyke said they are trash, I requested for grace deletion and I have learnt my lesson. Had a similar issue last month , just send him a message that since you haven't heard from him you take it that his preferred choice of receiving the domain is godaddy . once the domain is over 60days you will inform him. Just tweak a nice email .
Note him might not buy the domain again because of trust , so next time once you received any email of how do I get it to Godaddy under 60days lock is better you don't reply till after 60days

Then you can transfer it to him.

Leave him alone and don't be desperate while the 60 days wear away. I hardly deal with desparate people in business because you never can tell what they have up their sleeves.

First, ability to compete in any niche market is a function of your SEO expertise or those you hire to do it for you. 40 percent competition is okay by me but below 30 percent would have been great, holding other SEO ranking factors constant.

But if you are able to deploy content marketing to your advantage, you shouldn't find any problem ranking your website.

Buying the best domain name is just the foundation of starting a blog or building a website for a long term online business.

For all those thinking of how to place a call to end users. Have you thought about using Fiver freelancers to do outbound calls for you?

Here's what you should do. I take it that the domain name is listed on Dan. Send Dan a message telling him one of your buyers wants a number to call to seal a sale for your domain name. Someone will be appointed to you and either they provide you with a number the end user can call or they'll ask for the end user's number. The Dan representative will handle things from there and revert to you.
