Hello! When the president or vice president is on one of the presidential fleets, the aircraft bares that code name.

When the president sends a representative in full capacity, that code name remains valid!

Let me give you an example, Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan. Biden was not in the aircraft, but code name remains Airforce1 piloted by all presidential jet fighters.

That aircraft is from Joint Base Andrews Airforce base in Maryland and it's not Airforce 1 and can't be identified as such.

That's partly correct, but was president of United States in the aircraft? No, so it's not and can never be called Airforce 1. The president of United States has to be in the aircraft for it to be calles Airforce 1. And for the vice president, it's called Airforce 2.
