My bro would use my dad's account and for now I don't know how much is in there but if I have clarification we can upgrade it to even maybe twice that amount before the said date.

I really don't know why people keep saying negative stuffs about POLAND. I just got my visa. A student visa and it was easy.
It was my first time and I got it with help from God cause I know it won't have been possible without him and also with solid and legit documents.
One of the tips I'll just like to drop is If your sponsor doesn't have above 10M in his/her account, it might be very difficult and you should also have documents backing up the business like the CAC, Income tax payment certificate(not just bank statement and sponsor's letter ) Kill them with complete and solid documents.
If you have questions, you can ask and Good luck to whoever is planning on going to Poland.

I believe his age will play positively in his favour. Although I don't know if it's of real need for your parents to accompany him. The unfortunate situation is the unavailability of dates before the commencement of academic year which can be problematic in the visa decision

I saw someone posted about alternatively getting a shengen visa from another country's embassy then going to Poland from that country and then applying for residence permit and all. How feasible and legitimate is that? I'll consider that as a backup plan if someone can confirm the legitimacy of the move. I'll ring the embassy of Poland tomorrow to enquire how my brother's visa appointment would be affected by the following below :
1.at the initial we were hoping that it was the medical University of gdansk that was going to offer his admission so we quick booked for his appointment indicating that he was going to gdansk but it was medical University of Warsaw that eventually offered him the admission and it was just recently.
2.there was no much time or appointment dates on the website so we decided he will use the initially booked date (27th Sept) to submit the application for medical University of Warsaw instead of gdansk. We although filled out another form using the filled in form hoping that he would explain things to them during the interview.
3. Because he is a minor, my dad has written a letter of consent and sponsorship and both dad and mum had applied for shngene visa too appointment on the same date so hopefully they'll all be interviewed at the same time since they'll stand in for him and would like to escort him to Warsaw. (theres too had hotel bookings in gdansk instead of Warsaw)

If any of you guys Pls has something to say or contribute to my bros chances please share with me. If we are missing something or aren't doing something correctly please advice. Thanks

How we gon do about the fact that the visa application is late? I am waiting for the school to acknowledge reciept of the fees then ask them to write a letter to the embassy, send to their email, copy me stating that they will be waiting for my bro to arrive. I will have to beg them to do that although as it is not part of their job and they stated it somewhere on their website that they do not attend to other requirements for visa application purposes. I think all documents, the right documents and this letter will aid the chances of visa success. Also my mum and dad also if granted visa will accompany him as he is just 15 now.

At MFA we were able to legalise his credentials but not his eligibility letter even though we were told we could just come with it like that to the embassy since the refusal to legalise it in the MFA is a general one and they are aware of it. Are you on the same stage as my bro?

Please who's going to to Warsaw in here? My lil bro is on preparations to go to medical University of Warsaw come October though we havnt gone for his visa interview yet. Even though I read through many negative reviews and comments on the visa granting stats, I still keep my hopes high believing that he'll be granted one. I was at the embassy today just to confirm that everything he requires again and again before the set date. It is in line with this that I felt I should connect with prospective students or students already in Warsaw who I can relate wit and get information as regards the processes or Warsaw in general. I'll like him to feel at home when arrives as that is very important. Also MUW aren't offering him an accommodation so we will need someone to guide us with directions as to how to obtain a decent one. Though I didn’t follow the Live Facebook chat i got to watch it just few hours later after it was conducted. Hi mod, thanks for your offer to help. My sister cant continue with the registration because she actually registered batch c 2014 but wasnt mobilized. When she tried to do the reg now, its telling her that her matric number is already in use. The simple thing she could do was to log into her previous reg with the email and pasword and then proceed to pay but the problem here is that she cant remember the email address the used to do the reg last year because it was someone that did the reg for her at a busy cafe and the cafe boys now cannot even remeber the email although they knw the password because uts a genral password used for everybody. She cant do a fresh one also as the system isnt allowing that. What can she do to regain the email address she used to reg at first? Please help
