Well, for engine, It's 200Level.
Reason: You get to take a whole lot of courses from departments not related to yours.
E.g, of what use Is " Fundamentals of fluid Mechanics'' to an Electrical Engineer?
Summarily, you tend to take courses that weren't actually your passion from onset. Taking strength of Materials could be frustrating if you loath anything that has to do with structures, and the list goes on.
