Am I the only one that's not impressed with this Wan-Bissaka fella? I watched him several times last season when the hype started, but I didn't see anything special about him. I hope we're not getting scammed paying the rumored £60m for him. That's excessive, IMHO.

Our scouts should look for better options in the range of £30 - 40m just like Rooney suggested.

it's not difficult to release squad players who were not even available for the season and at least refill those spaces with lads from the youth set up. There's Tim Fosu-Mensah and Axel Tuanzebe who'd fill in without drop in quality or quantity.
Marcos Rojo didn't even appear on team sheet for up to 10 games last season, if he's in anybody's plans then one wonders how useful such plans can be; except to be used as a sacrifice.
