how will a child learn under the tree and you xpect them to do well

those who learn in classrooms do not have adequate equipments to praticalise the theory

how do we excpect to see "YET AGAIN STUDENTS OVERWALK NECO AND WAEC IN FLYING COLOURS when the govt is "addicted in electoral matters", "the stupors in the nat.assembly will neva see the need to pass a bill on education rehabilitation"

i simply blame the govt and NECO , little blame on the students,
