God, Please open the eyes of these people and let them see that they are not really Christians. That instead of worshipping you, they are worshipping their pastors That instead of preparing to face eternal judgement, they are running a race of material acquisition. Help them O Lord to see that their pastors are actually recruits for Satan who have been mandated to distract them from the real goal (heaven) with prosperity teaching (My god is not a god of poverty) If your god is not a god of poverty But of riches, then you are serving Mammon. |
Is that so? Who cares? ![]() |
mikolo80:Lolest. Abeg make we chat tonight whatsapp If you aren't so busy. |
mikolo80:As usual. |
mikolo80:Abi. I agree with you. How NY? |
All I see are the same weak minded olodos who supported Jonathan till 2019 also shouting and jumping up and down here. Iranu. Gbogbo yin le ma wo'gbo papo ti e ma sha agolo de Seme. Atiku kor... May a billion fleas infest his crotch. |
tsdarkside:If you've done psychology Or sociology a bit you will realise that whatever you tell a child will not stick at all If He Or she observes you doing the exact opposite. You tell your child It's Good to have integrity But He sees you pilfering and looting your country's money. What do you think he's gonna do When He grows up? HE will tell his own kids to be Good and then he'll go ahead and loot even more than you've done. It's what's happening around us today. The reason why we have hundreds of millions of churches in Nigeria, yet the country remains one of the most corrupt. |
[quote author=onatisi post=63023729] This can never work and it will never work in a society like nigeria that has a very divided multi ethnic society , our politics is based on 2 fundamental factors and they are religion and tribe . a political novice will destroy nigeria within just 2 months if given the positionOur so called leaders have projected the idea that leadership is herculean task that is harder than rocket science. Trust me, leadership is simple. Very simple. Our diversity even makes it simpler. (Speaking from experience). What most Nigerians need, beg for, crave for, first and foremost, is the availability of the 3 basic needs of man, food, clothing and shelter. And it doesn't matter whether you are Igbo, Hausa Or Yoruba Or Efik Or Ibibio Or whatever, we need and strive for these basic things. (You don't need to be a politician to understand this. As a matter of fact, most politicians don't understand this). Second then comes basic amenities to make life easier. Electricity, Good roads, security of lives and property, Good health care and Good education. Then put in place a system that enforces justice and protects the citizen's dignity. Nigeria is not the only country with diversity. In fact, Nigeria is not as diverse ad the US of A and certainly not as big Or populous. So what are we talking about? Nigerian politicians whip up ethno-religious sentiments for political ends. The more reason why we don't need a politician. 2. The person doesn't have to hail from the Northern part of Nigeria[/b] , WRONG AGAINRefer to My first comment. Nigeria's diversity is the excuse politicians use to perpetuate corruption and sell the idea that this country can not be run any other way than How it is being currently run, which you'll agree with mess most ineffective. North Or south, east Or west, we are all affected by bad rulership. If a Martian from planet Mars can turn Nigeria into Paradise, I'll vote for him. 3. The person May not even know as of now that He will be contesting the forthcoming election.Wrong. That is not the problem with Nigeria's politics. Buhari has been contesting since only God knows when and he's been telling us that He almost ran away When He eventually got there. The problem is that we entrust am important job Or function like the governance of a politically volatile country into the hands of drunkards and weak minded fools. It's just like entrusting the nuclear astro physics calculations of this country's space program to a toddler. It's just like calling upon a man carrying a keg of petrol to come over and buy the akara you are frying in open fire by the side of the road. In fact It's just like taking a leak on a live tension wire while standing on the ground with your bare feet. Read My original post well. I never said we are going to beg anybody to come and contest. I'm saying we create an environment either virtually online Or physically where youths can rub minds and the brightest minds will emerge. Iron sharpeneth iron. |
tsdarkside:The two bolded statements are contradictory. That we don't have a choice than to be corrupt because That's How the society is, is another fallacy. It is Good to teach our children the right values But haven't you been told that the best way and probably the only way to teach a child is to practice it yourself? |
onatisi:First, we need to move out of the box which we have used to box ourselves in. 1. The person doesn't have to be a politician. 2. The person doesn't have to hail from the Northern part of Nigeria 3. The person May not even know as of now that He will be contesting the forthcoming election. 4. Is there a summit for youths, and I mean progressive youths of this nation to meet and rub minds? No. 5. Is it possible to create one, even If we have to start with an online summit, so that most youths can participate? I think so. 6. Good deliberations and wide consultations will eventually throw up a group of youths who have excelled in their careers through dint of hard work, have integrity, leadership qualities and are Good project managers, who May even be certified project managers (because whether we like it Or not, Nigeria is a project that is failing) Are all these achievable? Yes. But it'll need the youths to stop collecting lunch money from politicians to come and launder their images online. It will also need youths to kill their ethno-religious sentiments and bias and be prepared to work together to oust these old fuddy duddies and install forward looking youths who realize that the future of their children and their children's children lie in their hands. Chikena! |
tsdarkside:I guess you'd rather blame the white man then? Who's going to solve the black man's problem If not the black man himself? The society is rotten because our politicians are rotten and they are rotten because we allow them, nay, encourage them to be rotten. Who will put a Good system in place If not the politicians? So, yes we need to keep changing them and replacing them with sense. |
mikolo80:If only he was allowed to rule. Nevertheless, the black man has shown repeatedly that He is incapable of self governance and self development. So sad. Guy, have you gone back? Been trying to reach you on whatsapp now? ![]() |
onatisi:This is No longer about APC or PDP. This is about Good governance. This is about doing away with gerontocracy in Nigeria. This is about telling the useless politicians that have brought Nigeria to her knees to go to hell and stay there, we No longer need them. This is about putting fresh people who are truly PATRIOTIC and have the common Good at heart. This is about electing people who are sound mentally, energetic, youthful, courageous, versatile and creative to positions of power across the federation. |
CharlotteFlair:And Atiku has already paid internet warriors to rubbish Buhari and sell the propaganda that out of 180million Nigerians, only Atiku and Buhari are qualified to contest the next election and that He is the Messiah we've been waiting for. I dare say you take your job seriously dear. |
Buharimustgo:Well I Hope you were paid enough to last you and your children and their own children a lifetime otherwise you are on a long thing. |
What a pity. Reminds me of the one million man March for Abacha. Seems Nigerians are their own worst enemies. |
Yeah, I saw this video. Nigerians would rather be kissing the European's ass rather than telling him the truth because of our obsession for and worship of white skinned fellas and the need to be their slaves and earn some more brownie points in the form of $$$. |
Dear Nigerian youths, please for goodness sakes, don't vote for anybody who has previously held one political post Or another before in this country. They are part of the horrors Nigerians are passing through. Former Presidential candidate of KOWA party, Mrs(what's -her-name-now) seriously on my mind. Wish she will get her sh1t together and re-contest. #sigh. |
God forbid bad tin. ![]() |
This isn't about SARS anymore. It is about crass impunity from elected public SERVANTS. I think the entire political class should be done away with. They are all rotten to their very core. Nigerian youths must stand up and save their country. A youth is being harassed by the police, his fundamental human rights being abused by politicians yet some other youths are here campaigning for these same politicians. I Hope there will be a Nigeria we can bequeath to our children and their children coming after them. |
kendrace:Awww... come on. I promise I won't laugh...much. ![]() |
The OP and mamaGee should hook up and get married ASAP. I can't think of a better union of trolls, really. |
Congrats to them both. I Hope they do well in life though. I hate doctors anyways. Nigerian doctors especially. |
banjicom:Na fish you wan take abi? |
kendrace: ![]() I'd Love to see those pictures. Could you post some here...puhleeeze? |
No one's ugly. They are all just broke. |
CharlotteFlair:Well, good luck with that choice then. |
Mille:Hopefully all your daughters will cohabitate When they get into the university. A big Amen from you sir...! Karma always deals with peeps like you by giving you only girls. ![]() |
Imo state people truly need happiness. I mean think about it. Seeing all those statues floating about in My state while I'm hungry? I'd be sad to the point of really needing happiness. Thumbs up Okorocha. Your madness is unbeatable. |
CharlotteFlair:A little patience dear, a little patience. The more we keep shouting Atiku, Buhari, APC, PDP, the more reluctant people will be to come out and show interest in the office. Besides It's illegal to start campaigning now according to the law. That Atiku and others are doing it (Fayose and Co) shows that they are lawbreakers who are desperate to get power for self perpetuity and self aggrandizement. The election is in 2019, our political office holders are already distracted by all these (not like they were hardworking before anyway) Our job really is to keep asking them what they've done for us and not egging them on on a hopeless jamboree of who should contest in 2years time. |
CharlotteFlair:Sis, I need you to ask those salient questions. Committing another four years of rulership into the wrong hands may be totally disastrous. This KOWA party candidate during the last election...heard she speaks well. I only Hope she comes out to contest. We need a breath of fresh air in the Nigerian political space. |
