Motivated by which hate? Baba, go get a life. We are talking about hardship and u are talking about chinasa. How does that make sense to u?
Bro, i want to enjoy my country, period!
I dont care who is ruling.
There will always be bad eggs. It is the duty of ur security to protect and handle it.
I gave u examples of protests in these cities, go and read them. Did u see anyone trying to tag it along any identity?
I know ur type. Hate u for what?
Infact, the people who are protesting are demanding end to bad governance. Haba, we cant be in a country that have rivers everywhere yet we dig bore hole.
U think this is about Tinubu? Unfortunately, he is the president and every anger would be targeted at him. He is well paid and well taken care of from our tax sweat.
So, he should aslo face the music. Stop making it look like everyone is targeting u or ur people. The security should get such people and deal with them. That is why they are paid.
But becus French protest turned bloody does not mean that people will not protest again.
Get sense baba!
All these one u dey talk no be my own.
I have two businesses, a food business and tech training center, both requires electricity. I burn a lot on fuel to power those busineses.
I have to fuel my V6 engine car, I have to fuel the gen for my family house to support the solar.
Yet, I will still queue to buy fuel and still not get even though it is expensive. U said people should not protest becus of Chinasa.
People like u are the true enemy of the people, not govt
Suddenly this is not about Tinubu, you are just being patriotic and altruistic? Go and tell that nonsense to your fellow Obidients.
Seriously, you have a business? How would you feel is for some reason that business is being targeted to be set on fire?
That is exactly what Nnamdi Kanu did when he was pointing out Tinubu's properties even when at that time Tinubu was just a private citizen.
I personally don't want a repeat of that.
If you think it is ok, then your little business is also good to be turned to cinders.
I don't want a rule of the mob, it is not democracy.
Politics › Re: Protecting Nigerians’ Vital Right To Protest - Punch Editorial by ElSudani:
The government acceded to the demands of the Endsars protesters, what kept them in the streets after that?
All these academic lectures wouldn't mean anything if mobs were allowed to overrun the country. No government will allow that, not USA, not UK, nowhere.

This makes no bigots.
We are saying same thing. People have rights to protest and if it means fighting back govt, so be it
Go and read protests in London, France, Spain, China, Thailand. The fact is that the masses have right to protests and they can fight back period.
The hardship like I said reach everybody. U are the bigots.
The person I quoted mentioned Chinasa and U know where the name comes from abi? I replied a bigots and if U are the one, U are a shameless bigots for trying to make the protest and igbo thing.
No dey mention god name becus U are worse than evil for trying to make a protest that Nigerians have over hardship while their politicians ball, an Igbo thing. U are worse than Satan
People like you would rather we forget Chinasa and people like him were taking direct instructions from Nnamdi Kanu who had a separate agenda from Endsars.
It is this type of dishonesty I hate about people like you.
Tinubu was not even president yet when Nnamdi Kanu was telling his followers to find his house and burn it down.
At this point your opinions doesn't mean chit me. Most of you are motivated by hate.

It is the duty of the police to protect the protesters.

French protest was bloody, nothing happened. The people have rights to be angry.
If U like, tag it chinasa, in my device I have video of Yoruba husband and wife that I had to help with money to buy their drugs after they came to plead and begged. I had to pity them.
Some of U are evil. U are hiding under tribalism to encourage politicians.
Go and check out London protests, french protests, chinese protests, the list goes on. The people have the right to fight back if govt push them to the wall.
If U like make it a tribalism stuff. E reach everyone. I can't count the number of yorubas I have to help these past days. All were begging money for food. If only I could record a lot of them cheesy
I've helped Ibos as well, it's not a big deal. One family was so grateful they joked about giving me an Ibo wife. God is my witness.
Not everyone who is against your crap is a bigot.

Stand one place coward. Do you know how many peaceful protests have held in the history of Nigeria? If you d9nt confront protesters with force, they will not employ force too
Bloody fool, I bear the scar of the protests against the annulment of the June 12 elections.
May thunder strike your rotten month for even calling me a coward.
I fought for what you are ignorantly trying to destroy.
What do you know about protests? Have you seen blood? Have you seen people who were next to you just a minute ago covered in blood and lifeless?
God punish you.

But do all drivers ever drive the same way?
If you don't you are breaking the law. Not every solution is a good solution. Some are even criminal.
If your solution is the right one it's going to be difficult to argue against it.
That is the situation Tinubu’s opponents are at the moment. They just can't tell us what they could have done differently.

That is like saying all car drivers must drive exactly the same way...

What makes a lecturer better than another lecturer is the way he teaches his students, it is the same with governance and policies, the way and manner most times determines the outcome.

And no politician in this world is the same, their way and manner will be different, so don't compare them till they are given the same privilege to handle the very same matter...

So no excuses here for Tinubu....
All drivers are actually required by law to drive the same way. That is why you have traffic laws.

So you are trying to say that because 3 wives claim they will cook for their husbands means the foods must come out the same way?
Wrong analogy. The subsidy is not like food ingredients. The numbers are the same across board. How you mitigate the effects may be different but so far none in the opposition have been able to put forward any reasonable alternative.

The government just announced crude will be supplied to the refineries in naira. What then is the government going to subsidize?

This is impressive. Tinubu must bring back the fuel subsidy. We cannot be buying fuel at high price, cooking gas is 1500 per Kg and the electricity tariff is unbearable yet both VAT and Import duty goes up every day.

Tinubu should not tax us to death. Within a year you removed every life lines we Nigerians are enjoying.

Bring back our subsidy Tinubu.
The subsidy is absolutely not coming back. That is settled.

To be born foolish may not be your fault but to remain foolish is a curse. Do you know that a bag of rice or a tuber of yam has not been sold in dollars but it's about 6k today. Why are you celebrating a currency whose value struggles with tissue paper? How much difference does it make and how will it make Dangote happy?
Good news to you is like kryptonite to superman. When was this policy announced? And you want Dangote to respond even when most people are not clear about the details yet.
Dangote is not a mom and pop operation.
Politics › Re: FEC Orders NNPC To Sell Crude Oil To Dangote, Other Refineries In Naira by ElSudani: 5:29pm On Jul 29, 2024
This should have been done a long time ago. Selling Nigerian crude to Nigerian refineries in dollars is a dumb policy.
Any wonder why all the refineries are dead.

Tinibu is not stopping Nigerians from protesting only some people round him
Nobody is stopping anyone. We just don't want the return of Chinasa.
To some people, it is not a protest if nothing is burnt to ashes. If no one is maimed or killed.
Unfortunately, if we have to go by precedents, then this one is not going to be different from others.
