So Americans should vote on what’s going to benefit Africa over America? What exactly are you as African expecting from Kamala Harris anyway?
Who brought Africa into the conversation?

Ipobidients in the mud again. Anytime there's a crisis they become animated. Churning out lies after lies. Enemies of Nigeria.

America is screwed either way. Slightly more screwed if Kamala wins
Right, because of all the nice things the Republicans have doing for Africa?
Politics › Re: Turn By Turn Nigeria Plc: Dangote Cries As Tinubu Ends His Monopoly by ElSudani: 8:17pm On Jul 22, 2024
OkCornel:
I don’t get this narrative of monopoly everyone is running with.

From 1999-2024 the Federal government has spent more than twice as much the amount Dangote used in building his refinery as maintenance (turn around maintenance) on the government owned refineries. Why aren’t these refineries working today?

And the federal government is now talking of monopoly?
Africans especially Nigerians will rather cut their nose to spite their face. Dangote and companies like Dangote should be encouraged by the government.
It was companies like this that made the Asian economic miracle possible.
The accusation of being a monopolist is obviously nonsense, Dangote did not prevent anyone from entering into any business.

They are basically saying the same thing.
I wager these appeals are directed at reasonable Igbos, the type that are vulnerable to the violence of IPOB and unknown gunmen.
Ipobidients are like the proverbial fly that follows the corpse to the grave.

Politics › Re: Why Are So Many Obedients Trump Supporters by ElSudani: 2:15am On Jul 22, 2024
Quintessence44:
Because they are a bunch of idiots.

97% of the 50 million-strong Afro American population are against Trump, primarily because of his racist antecedents, which, if you know anything about Afro Americans, is a complete no-no for anybody wanting their votes.

But somehow a group of Africans from far-away Nigeria, purport to know Trump better than the blacks who were born and bred there, and have elevated him to Messiah status.

They’ve even held street parades in Onitsha, wearing clothes with his face emblazoned on them.

It takes a special kind of psychologist to diagnose Obidients.
God bless you. Obidients are also a bunch of self hating sheeples.
Extremely ignorant, loud and totally uncouth.

This is not about Tinubu. Did you ask yourself why all our refineries failed?
Tinubu played a part in bringing the refinery to Lagos why would he want to sabotage it?

Politics › Re: Aliko Dangote Offers To Sell 650,000 Bpd Oil Refinery To NNPC by ElSudani:
Kobojunkiee:
Nonsense! Dangote fit buy his own oil blocks and drill his own oil himself. He already has two of them according to reports from back in 2020 and he said he would obtain about 100,000 barrels a day from them. Nigeria's crude oil business, if you watched that business carefully, was not set up for Dangote Refinery's sake but for the sake of the needs of Nigeria -- paying off loans and shoring up Nigeria's foreign reserves. For Dangote to expect that because he built a refinery, Nigeria's supply should then be diverted towards his business is nonsense. Watch that video to learn facts from the delusions you have fed yourself regarding all of this. NNPCL was not set up for the sake of Dangote Refinery. It does not owe Dangote. undecided

Why Nigeria Can’t Give Dangote Refinery Amount Of Crude It Requires - Energy Expert

These are facts that have been on the ground for years now and Dangote has been aware of much of it.
The crude oil being sent abroad to be refined and imported back to Nigeria was set up to pay our debts and shore up our reserves?
Singapore is not known to produce oil and we were happy to ship our crude there to be refined and sent back to us.
And this is perfectly alright for you?

Most of the Saudi Refinery owners have their own oil drilling business or close partners. It is common sense that if you are setting up a refinery, you should have a solid deal in place to ensure supply to your refinery. undecided

Why Nigeria Can’t Give Dangote Refinery Amount Of Crude It Requires - Energy Expert
If your country is an oil producer what better place to secure the stock for your refinery?
There is nothing which says you must also be a drilling company.
Nigerian crude was being shipped to Singapore to be re imported into Nigeria as refined products for a very long time and people like you were ok with it.
And you wonder why nothing seems to work in the country.
Politics › Re: Aliko Dangote Offers To Sell 650,000 Bpd Oil Refinery To NNPC by ElSudani: 10:31pm On Jul 21, 2024
Kobojunkiee:
▶ Dangote already sources oil from the U.S. and has supposedly been at that for many months now.

▶ Dangote was aware of the fact that the Buhari regime had engaged in forward sales of Oil produce and as such they didn't have much to supply him with to begin with. He, Dangote, was on the Buhari election advisors team and was intimate with the dealings of the last administration. And here he is finally confessing to this Dangote blames NNPCL's forward oil sales for refinery’s lack of crude
▶ News also has it that under Buhari, Dangote had two oil blocks and was set to begin oil production back some 4 years ago
Dangote to commence 100,000 barrels of oil production
▶ Dangote has always been aware of the problem with supplies for over 2 years now. So what is with the complaining? undecided

Lies! He did not buy crude from African countries but went all the way to the US for what? Late last year, Dangote was reported to have received over 1 million barrels of crude from NNPCL, so what is this whole talk about?
One million barrels for a 650000 barrels a day refinery?

We have a long way to go in Nigeria.

He should not be anywhere near the government by the end of this year. This man along with all of the other criminals in power should be flushed out and put in jail where they belong... all of them, irrespective of political party or leaning. To fight corruption, Nigerians need to stand against them all. undecided
And then you will move to Aso Rock and form a government?
Perhaps Nigeria will then run itself or import saints from overseas to lead Nigeria?

Explain to us what Obi planned to do. Otherwise continue to hide under the dated tactics of attacking your opponent rather than addressing the question.
