And it will happen this time. The pride and rudeness of the Yorubads will end in 2027.
Short man with short fuse.

Zelensky Must be Wishing he was dreaming
End of the western alliance. Who is going to guarantee washington doesn't share intelligence with Moscow now? Europe should be especially worried.
Politics › Re: Nigerian Elite May Soon Normalise Deceit, Atedo Peterside On IBB’s Autobiography by ElSudani: 8:06pm On Feb 24, 2025
Normalize? Babangida made deception cool a long time ago. He would have been shot in many other countries.
Politics › Re: Question Of The January 14,1966 Coup by ElSudani: 4:12pm On Feb 24, 2025
How come Ibos are still bitter about the whole episode 60 years on?
Nobody said all Ibos had a meeting and decided to plan a coup. But the fact remains that 90% of the plotters were Ibo and the victims were 90% non Ibos.
You can deduce anything you want from that.
Politics › Re: Zuriel Oduwole Nominated For Nobel Peace Prize 2025 by ElSudani: 4:07pm On Feb 24, 2025

Politics › Re: Brazilian Firm Plans $2.5bn Livestock Investment In Ogun (Pics) by ElSudani: 4:02pm On Feb 24, 2025
Nigeria is on the move, some are too focused on the negative to see the opportunities.
This is huge, the type of investment ordinary people can Benefit from.

nnamdi640:
Don't mind them. Assuming Awolowo became the head of state, they won't vomit this rubbish they are saying now, their annoyance was that an Igbo man became the head of state
What made you think they would have indeed install Awolowo as head of state and what made you think Awolowo would have accepted anyway?
Politics › Re: Leaked:lt COL Banjo Is The Leader Of 1966 Coup by ElSudani: 4:48am On Feb 23, 2025
iamnotillicit:
Banjo was a victim of circumstances...
He was the only person amongst all the alleged plotters who maintained his innocence till the end. All others admitted their involvement. I strongly feel he wasn't involved.

Was Lagos part of the Western Region of Nigeria, if it wasn’t, how could it be the core of Yorubaland?

Why was the capital of western region situated in Ibadan?

Old Oyo now Osun & present Oyo state is the core Yoruba Land not Lagos o.
Lagos was indeed part of the western region. Only a small part in Lagos Island was the Federal Capital.
Politics › Re: Why I Plotted A Coup Against Buhari In 1985 - IBB by ElSudani: 9:52pm On Feb 22, 2025
Reads like one of those "fellow Nigerians" coup speeches.

“Like most military coups, our leadership change was informed by widespread disquiet among the civil populace. Ordinary people were experiencing severe economic hardship. The general economic and social conditions the people lived under were worsening by the day. Essential goods and supplies were scarce. Yet arbitrary controls in all aspects of economic life and an ancient resort to barter in international trade meant that the nation’s financial woes would not end soon. Draconian decrees led to the abuse and severe limitation of basic freedoms as people were clamped into indefinite detention, most times for minor infractions.
Politics › Re: Why Was Awo Not Killed By 1966 Coup Plotters? by ElSudani: 9:10pm On Feb 22, 2025
Chibuzoc:
Akintola with the aid of sarduna and balewa jailed Awolowo for treason and awolowo masterminded the death of akintola from prison
Where was Azikiwe in your story? Azikiwe, Balewa and Sardauna obviously conspired to put their political rival in prison.
Politics › Re: BREAKING: Reps Seek Tough Measures Against Murder, Manslaughter, Others by ElSudani: 8:19pm On Feb 22, 2025
About time. Life has become very cheap in Nigeria. Kidnappers and ritualists should be shot.
Politics › Re: You’re Always Envied,’ Abacha’s Son Defends Late Father Amid Renewed Criticism by ElSudani: 6:02pm On Feb 22, 2025
His father imposed himself on Nigerians when we didn't need him and went on to preside on the most murderous administration in the history of Nigeria.
This is your father's only legacy to us......and his psycho inspired sunglasses.
Politics › Re: 1966 Coup Not Yoruba Coup - APC Chieftain Replies IBB by ElSudani: 3:35pm On Feb 22, 2025
SeverusSnape:
Why are they still harping on this issue?

It wasn't an Igbo coup, It wasn't a Yoruba coup too. IGBO and YORUBA officers participated in it. So no need to keep beating around the bush. As an insider, IBB has laid the matter to rest, Let everyone rest and move on. undecided
The insider who annulled the results of an election he conducted and then blame it on someone else? Babangida is a consummate liar and manipulatior.
Politics › Re: Ibb’s Attempt To Rewrite History Must Be Rejected – Odumakin by ElSudani: 2:44pm On Feb 22, 2025
Saying Babangida is a liar is like saying the sun is very hot. Merely stating the obvious.

IBB himself mentioned is his book that he could be wrong in his claim. It’s his own subjective view.

Below is also from his book.
They will rewrite everything Babangida wrote and give it their own interpretation.

Illiterate I don’t need to read your gibberish because there’s no sense in it , start eating enough vegetables and fruits, it will do you a lot good, omo ofo rada rada 👍🏾
You use words you don't understand in a context that has nothing with the subject and you have the nerve to call someone illiterate!
It is only on Nairaland you will find a drooling retard using such words against people who are clearly better than them. Ayirada.

Most of you are ridiculously unintelligent and uninformed to be taken seriously.
Politics › Re: General Ibrahim Babangida A Coward! by ElSudani: 7:19pm On Feb 21, 2025
I don't think IBB was being truthful. He portrayed himself as being helpless and not in control of the government he headed.
I don't believe that for a moment. He could have fired Abacha when he was leaving but he left him behind to do what we all knew even before Abacha struck.

Oh I believe you now even without presenting us any evidence because your dad owns a collection of booklets
You don't have to believe me. I got that quote from the Daily Times. I am sure many other Nigerians also read it.
I am not in the business of making things up and re writing history. Just facts, wether you like it or not is irrelevant to me.

Nzeogwu told you this personally?

Yoruba snake, always lying through their teeth,it’s inborn
That is what he said. My dad had this collection of booklets published yearly by Daily Times from way before I was born.
If you need to know everything about Nigeria get a hold of those publications.
Politics › Re: IBB: January 1966 Was Not An Igbo Coup by ElSudani: 5:14pm On Feb 21, 2025
Nzeogwu in his own words said "there were five of us in the inner circle and we planned the details" the only Yoruba amongst the five was Ademoyega. The rest were Ibos.

Because Putin has the same charisma like Trump. Putin is a leader that want to help his citizens just like Trump. But not Europe and some USA leaders that are willing to allow it Nation to suffer and it people. Like sanctioning the same gas and fuel in Russia that you needed in your economy, thereby suffering it's citizens.
This is not about charisma. How is violently taking other people's land a way to help your own people?
Russians and Ukrainians are still dying on the battlefield as we speak and you are talking about Putin and Trump liking each other?
Foreign Affairs › Re: Trump May Be Russian Asset, Doing Putin’s Bidding – US Ex-Congressman, Walsh by ElSudani: 3:57pm On Feb 21, 2025
The Russians have something on him, most likely. How is it possible that the president of the most powerful country in the world acting like a Putin's lap dog.
