Some people here still believe we can beat SA on their turf We couldn’t get it done in 120 minutes on a neutral ground in Ivory Coast so it’s in SA we would do it ? But we can pull a draw na And hopefully we turn up against Benin 🇧🇯 and Rwanda 🇷🇼 at home and beat Lesotho 🇱🇸 away |

Goke7: A new coach with a win and a draw after two games has started well by any standard, those who are trying to transfer their aggression to him should grow up. Beside dt…when he was appointed,I knew he won’t win all d 6ix matches …if he can get us 14points out of possible 18points ..he don try abeg…shey na chelle talk say make we no start well 😏😏😏😏 |

BankyGee: Coachee, no be make them deduct points, will the players turn up when it's necessary? Even if we win all our matches, we'd end up with the same points as South Africa, shey na 1–0 wins we wan use build superior GD? 😐😐 Na y I say make Una support me as d coach but Una let me down … But one thing is for sure if d points re deducted it will affect dem psychologically if not manage well,na make our players just turn up…at least out of d four matches ,realistically we shld be able to beat Rwanda 🇷🇼 at home, Lesotho 🇱🇸 away and Benin 🇧🇯 at home ,if Dey re ready to qualify. Na dt South Africa 🇿🇦,game we go need draw for deir home |

No mind them As in …very disappointing…Ekong mess up big time ..he shld cover his head in shame …even if he fouled d guy at dt minute,Deres high possibility d ref might not give d penalty at dt time considering home team advantage and all |

Goke7: What tactics is left at the 90th minute for players to lock shop and throw the key away. I don’t understand us again as a people. Just looking for faults to blame d coach …..professional players dt can maintain a 1-0 lead for just 5mins …Dey fluffed it Imagine if dt error came from an home based defender,I am sure Charles 4 don bring down dis thread 🤣🤣🤣 |

BankyGee: Omo, I give myself 24 hours break for any online activity first. I don invest hope, energy, calculations, contents and emotion inside this Super Eagles qualification stuff.
1. We can't blame Éric Chelle for any wrongdoing. Yes, he played one or two players out of position but will be the one to tell them to score open net chances?
2. Lookman should pass more! I watched Argentina's game, four different players scored! It's not bad if you assist! Lookman is my player, he's the African Best Player, he should play like that. He had an okay game, but poor decision making from him cost us "goals", not just a goal. Where he was supposed to shoot once, he touched the ball too many times, where he was expected to run a one-two or just do a simple pass, he was touching the ball too much.
3. We had like 6 big chances in the match, all WASTED! Chukwueze, Osayi-Samuel, Lookman, Moses Simon, Iwobi, Ndidi... BIG CHANCES! BIG CHANCES! The one Osimhen scored was just pure fighter's instinct, not every striker will score that, no cap. He could've easy rammed his head into that crossbar. We move.
4. If we took our chances, Zimbabwe scoring one goal will not be news here, even if it was just 2–1. Our attack let us down, not Éric Chelle.
5. Chukwueze should not be invited again or he should be given a seatbelt on the bench and someone else take his place in the team.
6. The Super Eagles is my only club, but at this point, I give up on any useless World Cup dream. I'm damn disappointed. We played well, but wasting chances cost us this game, not Troost-Ekong, not Éric Chelle, not the midfielders, THE ATTACKERS! THE ATTACKERS!
7. Osayi and Ndidi that even missed chances can be forgiven because they are not strikers... All these forwards that in the next few days we'll be reporting their goals and assists here, what happened to them against freaking Zimbabwe?
8. Make Éric Chelle warn Nwabali make he stop that stupid laughter wey he dey laugh when we dey lead just 1–0, I was damn scared here remembering how he laughed in the AFCON final and we lost, baba still dey do the same thing for must-win match. He's the best goalkeeper we have now and his workings are showing, but that attitude dey childish, why he no laugh again as he concede?
9. Make we just focus on AFCON abeg. This one is gone. It's f**king gone! Headache, fever and everything just hit me immediately Zimbabwe score yesterday. I'm emotionally drained from this match. I just dey offline since yesterday. There’s hope bro

Mujtahida: Nooo. They should not deduct it. I don't want South Africa to be "robbed". They deserve it.
When a team gets to the point where home or away does not matter, you know you have a good team. That's where SA is now.
For us in Nigeria, we aren't sure anymore. Home oo, dem fit wipe us, away oo, the same thing.
Let SA go. I wish them all the best.

And bro no vex where did u get the info frm? Trust me bro…..source 🤣🤣🤣🤣 But on serious note…some guys I follow on ig already called some sport lawyers, cosafa agents and Dey told him d 3points will be deducted |

Come to think of it…this could be a blessing in disguise guys cos from findings it shows dt the 3points will be deducted for sure and if that will happen,it means we still av d World Cup qualification in our hands
Now let’s assume dis scenario played out in a must win game against Benin 🇧🇯 in d last game for us to qualify…so many ppu will have heart attack 😀😀😀😀
So guys we re still in it …3points will be deducted from SA CONFIRMED. |

Goke7: Anyone blaming Chelle is unfair, and this is what we always do. Am one of those who never wanted Chelle but what happened yesterday has nothing to do with the coach. The players let us down like they did against Rwanda in the same Uyo, why is this difficult to understand? It’s 100 percent on d players , Dey were literally ball watching and d major culprit was EKONG …he messed up BIG TIME |

According to FIFA's regulations, if no official protest is lodged within 24 hours of the match, the result will stand, and no disciplinary action will be taken.
In other words, if no official report was made within 24 hours after the match, South Africa would likely avoid punishment, and the result of the match would remain unchanged.
FIFA's rules emphasize the importance of timely reporting and protesting, ensuring that any issues or irregularities are addressed promptly and fairly. |
