Our mission was clear and direct;

- Deny Ronaldo any opportunity to win a world cup because we don't ever want to have him in any world cup winners conversation ever.

- Crown the mini GOAT a world cup champion to kill the "Mbappe won the world cup at 19" talk or get the GOAT a second world cup Gold medal to further cause pains to the wannabe from Portugal.

At the end, the missions were accomplished and we are happy watching and reading you deluded fellows from the other camp grasping at straws but one thing remains Paramount, your okoro will never smell a world cup trophy neither would he ever be mentioned when we are talking about the top three which are Messi>Pele>Maradona.

By the way, looking at the picture below, as long as the most prestigious football event in the world is concerned, Yamal>>>>>>>Ronaldo. If you are hurt, hit back with a photo of Ronaldo like this, that isn't AI.🤣😂
When I look at yamal play like a seasoned veteran,I just remember chukwueze and I will be shaking my head with disgust..d werey go Dey play football as if he’s an upcoming footballer like he was in 2015 🥹🥹

If Nigeria is planning to host world cup in the future that means is going to be joint co host with Ghana and ivory coast
If west Africa is deliberate with their development ,we should be hosting the 2038 World Cup editions .

Tournament hosting effectively belongs to an exclusive few or a multi country hosting henceforth.

On the bright side, countries can share the financial burden, and no more fairytale second chance nonsense. However we'd rue the drop of quality of the tournament since minnows will become a regular feature. The 32 team format was the best.

At least Nigeria will be qualifying regularly.
FIFA is all about Money 💰…I am sure with this expansion,Dey are expecting eida china 🇨🇳 or India 🇮🇳 to qualify or even both if possible..more views more money

Smh. Well, first of all, we saw this coming. At least we now have some sort of confirmation.

We never talk 48 teams finish, we don dey talk 64. I understand this World Cup was successful but come on. 32 teams was honestly the sweet spot but it seems we're never getting back to that at this point.

Secondly, if Nigeria cannot qualify for this tournament, we may need to ban football from the country totally. Make everybody go rest.
If we can’t qualify for a 64 team tournament, den I don’t know how else we can qualify

One thing I noticed about Argentina 🇦🇷 throughout this tournament, especially from the Round of 32 to the final, is that they struggled to win games convincingly, often relying on slim margins. Some of those matches could easily have ended in defeat, but somehow the Messi factor kept rescuing them. However, in yesterday’s final, Messi didn’t show up, and no other player stepped up to fill that void, which was a major reason they lost. This is where they really missed Di María. Over the years, Di María has repeatedly stepped up for Argentina, sometimes almost single-handedly turning games in their favour with his brilliance. His absence was definitely felt in the final.

Don't believe everything you read.

That being said,
What is going to benefit us is what they have learnt from losing out of the world cup,
not regretting or not regretting about losing out.

I don't think none of the players would come out with such statements in that headline.
From the players and nff parts,Dey didn’t learn anything.if not,Dey won’t repeat the same mistake(2022, now 2026 ,and if care is not taken ;2030 is at stake )

Hmm is that what he actually said!?

Don't trust all these blogs and their sensationalistic post.

Wait for the actual full interview to get the context of what he said.
I don’t have to wait for any blog before pointing this out. If you’ve followed my conversations about our World Cup qualification, you’ll know I’ve been saying the same thing long before it became a trending topic.

Chelle has a lot of work to do. We can’t keep banking on the same players, especially in midfield. The Iwobi-Ndidi combination has been part of two failed World Cup qualification campaigns, and it’s time to explore better options.

I also believe Moses Simon and Chukwueze should gradually be phased out. Football is about evolution, and every successful team knows when it’s time to refresh the squad.

We can’t keep doing the same thing and expect different results. If we’re truly serious about qualifying for the World Cup, then difficult but necessary decisions have to be made.

I'm talking about Iwobi here, forget the other names you try to attach, show me that midfield currently that can topple iwobi and make him a bench player. With yrs of watching football, I've come to find out that midfielder peak around the 30yrs mark, which is around same age attacker begins to drop. When we can count the numbers of top attacking midfielders we have produced over the yrs and you feel it's easier replacing iwobi. In the last 20yrs it's okocha-Mikel-Iwobi
When we talk ,we know what we are saying …look at the mentality of the players u want to bank on , to qualify us to the World Cup

Even if one critically look at this team, you will
Know some of these players are not even bothered or will I say destined to go to the World Cup

Hunger my foot. Tuchel's 1st 3 changes were all defenders. He brought the pressure on himself.

Were France not hungry too against Spain? Did Spain suddenly sit back and invite pressure? Spain kept at it and scored a second goal.

Now after this second goal, what was Spain's first sub? An attacker in Ferran Torres.

Do you wanna know their next 2 changes? 2 midfielders.

So please dont tell me about hunger or how easy it is to criticize Tuchel. He was tactically stupid. That is the truth.
No be everybody sabi watch ball, no reply Chuks 😊😊

Unfortunately for tuchel, even d “solution” he taught he brought in “3defenders” to stop d argies from whipping in dangerous crosses, increased immediately,Dey couldn’t stop that ,it was den I knew this guy has made a great mistake and he was going to lose the game .

Tuchel is proof that even some of the best and elite football tacticians can make really foolish decisions. England had no business losing that semifinals if they kept on attacking Argentina especially after going 1 up.
His decision to bring 3 defenders in as his 1st 3 changes was diabolically silly and he paid the price. Kudos to Argentina for taking advantage of such tactical stupidity. They deserved to be in the final over a team that decided to go haram.
Sincerely I still can’t wrap my head around that panic decision of tuchel cos prior to that sub, d game was balanced and England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 were playing well ,so why change a formation dt is working suddenly …Abi dis is also part of FIFA’s conspiracy 🤔🤔🤔

I started blaming the idiot right from when England was winning and he started making those changes.

If he won the game it would have been just pure luck. The handwriting was on the wall already with those three successive saves Pickford made.

We all know how good Argentina have been against low blocks. It was so obvious that he was making a mistake.
He deserves a SACK! It was a terrible decision

It just does not make sense. Tuchel is known for possession play. How he abandoned it at this moment is baffling.
In dis game ,tuchel had no biz defending in that time , it was too early ,besides it wasn’t as if England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 wasn’t playing well..d game was balance,so y switch to defence? It’s baffling

I was even thinking they would add anoda goal if Argentina 🇦🇷 decides not to calm and rush England 🙄

why not look for someone also better than Osimhen, so Osimhen can be a backup plan. A player with 100caps your backup plan 🙄
Even if he has one thousand caps ..and so

To get someone better Dan iwobi is easier Dan cin someone better Dan osimhen

Besides dis iwobi and ndidi (including Simon and chukwueze) must not be part of our fulcrum of the squad going forward.we can’t afford to bank on this 4 players if we re serious about qualifying for 2030 World Cup .thank God we re already having an alternative option to chukwueze (Femi azeez and zadok;we hope Dey perform better in the national team.)

I still think Benji is the best to partner Bassey. Could be proved wrong down the line but will want to watch Nwaiwu more often to see what he brings. Am glad we are increasingly building the SE's strength in depth.

Next up is to discover a reliable back up for Iwobi and another solid LB.
What we need most now is a better player Dan iwobi (iwobi shld be a back up plan)

A dependable striker even if the player is not good Dan osimhen;at least something close (while akor and odas we taught were good can fight 4 SS)

And a good left winger dt can permanently replace or place Moses Simon to bench ..limit his role completely in the team

Chelle will be tempted to break it if Benji plays regularly for Brentford because it doesn't look like Chelle rates Buike that highly. Remember it took a withdrawal before he could give him a call up.
Yes I know , but playing in epl will change dt mindset, to now seal the sentiment, both players should play and compliment each other well in the coming season ,make Benji use teeth 🦷 score, he won’t change it

🚨 Info: Chibuike Nwaiwu 🇳🇬

Chibuike Nwaiwu has reached an agreement with Fulham 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 for a contract until 2030.

The Cottagers must now find common ground with Trabzonspor 🇹🇷, which is uncompromising on the asking price for its defender.
If dis transfer happens,I fear for dt new kid ,he might be forced to play right back ,Dts if Aina or bewene guy is unfit

No body will want to touch the pairing of a Bassey/ nwaiwu if Dey are both playing 90 minutes together in their club .
