Anybody still defending osimhen with his outburst (choice of words ) was not morally trained …no matter aw u wan try explain to dt person,u go just Dey waste ur time and energy…

I support him coming out to address d issue but his choice of words was totally wrong 💯

I don’t want to raise my hopes high …I will rada stick to d narrative dt nff is broke and can’t engage foreign coach for now except maybe presidency intervenes sha(hopefully)

Renard/ Angola 🇦🇴 present coach are my first choice

But if no money den nff shld engage me 😊

I don't think there is any FA in Africa that gets money from CAF and FIFA for participating in international tournaments like the NFF.. Almost every year, our national teams participate in one or two international tournament.... but every year, we hear of the NFF owing coaches salaries and players bonuses... when you add money obtained from sponsorship deals and from FG, it becomes clear that those people are nothing but thieves...

But from what I heard ,d amount used for hosting a match for super eagles alone(including logistics flight tickets, match bonus, allowance and all) gulps an approximately $250k according to the journalist on x spaces, we never talk about yearly salaries and oda expenses incurred by oda national teams…so maybe nff might be bro truly

Even on d space I heard we re still yet to pay rohr and peseiro money finish sef

Nff resolved to employ a Foreign Technical Adviser, it was a decision reached on the hybrid meeting held on 12th june, and main reason Finidi resigned.

https://thenff.com/communique-of-the-meeting-of-nff-executive-committee-held-in-hybrid-mode-on-wednesday-12th-june-2024/

Don't believe NPFL Journalist pushing for local coaches, they have agenda. Infact, NFF never wanted local coach from beginning. From a news channel, i read they are talking to Giovanni De Biasi.

I av also heard Dey re talking to Marc brys lawyers already(agreement imminent)…in d same vein, another headline said conceicao is been talked too to take over

Anoda headline is saying dt a Belgium coach dt left his job of recent (in Africa) ,my guess for dis coach is Tom sainfeit is also been talked too…so wc one we wan believe

And top journalist on x space close to nff are saying oda wise dt nff is too broke to engage a foreign coach saying any headline we c is false

Na y I ask Majoribanks,wc way nff is going concerning coach, cos baba Dey get first hand info about nff…he predicted d finidi and amunike position right, months b4 d issue went viral online

NFF do not have money for a foreign coach! Amaju put us in this difficulties with the way he handled Rohr sack and subsequently appointing Paserio.
Collins Udoh don give you guys the gist already that's if you pay attention. They are waiting for Siasia! Sia-Sali! lol!

Amuneke is the Minister's choice from day one but there are some powerful forces in NFF who don't want him-- Amaju & his cohorts.

So all those rumors about engaging one foreign coach lawyers or d oda is false

No Nigerian is getting the job
I think they don’t want someone that can say true truth to power
They want one they can control
It’s old news now

We don’t even knw who to believe now…majority of the sport journalists close to nff are claiming dt all d headlines regarding engaging a foreign coach is false cos Dey re broke.none of them is saying oda wise, right from Collin udoh to elegbeteh and co

But sport sites are saying oda wise dt Dey are already discussing with a foreign coach already.

Brown Ideye made a lot of sense. Meanwhile, I go like know who among the players was drinking and smoking before those matches.

On Amunike, I'll like to know exactly why they're avoiding him even with the dire situation of our quest for WC ticket.

From d space …brown ideye compared d 2013 team to dis 2023 team.. d difference is during deir time in 2013

D late keshi was feared by all his players..he told them point blank dt he can call off their bluffs by dropping deir ass to d bench irrespective of where u play ..so this message made dem sit tight

There was a leader in team (yobo) also feared by his teammates..he buttressed dt u won’t want to have problems with yobo…A 10minutes late to d team dining ..yobo will send u back to the room and u might not train that day…so in a nutshell,d team was highly motivated and disciplined…he said dis present team lacked dt sighting players drinking and smoking heavily prior to the two important games (sa and Benin 🇧🇯)…he said a lot about dis team, majority here don’t know …No leader, nobody to inspire odas to put deir all to win matches even wout d coach tactics.

On d issue of foreign coach…those journalists dt are close to nff and those working with nff presently confirmed Dey can’t afford any foreign coach

They revealed dt even d budget for ministry of sport(98 percent of it went to nysc alone) while d remaining 2percent was shared btw nff and oda sport federation

If Colin said that then it is safe to say they are truly acting like a cartel and avoiding Amuneke. I don't want him but what's the avoiding mentioning his name? Do they know something we don't?

If we get coach now, i for dey say

"I hope our manager is watching how Austria set up vs France so far?"

But na wind dey dia now.

Aw I wish deres a voice note on dis nairaland

Why majority preferred Sia Sia ahead of amunike on dis space is …this present squad is highly indiscipline and Dey need a personal who can correct dt and stand on what Dey want

Remember dis journalist know dis coaches personality (citing aw Sia Sia managed Mikel ins 2005, 2008 and 2018 or so

Why down this Amunike's talk?

The licenses is not the only the only thing. Amunike's licenses show humility to learn, dedication to challenges and passion for knowledge.

His work with the 2015 U17 was also brilliant.

His coaching tactics were so brilliant that FIFA technical committee (a team of quality coaches) met his to expatiate his ideas for them.

His resistance to pressure due to mismanagement of the NFF. The report of the players wanting to go on strike in the Semi finals of the U17 and the report of Amunike's speech that rattled them to perform.

The kind of football his U20 side played that had them winning games in style and brilliance was eye catching. Which led to them playing over 50 games and only lose once.

Bro at dis precarious stage of our chances to qualify for d World Cup ..who would u prefer as our next coach

Renard

Amunike

Sia Sia

Conceicao
