use a computer it will save you from a lot of stress the page uses a lot of javascript and ajax besides you have to upload bsc certificate,nysc certificate and lga certificate so you definitely need a computer

I guess you are opening the application portal with a phone, open it with a PC and you'll see "Apply here" on the menu bar. You can apply from there.

How I wish I know what to expect in the second phase of interview now

NOC Engrs work in either ISPs or Telco companies.From the look of things, it seems the company you will be working for is an ISP.

Though NOC Engrs, whether those in ISP or Telco companies, perform similar duties : Monitoring of the Network and Providing first level troubleshooting and support for Field Engineers.
NOC Engrs in ISPs need good knowledge of Computer Networking as they are required to remotely access the Switches and Routers that make up the network from the NOC to monitor their performance. I'll advise you try to familiarise yourself with Computer Networking if you don't have prior knowledge of it.

NOC Engr job is an interesting one, you basically just sit in front of a Computer System and just look and observe.

The National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) with its mandate of transforming Nigeria into an IT driven economy for global competitiveness and the dire need to bridge the digital divide, has since 2010 established a scholarship scheme for Masters (MSc) and Doctorate (PhD) degrees in relevant areas of Information Technology (IT) obtainable in Nigeria or Foreign/Overseas universities.

Criteria

The Scholarship award is strictly based on merit and is equally distributed between the six geo-political zones for PhD and the 36 states and the FCT for MSc.

Duration

The Masters program will run for 1 year while the Doctorate program is expected to run for 3 years.

Eligibility

PhD : University lecturers with MSc in any Information Technology related field are eligible to apply for sponsorship.

MSc : All citizens of Nigeria with First Class or Second Class (Upper) Honours Bachelors degree (BSc) in Information Technology related field.

Application Deadline : 31st May, 2015.

The ITEX I know is ITEX Integrated Systems. It's a software solution company providing services for mainly financial institutions. They deploy software packages for ATMs and POS used by banks. They are real!

What position were you invited for?

Balotelli is the worst thing that has happened to Liverpool FC since I became Liverpool fan 10 years ago. He is lazy, aggressive and he is so full of himself. Balotelli and Gerrard are largely to blame for Liverpool's woes this season. Whether he wins Liverpool player of the season or not, he remains a failure. Thank God, he will be offloaded by the end of the season.

Liverpool's player of the season should be between Sterling, Coutinho and Henderson. The trio have all had a great season.

I wonder what Man Utd and Arsenal fans stand to gain if Balotelli wins Liverpool player of the season.

I think Mobolaji Johnson is off Ikosi road. When get to Ikeja along, cross the railway to the garrage near computer village and board a bus going to Ojota. Alight at Oregun/Oluyole bus stop. Ikosi road is just opposite Oregun/Oluyole b/stop. Ask anyone around there for direction to Mobolaji Johnson.

Board a bus going to Ketu-Ojota-Toll gate(make sure to ask d driver if he going to pass through toll gate), alight at toll gate and cross the pedestrian bridge to the other side. Ask someone to direct to to7up Plant. Mobolaji Johnson is just by 7Up plant.

An easier route is to board a Lekki/Ajah bus from CMS and alight at 2nd gate(1004 estate). Balarabe Musa Crescent is just opposite the main entrance of 1004 estate.

The company is real; they are into recruitment and outsourcing. NOC Desk Service is more like Call Centre agent, you basically respond to customers calls and emails.

Pls let me ask you guys, is it possible for someone with no experience to get a job in the telecom industry cos I've noticed that most jobs that require graduate qualifications will still require a number of years of experience.

Though most jobs in Telecoms require experience,most times 1-3 years for entry level positions; There are still some positions that do not require experience like NOC Engineer for example. Then some telecom companies also take Fresh graduates as Trainee Engineers but the latter is quite rare.
