My advice to the Federal Government is that the part section budget that is meant for State workers salary should not be giving to the state government directly rather the Federal Government should pay state workers salary directly to them and releaße the remaining balance of Federal allocation to the state government.

This people are talking rubbish. Is it about writing waec with them or about the result? I know a couple of classmates that didn't pass their waec but we were the same set back in 1995. In fact it was recently I got to know that a few other guys that were in the same set with me actually graduated the next year 1996 because they went back to write waec since they failed in our set.
