Romance / Re: Please, How Much Does This Hennessy Cost? I Visited A Friend And He Off.. by emdis: 7:40am On Oct 06, 2023
Google will not give u accurate price. Just use an app to scan the barcode..the wine kinda look fake though. But if it's real Hennessy, the price is on the barcode attached to it's body .
fadilaMaikiriki:
I searched before I came here. It was giving me different prices and also showing me different products. So, that was why I came here. Maybe, someone here might have bought it before it know the price.

Also his can't refund. They just have to carry what they paid for and sell it to another person or he refund to the same account that credited him.. I believe the receipt he issued to them would also state his "no refund policy"
justmondris:

The problem now is that they want him to refund the money to another account. Do know if the account belong to a terrorist?
Crime / Re: I Think I Might Have A Case Of Money Laundering by emdis: 5:44pm On Oct 03, 2023
This is entirely a different case. A POS terminal purchase... A phone number is a personal property, POS machine isn't especially during purchases..
strangebutreal:
Hello, I'd advice you involve the police before transferring any money back to anyone.

My neighbor has been in Kuje Prison since the beginning of this way, he was arrested by DSS earlier this year, January precisely for something he knows nothing about..

To cut the long story short, he misplaced his phone and didn't make a report, the simcard was used to open an opay account, then they transferred some huge amount of money into the account. Little did he know that someone was killed and robbed at gun point, all his money was transferred into the opay account registered with my neighbors simcard..

His mobile line was traced and he was arrested by DSS, he's currently facing some count charges, murderer, money laundering, armed robbery..
Now, he's being accused of killing a family and robbing them of their possessions..

Make God Almighty save us all!!?
Crime / Re: I Think I Might Have A Case Of Money Laundering by emdis: 5:38pm On Oct 03, 2023
Once it's a POS sale. OP can never be implicated.. the purchase would always bear the name of the owner of the card so case close.. I have seen many of such situation where people lost money from their bank accounts.. once it's traced to a POS terminal. It's finished!
justmondris:
This is a very serious issue. Maybe they have even killed the owner of the account. The whole thing will be put on ur head and you might serve upto 10 years in prison. Please report the issue to your bank and also to the nearest police station.

Tell the POS person to reprint the receipt to you and hand it over to your bank and the police to investigate the account that owns the card that was used.

If refund must be done, it must be done to the original account that was debited. Your bank can help you with this.

Note make your you have a proof that you reported the issue to your bank and the police so that they will not deny you later or forget about when the case was reported.

Anyways, you Bleep up shall upon on this valid fraudulent points when you suspect before and during the transaction, you still go ahead and do the transaction because you one sell market. Hope say you never sell the market when go give u free self contain room for prison?

Involving police to this matter now will cost you a whole lot of damages.. it's better they carry what they bought from you and go to sell it another place... The person they stole his or her card, would be blamed for whatever purchase made once it's traced to a POS terminal...
Foreign Affairs / Re: Countries That Gained Independence In October Just Like Nigeria by emdis: 11:32pm On Oct 01, 2023
Yes! Phrenology was a thing back then during slavery but it's been suppressed now due to much racism and new societal norms. But a white man still knows that black man is inferior to him and they are beating our leaders to their games.. our leaders pack our resources to them and they accept to keep weather for such leaders.. see how a Nigerian governor will travel abroad to enjoy vacation and come back to no road in a state be is governing without any concern.. white men know our leaders can't build factories and they just want us to be the source of the resources only why they process it in their countries.. see dangote refinary. Was scheduled to start work since 2019 but til today it's not sure which year to start production.. a white man wil feed our leaders with debt without any development
Flier:
It has nothing to do with leadership, black race itself is the problem
Go to any developed country and tell me any city/area dominated by black that is doing well.
Nigeria can be fixed and the leaders can do it but people will never allow it.
Lekki bridge is a good case study,do you know how many times they have tried to stop the owner from collecting toll? The fact is black nation will never be okay, some are doing better because they have smaller population while some that were once great are regressing after the departure of the whites
Politics / Re: Nothing Will Come Out Of CSU Documents by emdis: 11:11pm On Oct 01, 2023
CSU says they can't testify that the certificate timubu parades in Nigeria is authentic under oath.. infact even timinu didn't diny a certificate forgery! They just said he attended the school!
designking:
The Chicago State University persistent claims that Tinubu was their student and he graduated from the school shows Tinubu actually went to the School.

CSU knows that Tinubu is a male and if truly the Tinubu that attended the school was female, they won't stick their neck for Tinubu.

Tinubu is only fighting over this issue because the document might show other irregularities like age or secondary school he attended.

Tinubu attended and graduated from CSU and the documents which will be released tomorrow will show this.

Greed is one of the traits but I believe in the science of phrenology! Blacks are way too dumb and weak than we can accept! White people are also greedy, you can take a look at corporations, they make money based on greed through capitalism because the citizens of every white nation will always arise against politicians who wants to embezzle what's rightfully theirs, they will protest to death, that leaves a white man who is greedy to explore only the business opportunities when they want to make money by being greedy (cox every rich man is a greedy man) and not politics..
Bigchristo:
There’s greed inside of every black man the ability to control it is what helps others stands out to be different, if a black man can overcome the urge of greediness such a person will make a good leader, check all great countries today black men aren’t the head of affairs that make those countries great, give a black man such opportunity they will be involved in corruption… these whole greediness started during slave trade era it was still the white man that thought us to be greedy, anything you teach black man dem go do am pass the person wey teach them 😂

See how USA institutions are strong.. not even USA president could help tinibu even if he wanted.. clearly you can see why a black man is incapable of leadership. All our institutions are so weak, all appointees like inec, judges etc here r just receiving orders from their masters (president) like dogs
Politics / Re: FG Says N25,000 Provisional Wage Increment Applicable To All Workers by emdis: 10:25pm On Oct 01, 2023
Focus should be on employment/industrialization and mass production. What the heck is wrong with a black man? Nor Matter how much they increased, the Money would never be enough due to inflation.. many people are still underpaid far below minimum wage, many are unemployed..
Foreign Affairs / Re: Countries That Gained Independence In October Just Like Nigeria by emdis: 10:20pm On Oct 01, 2023
An independent black man is very well incapable of leadership! Also, a black man lack professionalism to some extent!

It's just a problem of a black man . All the African developed countries are minority white dominated with barely no natural resources.. while the black nations all over the world live in slums.. lol Jamaica that is close to America is looking like one village in Nigeria. While Mexico look great..

I’m confused about this while japa thing as I don’t want to go abroad and start doing useless jobs or start suffering or get depressed in another man’s land. I want stability and peace in a country with a reasonable economy.

Also, I have a first degree in English language, I’m 24. I’m confused on the path of my life to take please advise me.

Pls, Abuja or Lagos? Make we take note now o..
Mummyfour:
very painful o.
Even undergraduates that are young and definitely have ties back home were bounced out.

Travel / Re: You Won't Understand Nigeria's Situation Until You Visit An Embassy by emdis: 4:48pm On Aug 25, 2023
So even students on scholarships are now being rejected? Damn!
Mummyfour:
21st if August, I was at the American embassy for a visa appointment.

From the period spanning 3 hours I was there, nobody left the interview room with a smile or laughter. Almost every one there was rejected.

The funniest thing about the rejection was the verdict on the light blue paper given to the intending travellers which read" you have not demonstrated that you have enough ties to bring you back to Nigeria "

In a layman's terms, it means we are suspecting that you want to japa into the US.

The most painful aspect was a lot of undergraduates that were turned down. A guy that had a $60,000 worth of scholarship was bounced too.

I saw someone who was just going on a study leave from a whole Deloitte where he works in presently in Nigeria being bounced too.
Most of the interviewers didn't even check out relevant documents of the applicants, but just drew their conclusion based on face value.

I was discussing with people and they said inasmuch as the reason for that verdict was baseless and stupid, we Nigerians are viewed as the worst of the worst world citizens to allow access into the US, irrespective of one's qualifications.
We have a government, system and people that are fantastically corrupt.
We have people who engage in and support illegalities.

Our judiciary is biased and is for the highest bidders, and our political system and elections are flawed (none is perfect anywhere in the world) but ours is glaring and very embarrassing.

Our leaders are not patriotic and that is why when we as citizens have our rights trampled on locally or internationally, nothing is done about it.
Nigeria is not regarded as anything again.
In other words, we are just seen as nothing but irritating pollutants.

So for those of you that applaud evil in this land, pray you remain forever in Nigeria because even if it is just to go and visit and come back, they will not allow you.
If you even have a scholarship or any good thing that can take you out of this country, you will be frustrated at the embassy.

And for those of you that left already and are destroying the name of Nigeria, God's punishment awaits you.
And for those that are still making us proud in the US and elsewhere, may God continue to bless your efforts

I rest my case.
