I appreciate your answer but I think it partly answers my question. The aspect it does not address is that on the Uni-Assist application for TUM, it does not show a particular course. It shows "All subjects" (See attached image). If one were to pay for that application and get the VPD, would it cover for all other applications to TUM (since it is essentially a credential evaluation, as against an admisssion evaluation)?

Okay, I actually did my own today at Ikeja, though I was charged #350 because I was just doing for 7 documents. But if your documents are much they give discounts. The certification came with the following

(1) a neat stamp reading "certified true copy"

(2) stamp of the notary public indicating his name, phones numbers and address.

(3) a red seal.


If you can't use the Personal message of Nairaland, you can drop your number here in words. I will chat you up on whatsapp....

Notary public oh not notary club.. Go to Ikeja High court and ask they would direct you to one...the price is dependent on the quantity of documents.. Within #200-500 per page
