MTN has started again!

THIS ONE IS A WARNING!
Do not dial *507*anything# on MTN, with hopes of receiving any 5X bonus.
You will NOT get it; not for now, anyway.

If you're still having problems with Zone charging you 40K/s on all calls, migrate to a different tariff plan, or get another network provider's SIM card.

REMMEI:
You need not download anything.. just click on the volume button (the up and the down together) .. it's gonna screen grab whatever you want.

So this is what happened to my girlfriend the other day....
After a long day she just loaded 2, 000 which usually gives her 800mb

Say what?!!!!!!
Glo Overload gives subscribers 200 percent bonus data for new data plan or renewal from N2000 and above. Consequently, subscribers get 2GB of data for N2,000 worth of data they buy, 4.5GB for N3,000 data plan, 12GB for N5,000 data plan and 24GB for N8,000 worth of data plan they purchase.

With Glo Overload, subscribers also instantly get 200 percent airtime as well as an opportunity to win N120 million cash prizes during the promo. I did a quick table of what is obtainable on other networks and the margin is so wide it's ridiculous!
MTN for eg is offering 7.5 gig for N8, 000 For N22, 000 Airtel will give you 19.9gig and for N18, 000 Etisalat will give you 20 gig.
No time The difference is clear. After porting today, I will send the report to you....

Glo Overload it is

There are a few things that can be done in times of grave emergencies. . Your mobile phone can actually be a life saver or an emergency tool for survival. Check out the things that you can do with it:

FIRST: Emergency
The Emergency Number worldwide for Mobile is 112.
If you find yourself out of the coverage area of your mobile; network and there is an emergency,
dial 112 and the mobile will search any existing network to establish the emergency number for you, and interestingly this number 112 can be dialled even if the keypad is locked. Try it out...

SECOND: Have you locked your keys in the car?
Does your car have remote keyless entry? This may come in handy someday.
Good reason to own a cell phone: If you lock your keys in the car and the spare keys are at home, call someone at home on their mobile phone from your cell phone.
Hold your cell phone about a foot from your car door and have the person at your home press the unlock button, holding it near the mobile phone on their end. Your car will unlock.

Saves someone from having to drive your keys to you.

Distance is no object. You could be hundreds of miles away, and if you can reach someone who has the other ' remote ' for your car, you can unlock the doors (or the trunk)...

Editor ' s Note: It works fine! We tried it out and it unlocked our car over a mobile phone! '

THIRD: Hidden Battery Power
Imagine your mobile battery is very low. To activate, press the keys *3370#
Your mobile will restart with this reserve and the instrument will show a 50% increase in battery.
This reserve will get charged when you charge your mobile next time.

FOURTH: How to disable a STOLEN mobile phone?
To check your Mobile phone ' s serial number, key in the following digits on your phone: * # 0 6 #
A 15 digit code will appear on the screen. This number is unique to your handset..
Write it down and keep it somewhere safe. When your phone get stolen, you can phone your service provider and give them this code. They will then be able to block your handset so even if the thief changes the SIM card, your phone will be totally useless.

You probably won ' t get your phone back, but at least you know that whoever stole it can ' t use/sell it either. If everybody does this, there would be no point in people stealing mobile phones.

FIFTH : ATM - PIN Number Reversal - Good to Know
If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM machine, you can
notify the police by entering your PIN # in reverse. For example, if your pin number is 1234,
then you would put in 4321.

The ATM system recognizes that your PIN number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the machine. The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to the location.

This information was recently broadcast on CTV by Crime Stoppers however it is seldom used because people just don ' t know about it...... Please pass this along to everyone.

This is the kind of information people don ' t mind receiving, so pass it on to your family and friends.

sweetfreshboy:
I just heard of this visafone company giving out 10terabyte {10,000gb} on their daily and monthly blackberry subscription which goes for #65 and #1000 respectively. This sounds so amazing because I can actually share this large chunk of data with up to 5 order devices from the customised visafone blackberry and the speed is mad like the speed of light.

The customised visafone comes in both curve 4 and bold 5 which sells for 25k and 45k respectively..

A friend of mine has gotten his like 9days ago and I can tell u the speed and data volume is really mad as they said... This is far better than what any other telecom company in Nigeria is offering presently. He downloads at a mad speed on IDM with this stuff .

Is anyone out there too already enjoying this ahoof or willing to enjoy it..please share what u think here o.

Am waiting guys!

adekzy:
I got 100mb data bundle, will it browse on any browsing phone? Thanks op!

charix:
Sorry OP, take heart.

With the amount of Nigerians destroying their personal airtel sims and warning others to port immediately, it comes as no surprise they would pull trickish schemes to defraud the remaining few.

Its like all the major telecomms companies engage in one form of fraud or the other but the most tolerable is glo. I hardly come across complaints about them.

We can try to put pressure on the NCC to act but we all know its their selfish interests they have over Nigerians' so we have no other option but gnash our teeth and endure.
